In Iran, unprecedented flooding killed 21 people and injured many more.
When Cyclone Trevor slammed through northern Australia a week ago, it brought much-needed rain and jubilation to parched outback cattle stations, who have been battling some of the driest conditions on record. But some farmers in central Australia are disappointed that they didn’t get enough rain.
Cyclone Veronica, which followed Trevor, brought destructive winds and torrential rains to coastal regions of Australia. “It really is quite unusual for two cyclones to happen at the same time, particularly two very strong systems,” meteorologist Steph Bond told the BBC, adding it had happened only twice in Australia’s history.
Pestilence/Disease
The return of Mumps continues to be in the news. In Pennsylvania, there is now a Mumps outbreak among college students at Temple University.
Due to record flooding in the Midwest US, water safety of over a million private water wells is threatened. People living in over 300 counties across 10 states have their groundwater threatened from bacterial and industrial contamination carried by flood waters.
In war-ravaged Yemen, there has been a surge in cholera cases with 110,000 cases suspected since January. The increase is linked to early rains as well as the use of contaminated water. 18 million people lack access to basic sanitation.
In Mozambique, the first cases of cholera have been confirmed in the cyclone-ravaged city of Beira, raising the stakes in an already desperate fight to help hundreds of thousands of people sheltering in increasingly squalid conditions. The death toll in Mozambique is now at least 468 (but could be considerably higher), with 259 dead in Zimbabwe and at least 56 dead in Malawi. The city of 500,000 people is still struggling to provide clean water and sanitation after Cyclone Idai roared in on March 14.
Famine
Dave Hodges says flooding effects will be felt for a generation beginning with astronomical food prices as well as food shortages. Grain bins are gone. Seeds are washed away. Runaway prices for food are right around the corner as well as extreme food shortages both in the United States and around the world.

The Democrats are using the “Equality Bill” to snuff out Christianity. James Dobson of Focus on the Family said, “Make no mistake – the so-called Equality Act is nothing but a thinly veiled attempt to finish off religious liberty in America once and for all.”
From The New American: The conservative state of Alabama “has a novel solution to protect itself and its officials from having to endorse homosexual marriages: Lawmakers are seeking to get the state out of the business of issuing marriage licenses altogether. Alex Newman said, “Now, with the ‘Equality Act’ making its way through Congress, the LGBT movement and its Big Business allies are coming for churches, religious institutions, free speech, religious freedom, and even the conscience rights of those who uphold the traditional understanding of marriage. In parts of Europe, Christians are being jailed for stating publicly what the Bible says about homosexuality and marriage.”
In Wisconsin, a judge ruled this past December against a Wisconsin town’s effort to impose the sexual orientation and gender identity agenda on churches through a “nondiscrimination” ordinance that declares all places of worship “public accommodations.”
Depopulation Agenda: Assisted Suicide Targeting the Elderly, and Abortion Targeting Babies
The New Jersey state legislature approved a bill legalizing assisted suicide statewide (taxpayer funded). The governor has pledged to sign the bill into law. “In other states where assisted suicide is legal, it has proven impossible to regulate and leaves the door wide open for abuse and coercion. The vulnerable in society: the poor, terminally ill, and people with disabilities, will be the most negatively affected by assisted suicide.”
Vermont senators banned a pastor from giving devotions to the legislative body after he spoke in January about the precious value of every human life. The Rev. Rosaire Bisson, assistant pastor at Christ Community Alliance Church in Barre, recently was suspended from the Vermont Senate for a year. Though Bisson did not mention abortion, pregnancy or unborn babies at all in his devotion, some senators apparently thought his message about “everyone’s right to life” was too controversial and banned him.
In Ohio, Planned Parenthood locations received notice from the Ohio Department of Health that their state funding will end next month.
In Illinois on March 20th, so many Illinois pro-lifers flooded the capitol opposing abortions up to birth that they had to shut down the building.
Mississippi Gov. Phil Bryant signed a “heartbeat bill” Thursday that will make abortion illegal in the state after a fetal heartbeat is detected. He said, “We will all answer to the good Lord one day. I will say in this instance, ‘I fought for the lives of innocent babies, even under threat of legal action.’”
Utah Gov. Gary Herbert has signed a law banning most abortions after 18 weeks of gestation, setting the stage for a legal showdown.
Truth be told, since life begins at conception, abortion should be banned completely. There may be the necessity for early delivery in case the mother’s life is in danger, but never abortion.

