Temporarily waiving this act opens domestic shipping routes to foreign vessels, possibly reducing costs and delivery times. However, experts say it won’t dramatically lower prices.

Summerlike heat will build across the Southwest this week, pushing temps in many areas into the 90s and some past 100 degrees. Some cities have already broken monthly high-temperature records. The heat dome is forecast to continue into the weekend and extend its reach into part of the central US.

Iranian cluster bomb hits empty kindergarten in Israel’s Rishon Letzion. Iran and Hezbollah in Lebanon continued to fire missiles at Israel on Saturday, wounding at least one person and damaging property, including a kindergarten. The morning strike in Rishon Letzion was caused by a cluster munition whose bombs struck 11 sites in the city.

The growing list, which includes NATO members, comes after President Trump ripped NATO for acting like “cowards” Friday. PM Netanyahu said Thursday that Iran no longer has the ability to enrich uranium or make ballistic missiles.
UAE dismantles Iran-linked terror cell as Tehran’s attacks spread tensions across Middle East. United Arab Emirates authorities have brought down a “terrorist network” funded and operated by Hezbollah and Iran and arrested its members. The development comes as Iran continued to launch large-scale missile and drone attacks across the Gulf, with the UAE among the most heavily targeted countries since the conflict began.
