On Wednesday, President Trump released a statement denouncing political violence, including at events reportedly planned to take place in D.C. and across the country in the coming days. Trump’s remarks came about an hour after the House voted to impeach him on a charge of inciting an insurrection among demonstrators at the Capitol last week. [He did not incite violence. On the other hand, Dem politicians stood back or even incited violence that went on for several months by BLM and Antifa, some even claiming they were peaceful protests.]

Mozilla, the non-profit company behind Firefox’ browser, has joined the fight against free speech, motivated by the narrative about what happened at the US Capitol on January 6th. In tandem with other tech giants including Facebook, Twitter and Google, the CEO of Mozilla called for “more than de-platforming.” According to Computer World, 91% of Mozilla’s funding in 2018 came from Google (as they secured being Mozilla’s default search engine). This deal was renegotiated in 2020 and extended three more years, with $400-450 million more landing in Mozilla’s lap. In their mission statement, Mozilla claims it’s their duty that the internet remains a force for good [yeah, sure…not]. The company which claims its “core values are openness and inclusion” is now openly advocating for going beyond “de-platforming.”

There have been 13 new confirmed deaths associated with the Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) vaccine in Norway, which adds to the 23 deaths and counting that are said to be associated with the vaccine’s rollout in the Scandinavian country. “If you are very frail, you should probably not be vaccinated,” Steinar Madsen at the Norwegian Medicines Agency said at a webinar on corona vaccine for journalists on Thursday.
75-year-old Israeli woman found lifeless hours after second dose of Covid-19 vaccine. This is the fourth time an Israeli in their 70s or 80s with underlying conditions passed away shortly after receiving a Pfizer Covid vaccine. It’s the first reported death in Israel following the second dose. In the three weeks since the start of the vaccination campaign, two elderly individuals were reported to have died hours after receiving the vaccine, though the Ministry of Health believes there’s no connection. In the first case, a 75-year-old male resident of Beit She’an died of heart failure two hours after the injection. The next day, an 88-year-old man died hours after receiving the vaccine. The hospital reported that the deceased suffered from prolonged, complex and severe underlying conditions.
In Israel, some 13 people have experienced mild facial paralysis as a side effect after taking the COVID vaccine. Estimates are that the number of cases could be higher. Health officials have raised questions about whether or not to administer the second dose to these individuals, but the Health Ministry is recommending the second dose be given if and when the paralysis passes. “For at least 28 hours I walked around with it [facial paralysis],” one person who had the side effect told Ynet. “I can’t say it was completely gone afterwards, but other than that I had no other pains….”

At least 42 known dead in Indonesia in 6.2 earthquake that toppled homes, buildings just after midnight Friday. Over 600 people were injured. Authorities are still collecting information about the full scale of casualties and damage in the affected areas. There were reports of many people trapped in the rubble of collapsed homes and buildings.
A 6.8-magnitude earthquake struck Tuesday in northern Mongolia not far from the border with Russia on January 12. USGS said there was a “low likelihood of casualties and damage” as a result of the quake. Overall, the population in this region resides in structures resistant to earthquake shaking.

After shots were first fired from Gaza towards IDF engineering equipment, the IDF responded by striking a Hamas guard post. Shortly after, shots were fired again, and the IDF responded by striking two Hamas guard posts.