Speaking of Socialism: In Venezuela, another major power cut has plunged the Venezuelan capital Caracas into darkness again, with other regions also affected. A nationwide power cut earlier this month prompted looting and desperation in many parts of the country.

Speaking of godless political systems, in Communist China, individuals on a national list of ‘discredited individuals’ are barred from taking airplanes and high-speed trains. A total of 13 million individuals are on the credit blacklist maintained by China’s courts. David Kong’s recent business trip took over 30 hours on a hard sleeper “green-skin train.” The same trip would have taken just three hours by air, or 12 hours by high-speed train, but he could not take either as he is labeled a “deadbeat.”
In Arizona, a SWAT team broke through the door of a family’s home in the middle of the night, stormed in, pointed their guns, handcuffed the father, and watched as the state’s Department of Child Safety (DCS) took custody of the parents’ three kids—all because mom had decided her toddler’s fever was not serious enough to merit a trip to the hospital. The doctor had told the mother to take the child whose temperature was over 100 to the ER in case he could have meningitis, since he was not vaccinated. But shortly afterward the fever broke and the child was laughing and playing, so she called and said she didn’t need to take him. The doctor said to go anyway, but the mother did not do so. That’s when the madness began. Now the children are separated from the parents and each other in foster care.

Vice President Pence blasted Democrat freshmen in the House of Representatives, in addition to certain candidates on the 2020 presidential campaign trail, for the former using “rank antisemitic language” and the latter for declining to attend the American Israel Public Affairs Committee’s (AIPAC) annual policy conference in Washington. “Antisemitism has no place in the Congress of the United States of America,” said the vice president to a thunderous applause from the crowd.
An online petition calling on US Attorney General William Barr and special antisemitism envoy Elan Carr to take a deep look at the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) has reached 10,000 signatures. “It has just been about a week and we are very excited,” said Liora Rez, co-founder of the organization Stop Antisemitism, which launched the petition on change.org. “But what we want is for Barr and Carr to investigate CAIR’s ties to Hamas and how Congresswomen Ilhan Omar and Rashida Tlaib are involved with this organization, which we feel is extremely troubling.”
Hypocrite Socialist Bernie Sanders is shameless in exploiting his Judaism for political purposes. He is a virulent anti-Semite and hater of Israel who has spent much of his adult life in the US Congress accomplishing next to nothing other than attacking Israel and its supporters. In his political ad, Sanders exploits and minimizes the 6 million Jews who were murdered in the Holocaust in order to appease Muslim voters.
The German Bild paper published an editorial blasting the Germany’s UN Ambassador Christoph Heusgen for comparing Israel to the terrorist organization Hamas. Heusgen is infamous for his anti-Semitic attacks against Israel.
Following Trump’s lead, Honduras and Romania have announced they will move their Israel embassies to Jerusalem.

Pushing Back Against the godlessness:
President Trump signaled his support on Monday for state bills that would allow public schools to teach courses in the Bible. For those deceived liberals who may balk at this, Islam is being promoted in the schools, not to mention all manner of ungodly practices.
In Missouri, a bill introduced by Republican Rep. Ben Baker passed by the House would allow school districts to offer study of the Bible as an elective class providing it gets approved by the state Senate.

In Amsterdam, a Jewish father and son were stabbed at an iconic street marketplace by an Egypt-born seller whom they and others said was a radicalized Muslim.
In Israel, two young Israeli men were hurt Tuesday night when a speeding car crashed into them. Police are searching for the car and driver.
In Somalia, five people, including the country’s deputy labour minister, were killed in an Islamist terrorist attack on a government building in Mogadishu.
In Mali last Saturday, Islamist terrorists massacred at least 134 villagers.
The open borders globalist Pope Francis claimed to be mourning the Christians who are being slaughtered in Africa while never mentioning that Muslim terrorists are responsible for the murders.

