More than Meets the Eye :: by Sandee Lloyd

Prophetically related discussions of recent and future events:

Unseen in the cosmos is a war. Sounds of colliding swords, clashing warriors clatter about in the heavens, scarcely regarded by mere mortals going about their earthly business.

What is that sound? Do you hear that?

It’s coming from the sky!

No, it’s coming from the earth! It is everywhere. It sounds sort of like a trumpet! And that! What is that humming? That booming? It’s driving me crazy! Someone needs to figure it out, because it’s disturbing!

Did you see that thing, the light that shot down from the sky on New Year’s Eve a few years back, right over the Dome of the Rock, and shot back up just like a lighted yo-yo on a string? What do you think that was? It’s all getting so crazy! What does it mean?

“As for the likeness of the living creatures, their appearance was like burning coals of fire, and like the appearance of lamps: it went up and down among the living creatures; and the fire was bright, and out of the fire went forth lightning. And the living creatures ran and returned as the appearance of a flash of lightning” (Ezekiel 1:13).

Oh, yeah, and then the lightning that struck the Vatican when they were in there choosing the new Pope! What’s that about? Weird!

“And Jesus said unto them, ‘I beheld Satan as lightning fall from heaven” (Luke 10:18).

“How art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! how art thou cut down to the ground, which didst weaken the nations” (Isaiah 14:12).

“Behold, now is the accepted time, behold now is the day of salvation” (2 Corinthians 6:2b).

“And GOD saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually” (Genesis 6:5).

“Seek ye the Lord while He may be found, call upon Him while He is near” (Isaiah 55:6).

I don’t need God. I’m fine as I am and I don’t believe in all that apocalyptic junk!

“For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God; the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life through Christ Jesus our Lord” (Romans 3:23; 6:23).

Yeah, and can you believe all that stuff about a “New World Order? I mean, come on!

“Why do the heathen rage, and the people imagine a vain thing. The kings of the earth set themselves, and the rulers take counsel together, against the Lord, and against his anointed, saying Let us break their bands asunder, and cast away their cords from us” (Psalm 2:1).

Multiple dimensions, the vibration of invisible strings, waves of energy detected by tiny cells in the ear, visible waves of light, spin out through the ether, from Gods spoken command, and the physical world perceived by His created beings, came to be.

But there is much more than what meets the eye and ear. In countless dimensions, hidden for now, a battle is reaching a crescendo; the cacophony begins to disrupt the boundaries which withheld them from the mortal realm.

The noise of hell, enlarging itself to accommodate more souls, soon to be slaughtered in wars and in torment the likes of which this world has never known. Like a humming hive, the hordes of demonic beasts of every kind, restlessly beat the air with wings straining for their brief, bloodthirsty release, eagerly anticipating the destruction they will soon visit upon humans—those privileged mortal beings.

“You were in Eden, the garden of God; Every precious stone was your covering: The ruby, the topaz and the diamond; The beryl, the onyx and the jasper; The lapis lazuli, the turquoise and the emerald; and the gold, the workmanship of your settings and sockets, Was in you. On the day that you were created They were prepared” (Ezekiel 28:13).

“For you have said in your heart: I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God: I will sit also upon the mount of the congregation, in the sides of the north: I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will be like the most High. Yet thou shalt be brought down to hell, to the sides of the pit” (Isaiah 14:13-15).

From the battle of Jericho’s marching and shouting, and blowing of trumpets, to those who welcomed the heroes home after the defeat of the philistine giant, tabrets and pipes engaged. Percussion and piping and trumpeting, heard.

“And in every place where the grounded staff shall pass, which the Lord shall lay upon him, it shall be with tabrets and harps: and in battles of shaking will he fight with it” (Isaiah 30:32).

Nature itself is changing, weather unpredictable, floods and storms, volcanoes and earthquakes, death, rising evil, demonic and depraved.

What is the world coming to?

“A noise shall come even to the ends of the earth; for the LORD hath a controversy with the nations, he will plead with all flesh; he will give them that are wicked to the sword, saith the LORD” (Jeremiah 25:31).

What is that sound? It sounds almost…supernatural!

“For we know that the whole creation groaneth and travaileth in pain together until now” (Romans 8:22).

“I’ve never heard anything like it before!”

“I’m so tired of bad news, I just want to live my life in peace.”

