The Evil Mullahs

The greatest strategic mistake in American foreign policy in the last 100 years still plagues us—Jimmy Carter’s imbecilic loss of Iran to the jihadists that would establish the Islamic Republic of Iran. Persia in ancient writings, the country is now the world’s biggest sponsor of state-supported terrorism, using wealth from oil to fund killers around the globe.

They have a particular hatred of Jews.

And Iran is determined to bring down the Jewish state (further evidence their god is a false one).

There is evidence that Iran is learning lessons from Hamas’s war against Israel. A week ago, the Iranian Minister of Foreign Affairs, Hossein-Amir Abdollahian, visited Syria and Lebanon. Among those he met with were Syrian President Assad, the puppet of the Russians.

According to the Meir Amit Intelligence and Terrorism Information Center:

“A pro-opposition Syrian news website reported that pro-Iranian militias completed the first phase in the establishment of a ‘camp of tunnels’ in the desert east of Homs. According to this report, the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) are striving to establish a base to carry out military training for thousands of fighters in conducting warfare in tunnels and channels.”

Unreal. These idiots, who could use their technology and oil money to improve their own citizens’ lives, at the very least, hatch murderous schemes to kill more Jews. The tunnel idea is a chilling one, since they want to operate so near the Israeli border.

On the heels of the historic Abraham Accords, bridging decades-long differences between Israel and their Arab neighbors, Iran stands alone in the Middle East for sheer mendacity. According to the Palestinian Islamic Jihad group, Iran has not spared any resource in support of the “resistance.” This includes funneling money to Hezbollah, and the aforementioned tunnel initiative.

“After concluding his visit to Syria, Abdollahian moved on to Lebanon. Upon arrival in Beirut, Abdollahian stated that Iran is willing to maintain its commercial and economic cooperation with Lebanon, and to establish two power stations, each producing 1,000 megawatts. During his visit to Beirut, the Iranian minister of foreign affairs also met with President Michel Aoun, Prime Minister Najib Miqati, the Speaker of Parliament Nabih Berri, Secretary General of Hezbollah, Hassan Nasrallah, and with representatives of Palestinian factions operating in Lebanon. During his meetings with senior Lebanese officials, Abdollahian discussed political developments in Lebanon, bilateral relations between the two countries, and developments in the regional and international arena (Fars, March 24-25).”

The moral and political weakness of the illegitimate Biden regime has destabilized the Accords, as the UAE and others are being told they cannot trust Washington and Jerusalem, and cannot “put all their eggs in those baskets.” This is alarming.

And, just as Hamas filled power vacuums in Gaza, Iranian militias are doing the same in Lebanon and Syria:

“The pro-opposition Syrian outlet Ayn al-Furat reported (March 23) that pro-Iranian militias completed the first stage of establishing the ‘camp of tunnels’ in the desert area east of Homs. This stage encompassed digging tunnels over 3 kilometers long inside the town al- Zaghroutiyeh, which is located 35 km east of Homs. According to this report, the residents of the town were forced to abandon it due to the drought and lack of governmental support for the livestock sector, which was the source of livelihood for most of the locals. As a result, the area has been almost entirely abandoned, which allowed the militias operating under the patronage of the IRGC to take over the town and surrounding areas. The IRGC plans to carry out military trainings to thousands of fighters in conducting war in tunnels and canals. The report also stated that Hezbollah commanders are behind this project, which is the first of its kind in Syria, and are overseeing its execution.”

In Gaza, Hamas used electric or pneumatic jackhammers to burrow up to 80 feet underground, advancing a few yards per day. The sandy soil had to be bolstered with more substantial materials, completing up to 300 miles of tunnels. (at least 160 children were killed in this construction, as they were used as slave labor.)

Israel estimates Hamas spent upwards of $90 million on these tunnels. That’s chump change to Iran.

Now, I have no doubt that Israel has technology not even Iran is aware of to thwart this type of agenda, but it is still troublesome that this is happening at the same time the criminal Biden enterprise staggers through foreign policy lunacy. It makes Naftali Bennett’s job that much harder in Jerusalem.

In the end, Hamas saw its tunnels destroyed for the most part by Egypt and Israel. In the north, however, there is no “northern partner,” as Egypt is a southern partner in dismantling the tunnel networks.

All this is more proof of where man ends up apart from a relationship with the Living God. The Iranian leadership is controlled by reprobate minds, ultimately demons that have influenced killer regimes for millenia.

Maranatha!
