- Priests descended from the biblical priestly line have received instruction concerning Temple service.
- These efforts are not about constructing a museum exhibit depicting ancient Judaism.
- The stated objective of groups such as the Temple Institute is the eventual restoration of Temple worship.
- That changes the significance of what is happening.
- Numbers 19 describes a purification ceremony involving an unblemished red cow.
- Its ashes were mixed with water and used to cleanse people from ritual impurity associated with contact with the dead.
- To most people, it is one of the more obscure commandments in the Old Testament.
- To Jews preparing for renewed Temple worship, it is anything but obscure.
- They believe restoring biblical standards of purification is necessary before full Temple worship can resume.
- That is why enormous attention has been given to finding red heifers that could potentially meet the biblical requirements.
- Practical preparations for the ceremony have also taken place.
- Think about what that means.
- People are not simply asking whether another Temple could someday stand in Jerusalem.
- They are working through the details of how worship could actually begin.
- Even Israeli Politics Is Changing.”

(My comment: It is my understanding that some of the Jews believe the Messiah will give them permission to rebuild the Temple. Sadly, they will accept the Antichrist as their Messiah, so some prophecy teachers believe they will rebuild it early in the Tribulation Period. See John 5:43.)
Here are some recent events that seem to indicate that the end of the age is near:
One, concerning Syria, with possible implications for the destruction of Damascus in one night:
- Instead of investing in infrastructure, rebuilding the country, or improving the welfare of civilians who suffered through 15 years of war, the extremist (Syrian) regime is focusing on an arms buildup while working to conceal its military expansion strategy.
- The development is raising concern and red flags within the (Israeli) intelligence community.

Two, concerning the price of diesel fuel with the possible implications for inflation and famine: on Sept. 18, 2026, Lily-Rose Dawson posted the following:
- “There is a number running your entire life and you have never once looked at it. The price of diesel. Nobody thinks about diesel.
- Our cars take regular.
- Diesel belongs to truckers and farmers and guys who wear boots for a reason.
- Not our problem.
- Diesel is your dinner.
- Every bite of food you have ever eaten rode on it at some point.
- The truck that hauled it.
- The train before the truck.
- The ship before the train.
- And it goes deeper than shipping.
- The tractor that planted the seed burns diesel.
- The combine that cut the crop burns diesel.
- The fertilizer that kept the whole thing alive showed up on a diesel truck.
- Diesel touched your breakfast more times than you did.”

Three, concerning the rise of the New World Order (world government, the Great Reset, the North American Union, etc.): on Sept. 22, 2026, Rhoda Wilson posted the following in The Expose:
- “President Donald Trump and Prime Minister Mark Carney are like chalk and cheese.
- Carney is pursuing a transformation of Canada to align with a “new world order,” rejecting a return to the previous political and economic status quo.
- Trump, on the other hand, is rejecting and pushing back against various nefarious agendas of the “new world order” ideology.
- Many Canadians share President Trump’s view.”
(My opinion: Trump is for MAGA and Carney is against it. A world government is coming, and the struggle between Trump and Carney won’t stop it. The question is: What will bring it about? Could it be the Battle of Gog and Magog; the defeat of Russia, Iran, Turkey, and many Islamic nations? Or could it be the Rapture; the removal of the Restrainer? Or what?)
Four, concerning wars and rumors of wars, specifically the Russia–Ukraine war: on Sept. 22, 2026, Hal Turner said:
- “Yesterday, Ukraine’s Volodymyr Zelensky proposed an immediate, unconditional ceasefire with the agreement a peace would be negotiated by international mediators.
- This morning (eastern US Time) Russia rejected that proposal, calling it pointless and instead suggested underlying issues of the conflict had to be addressed.
- The fighting goes on.
- Overnight in Europe, 100,000 troops got orders to begin moving.
- They are moving toward Russia’s Kaliningrad, and toward the Baltic States of Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania.
- Numerous trains are also hauling Main Battle Tanks like Abrams, Leopard 2’s, armored Personnel Carriers, and artillery, toward Kaliningrad and the Baltics.”
(My comment: According to the Bible, Russia’s army and air force – planes, drones, helicopters, etc. – will be destroyed by God, not EU troops. And they will be destroyed on the mountains of Israel, not in Kaliningrad or the Baltics.)

Five, concerning antisemitism: on Sept. 22, 2026, Amir Tsarfati wrote:
- “Some people believe that worldwide support for Israel, now at an all-time low, is a death warrant for the Jewish state.
- I would argue that it is further proof of the validity, authenticity, and accuracy of the Bible, which foretold two things concerning Israel: First, the nations would eventually come against Jerusalem. Second, God would fight for us and deliver us.
- At the end of this bumpy road, He will send His Son back to reign and rule.
- Israel will look upon Messiah Yeshua whom they pierced, mourn, repent, be saved, and enter His earthly kingdom, where Jerusalem will be lifted above the nations.
- This is the kingdom the disciples were so eager to understand when, only moments before Yeshua’s ascension, they asked: “Lord, will You at this time restore the kingdom to Israel?” (Acts 1:6).
- We are living in historic times.
- God is watching to see who will remain faithful and stand in the gap for His people Israel.
- One day, He will judge the nations on that very account: “For behold, in those days and at that time, When I bring back the captives of Judah and Jerusalem, I will also gather all nations, And bring them down to the Valley of Jehoshaphat; And I will enter into judgment with them there On account of My people, My heritage Israel, Whom they have scattered among the nations; They have also divided up My land” (Joel 3:1–2).
- Until then: Let the hater hate. Let the liar lie. And let God be true.
- “Certainly not! Indeed, let God be true but every man a liar” (Romans 3:4).
Six, concerning an increase in knowledge at the end of the age: on Sept. 22, 2026, Pres. Trump proposed renaming “artificial intelligence” as “super intelligence” because “artificial intelligence” sounds like it is “fake intelligence.”
Pres. Trump said, “From this point forward, all of the United States’ documents, and hopefully the world’s, will be changed to use the much more accurate term ‘super’ as opposed to ‘artificial.’”
Seven, for whatever it is worth, on Sept. 23, 2026, Business Insider reported that an article in GlobeNewswire says:
- “An international team of American researchers, scientists, geologists, and archaeologists from Noah’s Ark Scans, in partnership with Turkish universities, has begun collecting core samples from the Durupınar Formation (a 515-foot-long, boat-shaped feature on Mount Ararat) at depths of up to 18 meters (about 60 ft) and is preparing to send the Gopher drone into mapped voids, organized tunnels, and corridors inside the hull of what many believe to be Noah’s Ark.”

(My comment: Iran will be destroyed by God, not Pres. Trump.).

- The Islamic Republic of Iran has been elected by secret ballot to the U.N. nuclear watchdog’s General Committee one week after the same body condemned Iran for non-compliance.
(My comment: Actions like this are why I call the U.N. the United Nothing.)
- Argentina’s president, Javier Milei, stood at the UN and told them the truth they did not want to hear. This organization is useless. It failed to stop chaos, violence, and international terrorism. It shelters bloodthirsty dictatorships that stone women in the streets. The people running it are not peacemakers. They are arrogant parasites pretending to be bureaucrats. Instead of dealing with the real problems in the world, they just keep voting against Israel. They stay silent on Islamic terrorism and on the killing of Christians in Africa.