“For when they shall say, Peace and safety; then sudden destruction cometh upon them, as travail upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape” (1 Thessalonians 5:3).

I’m so tired of all these wars, when will they stop, and why do we keep sending our people over there to those Middle Eastern countries to die, anyway?

It’s all about oil, and the Jews. When will they learn? When will they stop oppressing those poor Palestinians?

“And when ye shall hear of wars and rumors of wars, be ye not troubled; for such things must needs be; but the end shall not be yet.For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom” (Mark 13:7, 8a).

All the babies are gone! The children are gone! So many people have disappeared!

Zechariah 2:

“I lifted up mine eyes again, and looked, and behold a man with a measuring line in his hand. Then said I, Whither goest thou? And he said unto me, To measure Jerusalem, to see what is the breadth thereof, and what is the length thereof. And, behold, the angel that talked with me went forth, and another angel went out to meet him,m And said unto him, Run, speak to this young man, saying, Jerusalem shall be inhabited as towns without walls for the multitude of men and cattle therein:

For I, saith the Lord, will be unto her a wall of fire round about, and will be the glory in the midst of her. Ho, ho, come forth, and flee from the land of the north, saith the Lord: for I have spread you abroad as the four winds of the heaven, saith the Lord. Deliver thyself, O Zion, that dwellest with the daughter of Babylon. For thus saith the Lord of hosts; after the glory hath he sent me unto the nations which spoiled you: for he that toucheth you toucheth the apple of his eye.

For, behold, I will shake mine hand upon them, and they shall be a spoil to their servants: and ye shall know that the Lord of hosts hath sent me. Sing and rejoice, O daughter of Zion: for, lo, I come, and I will dwell in the midst of thee, saith the Lord. And many nations shall be joined to the Lord in that day, and shall be my people: and I will dwell in the midst of thee, and thou shalt know that the Lord of hosts hath sent me unto thee.

And the Lord shall inherit Judah his portion in the holy land, and shall choose Jerusalem again. Be silent, O all flesh, before the Lord: for he is raised up out of his holy habitation.” “We would have a king to rule over us” (1 Samuel 8:19b).

“What we want is a man of sufficient stature to hold the alliances of all people and to lift us out of the economic morass into which we are sinking. Send us such a man, and be he god or devil, we will receive him.” —Henri Spaak

“The time has come to deepen economic and currency union. For this renewed push towards integration we need strong political leadership.” —John Giles

“Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God,shewing himself that he is God” (2 Thessalonians 2:4).

“Woe, woe, woe, to the inhabiters of the earth” (Revelation 12:2).

Don’t talk to me about God, I don’t believe in him. I’m not perfect, but I’m good enough, better than a lot of people.

“None is righteous, no not one” (Romans 3:10).

There are plenty of ways to get to heaven, your way isn’t any more legitimate than others.

Jesus said “I am the way, the truth and the light, and no man cometh unto the Father but by me”(John 14:6).

That’s just a bunch of junk the church made up to scare us into living a certain way. I can live a moral life without all that, and I figure my shot at getting into heaven is as good as those of anyone else, so I’ll take my chances.

“And fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell” (Matthew 10:28).

“Ye must be born again” (John 3:7).

No one is in a position to judge me!

“I Am that I Am” (Exodus 3:14).

“I Am God Almighty”(Genesis 17:1).“I am he that liveth, and was dead; and, behold, I am alive for evermore, Amen; and have the keys of hell and of death”(Revelation 1:18).

“I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending, saith the Lord, which is, and which was, and which is to come, the Almighty” (Revelation 22:13).

“And I turned to see the voice that spake with me. And being turned, I saw seven golden candlesticks; And in the midst of the seven candlesticks one like unto the Son of man, clothed with a garment down to the foot, and girt about the paps with a golden girdle.

His head and his hairs were white like wool, as white as snow; and his eyes were as a flame of fire; And his feet like unto fine brass, as if they burned in a furnace; and his voice as the sound of many waters” (Revelation 1: 12-15).

“I am the first and the last, I am he that liveth, and was dead; and, behold, I am alive for evermore, Amen; and have the keys of hell and of death” (Revelation 1:18).

“And, behold, I come quickly; and my reward is with me, to give every man according as his work shall be. I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end, the first and the last” (Revelation 22:12-13).
