In the Presence of Jehovah :: By Geri Ungurean

Recently, I have been writing on some very heavy and worrisome topics.

This morning when I awoke, I felt the Holy Spirit urging me to share this incredibly encouraging and beautiful song sung by the Martins. They are one of my all-time favorite Gospel groups.

With everything in the news, please take time to sit and relax and listen to this song. I am placing the lyrics to the song as well.

Lyrics:

“In and out of situations,
That tug-of-war at me
All day long I struggle
For answers that I need
But then I come into Your presence,
And all my questions become clear
And for this sacred moment,
No doubts can interfere

Chorus:
In the presence of Jehovah,
God Almighty, Prince of Peace
Troubles vanish, hearts are mended,
In the presence of The King

Through His love The Lord provided,
A place for us to rest
A place to find the answers,
In the hour of distress
Now there’s never any reason,
For you to give up in despair
Just slip away and breathe His name,
For He will surely meet you there

Chorus:
In the presence of Jehovah,
God Almighty, Prince of Peace
Troubles vanish, hearts are mended,
In the presence of The King
(Repeat)

In the presence of The King
In the presence of The King.”

From our Lord:

“Fear not, for I am with you; Be not dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, Yes, I will help you, I will uphold you with My righteous right hand” (Isaiah 41:10).

“By whom also we have access by faith into this grace wherein we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God. And not only so, but we glory in tribulations also: knowing that tribulation worketh patience; And patience, experience; and experience, hope: And hope maketh not ashamed; because the love of God is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Ghost which is given unto us” (Romans 5:2-5).

“For we know that the whole creation groaneth and travaileth in pain together until now. And not only they, but ourselves also, which have the firstfruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, waiting for the adoption, to wit, the redemption of our body. For we are saved by hope: but hope that is seen is not hope: for what a man seeth, why doth he yet hope for? But if we hope for that we see not, then do we with patience wait for it” (Romans 8:22-25).

Brethren, I pray for peace in our minds this day. We belong to the King of Kings and Lord of Lords; the Maker of the Stars and all that is around us.

Can He not care for us, His beloved?

Of course He can and does.

How Can I Be Saved?

Shalom b’Yeshua