A caravan of 1,200 migrants from Central America and Cuba began heading towards the US border from Mexico this weekend.
The Democrat-controlled House fell short Tuesday in its effort to override President Trump’s first veto, handing him a victory in his drive to spend billions more for constructing barriers along the Southwest border than Congress has approved. In Los Angeles, California, CAIR’s Executive Director Hussam Ayloush announced plans to mobilize it’s over 1 million Muslims across California to ensure they’re fully engaged. The Council on American Islamic Relations held its 4th Annual Dinner in Woodlands Hills, California on Saturday. Hundreds of protesters gathered outside the Hilton Hotel and booed loudly when the anti-Semitic Democrat Ilhan Omar arrived for the event. In her speech Omar called on Muslims to “raise hell” and “make people uncomfortable.” CAIR is linked to the Muslim Brotherhood, which has been called a terrorist organization.
A California school district in San Diego has been forced to dump its Islamic indoctrination program. “CAIR’s insinuation that there are hordes of MAGA hat-wearing students prowling the schools and terrorizing Muslim students is a study in mass deception,” said Charles LiMandri, chief counsel for FCDF. “Under the guise of promoting inclusivity, CAIR had unfettered power to target conservative Christian students and smear them as ‘Islamophobic’ if they don’t accept Islam. More broadly, the liberal school board ran roughshod over the First Amendment by empowering CAIR to indoctrinate impressionable children. We applaud our clients for standing up and fighting back.”

Wars and Rumors of Wars
A rocket fired from the Gaza Strip destroyed a home in central Israel early Monday morning, injuring a family of seven, including their two infants , plus a neighbor child, and killing the family dogs. Hamas claimed it was an accident but then later fired upon Israel again. Israel’s IDF has responded by targeting Hamas facilities and demolishing the home of a known terrorist leader. A senior Hamas official, speaking anonymously, claimed that the rocket attack was ordered by Iran. Hamas reportedly gave its blessing for the rocket attack in hopes of disrupting Prime Minister Netanyahu’s election campaign.
Israel conducted an airstrike on Iranian facilities in Aleppo, Syria. Why Aleppo? According to DEBKAfile’s military and intelligence sources, Iran moved its military hub in Syria away from Damascus and further north in the past month. Iranian transport planes carrying weapons to Hezbollah and the Shiite militias now land at Aleppo.
At the Israeli border, Gaza’s ‘night disturbers’ are using loudspeakers to blare music in dusk-till-dawn demonstrations which have escalated in recent days. With a violent week behind it, Israel’s security establishment braced for thousands of “Palestinians” to riot this weekend across the West Bank and Gaza Strip, marking Land Day and the one-year anniversary of their so-called Great March of Return.
Netanyahu instructed the army to be ready for a “wide-scale campaign” in the Gaza Strip. “We’re tightening the security ring around the Gaza Strip,” he said. “Citizens of Israel should know that if we must we’ll enter [Gaza] strong and confident, after we’ve exhausted all the other possibilities.”
On Saturday, about 41,000 “Palestinians” gathered in five main points along the border. Dozens are said to have approached the fence, throwing rocks and explosives towards Israeli soldiers. The soldiers reportedly responded with tear gas and live fire, killing four of them.
Two Russian military planes landed in Venezuela’s main airport carrying dozens of troops and large amounts of equipment. The planes were allegedly sent to “fulfil technical military contracts,” Russia’s Sputnik news agency reported.

US government maps are slated to be redrawn to reflect President Trump’s official recognition of Israeli sovereignty over the Golan Heights.
The US stood alone at the UN Security Council emergency meeting, as the 14 other member states condemned US recognition of Israel’s 1981 annexation of the Golan Heights. Syria is not a member but was invited to attend. Syrian Ambassador Bashar Jaafari said: “Force will be the only way to restore peace. The Syrian Arab Golan is ours; it will come back to us.” “Don’t be misguided by thinking that one day this land will be yours,” he said, addressing Israel.
Russia warned of “a new wave of tensions” in the Middle East following the decision by Washington to recognize Israeli sovereignty over the Golan Heights.
“The burden of Damascus. Behold, Damascus is taken away from being a city, and it shall be a ruinous heap… Woe to the multitude of many people, which make a noise like the noise of the seas; and to the rushing of nations, that make a rushing like the rushing of mighty waters!… God shall rebuke them, and they shall flee far off, and shall be chased as the chaff of the mountains before the wind, and like a rolling thing before the whirlwind. And behold at eveningtide trouble; and before the morning he is not. This is the portion of them that spoil us, and the lot of them that rob us” (Isaiah 17:1, 12-14).