Daesh (ISIS) attack killed 8 regime loyalists in east Syria on Monday, the latest in a series of deadly attacks. Five Syrian soldiers and three pro-regime militia fighters were among those killed. Eleven others were wounded, some critically.
The Growing Iran Threat
Iran is the new home for Al Qaeda terror network – poses ‘grave threat’ to US, Israel, Arab allies – Pompeo reveals. In a major address, US Secretary of State Pompeo warns Biden to take the Iran threat seriously. His speech comes a week after Iran announced a dramatic, dangerous escalation of uranium enrichment.
Pompeo & Head of Israel’s Mossad Spotted in Private Meeting at DC Cafe as Tensions Rise with Iran. The meeting comes on the heels of major US military movements in the Persian Gulf. Last week, the Pentagon announced that the nuclear-powered aircraft carrier, USS Nimitz, and its strike group were ordered to return to the Persian Gulf in response to threats from Iran. Earlier this month, the US flew strategic bombers over the Persian Gulf in what U.S. Central Command said was a defensive action. As early as Tuesday, reports came out of American refueling planes hovering over the Persian Gulf. Additional reports came in of a UAE reconnaissance plane and a British reconnaissance plane patrolling the Gulf as well.
Israel, Arab allies ‘on same page’ against Iran. Israel and like-minded Arab states have a shared message for Biden: Don’t reduce the pressure on Iran.
Israel determined to prevent Iran from achieving ‘Syria Project.’ Alleged strikes in Deir al-Zour and Albu Kamal areas in Syria were the latest in a long series of reported Israeli attacks designed to thwart Iran’s attempts at building a war machine in Syria. Allegedly, a senior American intelligence official said the bombings were enabled by intelligence provided to Israel by the US.
With Middle East on edge, miscalculation could trigger conflagration. Few are paying attention to dramatic developments in the Middle East involving Israel, US, Iran and its proxies. But they should. On Tuesday night, 18 airstrikes took place inside Syria, near the Syrian-Iraqi border – which foreign reports attributed to Israel, and which reportedly killed over two dozen Syrian soldiers and foreign fighters. The area serves as a key transit point from Iran to Hezbollah in Lebanon. This was the fourth attack on Syria in two weeks that has been blamed on Israel.
Reports say Iran has expanded ‘kamikaze drone’ base in Yemen, with drones just within range of Israel. The report noted that these advanced drones might have a range of some 2,200 kilometers, which puts them conveniently just within range of Israel.

Data released by Statistics Canada in July of 2019 found that Canadian Jews were the most targeted group for hate crimes in 2018, a trend continuing from the previous two years.

Massacre ‘of 750’ reported in Aksum church complex, Tigray, Ethiopia, that reputedly houses the Ark of the Covenant. Accounts have come from those who fled the town of Aksum and walked more than 200km to the regional capital, Mekelle. EEPA’s latest dispatch on the situation in Tigray, on Tuesday, reports that 750 people were shot in Aksum, although this has not been verified. It says that the massacre was carried out by Ethiopian federal troops and Amhara militia.
China Arresting Christians for Attending Online Church. The Chinese Communist Party is using the coronavirus p[l]andemic as an excuse to crack down on Christians, even arresting some for attending online services via Zoom. “China has definitely cracked down on religion. They’re returning what I call the ‘government is God’ philosophy that they had when they were connected with the Soviet Union years ago,” David Curry told Breitbart News.
CONCLUSION

Summary: Millions of Americans believe we will surely reap what we have sown. Over 60 million unborn Americans have been slaughtered since 1973, just about every form of wickedness you can possibly imagine is absolutely exploding in our society, and we continue to push God out of every aspect of public life. Does it make sense that God would bless us more than ever before when we have completely and utterly rejected Him as a nation?

Yet there is an erroneous theology taught these days that has caught on like wildfire. It’s called “Kingdom Now theology.” Besides other false doctrines, it teaches that things will get better as Christians gradually take over every realm of society and establish God’s Kingdom on Earth, then they’ll simply hand the keys of the Kingdom over to Jesus once He finally returns. It’s not an accident that many teaching “Kingdom Now theology” also teach “the prosperity gospel.” This is the opposite of what we find in the Bible. Jesus is not going to return to a planet filled with peace and prosperity. The Book of Revelation and other passages throughout the Scriptures make it exceedingly clear that the last days before Jesus returns to set up His Kingdom on Earth are going to be the worst times in all of human history.
Proponents of Kingdom Now teaching also don’t believe in the rapture, which is explained away as a feeling of rapture or excitement when the Lord returns to receive the kingdom from our hands. Wrong.
True Christians will be kept FROM (not through) the wrath to come:
“Because thou hast kept the word of my patience, I also will keep thee from the hour of temptation, which shall come upon all the world, to try them that dwell upon the earth” (Revelation 3:10).
“For God hath not appointed us to wrath, but to obtain salvation by our Lord Jesus Christ, Who died for us, that, whether we wake or sleep, we should live together with him. Wherefore comfort yourselves together, and edify one another, even as also ye do” (1 Thessalonians 5:9-11).
“For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so them also which sleep in Jesus will God bring with him. For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent them which are asleep. For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord. Wherefore comfort one another with these words” (1 Thessalonians 4:14-18).
