I have included a Special message at the end of this article. I hope you will read it and take it to heart.
I’ll put this as succinctly as possible: Iran IS NOT going to “make a deal.” Even if they “make a deal,” sign it in blood and swear on their worthless Quran to keep it all of eternity!
How do I know this?
The Word of God, in the Book of Ezekiel, Chapters 38 and 39, tells anyone who has eyes to see and ears to hear (and a willingness to take the One and Only God at His Word) that Iran will be involved in a future attack on Israel; this will certainly happen.
Why do I say this with such confidence?
Because I believe God, just as did Abraham (then Abram) (Genesis 15:6).
The prophecies in God’s Word were given by the Holy Spirit to 40 different authors/scribes, and up to this point in history, they have never been wrong; therefore, in the future, they will never be wrong. I believe that these events are close at hand.
Why do the Western powers seem to have such a mental block in understanding this oft-replicated tactic despite being deceived numerous times in the last several months?
Because they don’t believe the Word of God, consult it, or trust in it.
A reading of the Bible provides many clues as to the actual future intentions of the Iranian “leadership,” and their track record of blatant tactical employment of obfuscation testifies to it. The ideology they follow encourages them to lie when it suits their purposes, and so they continue to lie because it is working.
This practice is an ops normal tactic (Hudna), allowing Muslim militant forces to acquire time to rearm and strengthen their ability to resume fighting, and it always results in renewed fighting over the same objectives that were already paid for in blood.
They have an ideology that requires worldwide warfare and destruction so their purpose of establishing their evil caliphate over all the world is able to progress.
Does that “over all the world” language sound familiar?
Does it bear any resemblance to Adolf and his Nazified Third Reich? Does anyone recall that the Muslims aligned with the Nazis because they so hated the Jews?
Did people view him as just some sort of nut, or that what he publicly purposed to do was just talk?
When he achieved the means to unleash his brand of hell on Earth, did he not do so?
Did he not make treaties with other nations and then just blatantly break them?
Is there a pattern here?
Did not God warn, repeatedly, that humankind would degenerate into lying, deceptive, ungodly monsters? (my words, not His)
If you really want to understand what is happening, you could consult the Bible and read (Romans 1:18-32; 2 Timothy 3:1-5; Matthew 24:11-12; 1 Timothy 4:1; Matthew 24:6-7; Luke 17:26-30).
If you find yourself unwilling to confront the Truths of God’s Word, then perhaps you should reconsider your tendency toward hubris, and repent, then perhaps you might have a clear understanding of where the world is going, act accordingly, and then do what is right in God’s eyes:
“Put no more trust in man, who has only the breath in his nostrils. Of what account is he? (Isaiah 2:22).
“This is what the LORD says: ‘Cursed is the man who trusts in mankind, who makes mere flesh his strength and turns his heart from the LORD’” (Jeremiah 17:5).
Note: There is a blessing from God in trying to be a peacemaker.
“Blessed are the peacemakers, For they shall be called sons of God” (Matthew 5:9).
However – is there any trace of wisdom or discernment in repeatedly signing agreements (MOU’s) or treaties with habitual liars? History reveals that it always leads to disaster, and it will again. Does that qualify as being a peacemaker?
“A prudent person foresees danger and takes precautions. The simpleton goes blindly on and suffers the consequences” (Proverb 22:3).
Now to the crux of this article.
The ultimate end of these futile human endeavors is revealed in the Book of Revelation (Revelation 6:1-18:24; 19:11-21; 20-1-15).
There is an appropriate quote most often attributed to Rita Mae Brown, and while not part of God’s Word, it contains an inescapable truth:
“Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.”
Making agreements with purposely untrustworthy peoples and nations (and expecting them to work) is obviously unwise. It is especially unwise when they have a stated protocol (Hudna), which is purposely designed to allow them time to reorganize and prepare for the next round of hostilities.
So, what is my advice? It certainly is not to keep giving evil an opportunity to strengthen itself. As much as I hate war and all its related consequences, according to the Word of God, it is inevitable (Matthew 24:6).
Many of us have heard it said that “war is not the answer,” but that is not always the case, as God has pointed out. There is:
“a time for war and a time for peace” (Ecclesiastes 3:8b).
God judges the motives and the integrity of man in every action and decision:
“If it is possible, as much as depends on you, live peaceably with all men” (Romans 12:18). Emphasis added.
47 Years ago, the “leadership” of Iran declared war on America by deed, and then by word.
Stupid, politically driven decisions by (mostly) weak-willed politicians, followed by political pandering, have lost every war they have gotten America into since 1950, and the troops (and their families) always pay the price while the politicians go on vacation.
I have another bit of advice:
It’s time for Trump to acquire a new “spiritual advisor,” one who truly knows the Word of God and the prophecies that are contained within. Only then can decisions be made from a position of knowledge and understanding instead of flattery and hubris.
America, and the world, must make a decision to get with the program, but the “leaders” of today do not consult the one source of discernment, knowledge and understanding they need in order to do what is right in His eyes.
“The fear of the LORD is the beginning of knowledge, But fools despise wisdom and instruction” (Proverb 1:7).
The special message I promised you:
For anyone who may read this article and has not trusted in Jesus Christ and therefore has no real hope or peace in your life.
You can have hope. You can have the peace that Jesus has promised to all who have made Him their Lord and Savior. The peace that passes understanding.
It requires that you come before God on His terms and that you do so in your living years.
And, what are His terms according to His Word?
- Genuine repentance (turning to God instead of continuing to reject or ignore Him).
- Confession of sins (that you are a sinner and acknowledge that to God).
- That you understand that the wages of sin is death (Romans 6:23).
- To acknowledge to God that you are unable to pay that debt.
- Belief that Jesus Christ paid your death sentence for you on the cross and rose from the grave three days later, conquering death, just as He promised.
- To believe that Jesus is the Way, the only Way, that God has established by which humans may be saved from the consequences of their sin and rebellion.
This is what leads one to the Spiritual Rebirth that Jesus requires (John 3.3).
God has made it absolutely clear that there is no one who comes before Him, under His terms, that will be refused.
- No one: no race, no color, no country of origin, regardless of any previous belief system: no one.
- No matter what your past sins have been, God can and WILL forgive you because He says He will.
- Salvation is available to everyone without any exceptions.
If you put all your trust for salvation in Jesus, and Him only, you can follow that prayer up by simply saying “Thank you, Father God, for hearing my prayer and saving me,” because we can trust Him to keep His Word. He always has. He always will.
“Truly, Truly, I say to you that he who hears My words and believes the One who sent Me has eternal life and will not be condemned. He has crossed from death to life” (John 5:24).
There are no answers and there is no hope in the world by governments, organizations, politics or politicians. They are incapable of it. There are only lies and deception. But you can have the Truth and the peace you seek.
The answers are in the Word of God—The Bible. If you ask God, with all your heart, He will hear you.
“And ye shall seek me, and find me, when ye shall search for me with all your heart” (Jeremiah 29:13).
