What you think about Israel matters to God.
Like a watershed, Israel seems to be dividing people left and right. Not in a political sense so much, since the Jewish state is being denounced from both sides of the political spectrum, but in the sense that sitting on the fence doesn’t seem to be an available option. It feels like people are being forced to choose: for, or against? Though it may be a democratic, forward-looking nation that supports freedom for all its citizens, Israel is not a perfect representation of biblical values. Of the ten million Jewish and Arab citizens, some 70% are secular (many of whom identify as atheists), and less than half a percent of Israelis believe in Jesus.

In dramatic rise, Germany records over 1,000 antisemitic cases in 2025

Arab League breaks with Hamas: A new era of Middle East politics
The joint declaration from the Arab League, for the first time explicitly condemning Hamas’s October 7, 2023, attack and demanding the group disarm and end its rule in Gaza, is far more than a diplomatic footnote. It represents a tectonic shift in the Arab world’s relationship with the Palestinian cause and with Israel. After decades of either overt support or strategic silence, the majority of Arab nations have now decisively turned their backs on the armed faction of the Palestinian national movement.

Ancient wine flows again as 1,000-year-old grape seeds revive in Israel’s Negev
Once a global hub of wine production, an ancient tradition has been revived in the Negev desert with grape seeds that are 1,000 years old. Not long after the Bible was written, grapes were grown in abundance in the Avdat region, just south of Sde Boker where David Ben Gurion – Israel’s first prime minister – is buried. Now the vineyards are being restored to the grape growing center it used to be 1,500 years ago,

US House members ask Marco Rubio to bar Turkey from rejoining F-35 program
The group of signatories, spanning both parties, stressed that Turkey still possesses the Russian weapons systems and has shown “no willingness to comply with US law.” … Congress on Thursday warned that lifting existing sanctions or readmitting Turkey to the US F-35 fifth-generation fighter program would “jeopardize the integrity of F-35 systems” and risk exposing sensitive US military technology to Russia.

Two nephews of Hamas leader killed in Israeli airstrike

According to the report, the two were killed by artillery fire as they returned home to the Shejaiya neighborhood after collecting firewood.

Turkey Says Muslim Countries Must Be United Against Israel’s Gaza Takeover Plan
Muslim nations must act in unison and rally international opposition against Israel’s plan to take control of Gaza City, Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan said on Saturday after talks in Egypt. Regional powers Egypt and Turkey both condemned the plan on Friday. Ankara has said it marked a new phase in what it called Israel’s genocidal and expansionist policies, while calling for global measures to stop the plan’s implementation. Israel rejects such description of its actions in Gaza.

‘No Leniency’: Iran Announces Arrest of 20 ‘Zionist Agents’
Iranian authorities have in recent months arrested 20 people charged with being “Israeli Mossad operatives,” the judiciary said, adding that the Islamic regime will mete out the harshest punishments. “The judiciary will show no leniency toward spies and agents of the Zionist regime, and with firm rulings, will make an example of them all,” spokesperson Asghar Jahangiri told Iranian media. However, it is understood that an unspecified number of detainees were released, apparently after the charges against them could not be substantiated.

Iran vows to make Trump-backed corridor a ‘graveyard’ after Azerbaijan-Armenia peace framework
Under the sponsorship of U.S. President Donald Trump, Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan shook hands in what Washington hailed as a major diplomatic achievement — one that will give the U.S. exclusive development rights to a strategic transport corridor between the two countries. The plan, known as the Trump Route for International Peace and Prosperity (TRIPP), would run across southern Armenia, linking Azerbaijan to its Nakhchivan exclave and, in turn, to Turkey. Ali Akbar Velayati, top adviser to Iran’s Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei, warned that “this corridor will not become a passage owned by Trump, but rather a graveyard for Trump’s mercenaries.”

Appeals Court Nukes Boasberg’s Contempt Order In Trump Admin Deportations Case
Boasberg said he found probable cause to hold the administration in contempt because it purportedly violated his orders to halt deportations under the Alien Enemies Act. However in a 2–1 decision on Friday, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit indicated that Boasberg went too far. Judge Gregory Katsas said that one of Boasberg’s orders could have been read in different ways.

Michael Goodwin: Netanyahu taking control of Gaza will end the Israel-Hamas war for good
Hamas has shown repeatedly it isn’t interested in signing a cease-fire and hostage deal that Israel can accept. Against that reality, it’s hard to argue with Netanyahu’s conclusion that only added military pressure can change the terrorists’ calculations. An aide to Netanyahu put it this way in a media statement: “We are not willing to remain in the current limbo and we are not willing to surrender to Hamas’ demands — so essentially only one option is left, to take a drastic step. This is the last card we have left.”

The Weak West

I listened this week to a horrifying podcast interview between Tucker Carlson and his guest, Tony Aguilar, who both accused Israel of war crimes in the Gaza Strip.

Then this morning I watched a press conference between Vice President J.D. Vance and British Foreign Minister David Lammy. Both lamented the “suffering” in Gaza, but they only referred to the Arabs. The obligatory reference to the “hostages” came from both of them, but so also did they talk about their main goal: Ceasefire.

Look, if the goal isn’t to eradicate Hamas, then our leadership is amateurish. If you’re upset that I’m criticizing Vance, as usual, my only interest here is the Jews of Israel. If we as a country don’t make supporting our ally and biblical brethren the top priority, we’re doing it wrong. And hang on; here’s more shock for you: In 2028, Vance makes me nervous. I just don’t seem him as a reliable, principled leader. Trump isn’t perfect of course, but we are not likely to see his type again.

In any case, as they wrapped up their meeting in the UK by chattering about the “ceasefire.” As if Hamas is a co-equal in this. Do you know what I keep uppermost in my mind regarding all this?

October 7.

That day, Hamas—along with a bunch of regular Arabs living in Gaza—broke through border fencing and proceeded to slaughter over 1,000 Israelis. Women raped to death. Mutilated. Tortured before execution. Children murdered in front of their parents. Parents murdered in front of their children. Whole families burned to death. On and on.

Anyone, especially in leadership, that doesn’t keep that uppermost in their minds when dealing with the devils of Gaza is immoral too. People I literally want nothing to do with.

Even as the Israeli cabinet this week made the decision to go in and finish the job, they were basically forced to continue talking about feeding their enemies. Whoever heard of this before, in all of history? Once Third Army crossed the Rhine in 1945, did they feed the Nazis? Did the ancient Assyrians that slaughtered Israelites feed them at the same time?

From the illegitimate Biden Regime, to the current moment, Israel has been hamstrung. The IDF would have solved this problem within a year if the useful idiots from the West hadn’t used their diplomacy to prevent the defeat of Hamas. And the worst? The blood of hostages is on the hands of these Western gargoyles; they have caused untold misery for the Jews captured by these devils. Almost 1,000 Israeli soldiers killed. Netanyahu’s resilience is legendary, but the guy has earned his pay the last two years.

Now, I do think Trump has given Israel a greenlight to finish the job. Again, I think he understands the situation better than most (although I do not think he understands the threat of Islam. How can we be cozying up to terror-supporting Qatar?). Yet now, the UK, France, Germany, and Australia have stated that they will “recognize” a Palestinian state by September if Israel doesn’t shape up (capitulate). This odious policy is lunacy.

What state will they recognize? On what territory? Who is able to dislodge the Israelis from the territory claimed by the Arabs for a 23rd state in the Middle East? The UN of course is going along with this madness.

Think about the chutzpah involved here. GERMANY demanding the Jews agree to establish a terror state next door. Macron and Starmer are historically weak leaders of France and Great Britain. It’s hard to believe that Starmer lives at 10 Downing St., the same place Churchill called home. The contrast couldn’t be starker.

(Meanwhile, in an election cycle, Starmer’s staff posts on his X account how “tough” he is on immigration. It’s a direct lie, but that’s the dystopian world we live in.)

Of course, I’d be in error if I didn’t also mention the weak Carney of Canada. He is another left-wing subversive bent on destroying the West. People often ask me what is their motivation, and aren’t they afraid of Muslim terrorists, the ones they pacify? Well, I firmly believe that a ton of dirty money is part motivation. Plus, “leaders” like this do not fear personal violence. They’d be spirited away if violence breaks out. They aren’t going to be in harm’s way.

Aside from Trump, the West is burdened by historically bad leadership. Israel is bearing the brunt of that, yes, but we know from the Bible that Israel will be fine. Divinely protected.

Not so everyone else.
