God said the Messiah would be a descendant of Abraham, then Isaac, then Jacob (whose name was changed to Israel), and He was.
God said the Messiah would be a descendant of David, and He was.
God said the Messiah would come from the Israeli tribe of Judah, and He did.
God said the Jews would be put off the Promised Land one year for every year they did not let the land rest when they were on it (70 years), and Babylon put the Jews off the Promised Land for 70 years.
God said Babylon would be destroyed 70 years after Babylon destroyed Israel, and the Medes and Persians conquered Babylon exactly 70 years after Babylon destroyed Israel.
God said the Messiah would enter into Jerusalem riding on a donkey and the foal of a donkey, and He did.
God said the Messiah’s hands and feet would be pierced hundreds of years before crucifixion was invented, and His hands and feet were nailed to a cross.
God said the Jews would reject the Messiah, and they did.
God said Jerusalem and the Temple would be destroyed, and the Romans did that in 70 A.D.

This list could continue on for several pages and hundreds of prophecies, but it clearly shows that what God says will happen actually does happen.

And this is the point: We should not be surprised by what is happening today.

God said Israel would come back into being in one day, and it happened.
God said Jerusalem would be rebuilt and be a problem for the world, and it is.
God said Israel would become a great army, and it is.
God said Israel would possess Jerusalem; Israel captured Jerusalem in 1967, and Pres. Trump recognized Jerusalem as the undivided capital of Israel in 2017.
God said the Temple will be rebuilt, and Hamas said they started the war in Gaza to stop the Jews from rebuilding the Temple.
God said the Roman Empire would be destroyed (and revived at the end of the age), and 27 nations have formed the EU.
God said the Euphrates River would dry up during the Tribulation Period. Turkey and Syria have built 7 dams on the river, and because of that and drought, Iraq’s water supply from the Tigris and Euphrates rivers is lower than it has been in more than 80 years.
God said there will be a world government after the Restrainer is removed (I believe that means the Rapture), and the UN and many globalists are trying to create a world government (New World Order; Great Reset, etc.), by 2030 or sooner, if possible.
God said the Tribulation Period will begin with a worthless peace treaty with many for 7 years in the Middle East, and many nations will soon gather to try to force one on Israel.
God said the coming world government will track all buying and selling during the Tribulation Period, and the technology to do that is being developed right now.
God said Russia, Iran, and others will join forces and attack Israel in the latter days and latter years. Iran is threatening to attack Israel now, and Russia and Iran have just signed a military cooperation agreement.

This list is like the first list above.

Much more could be added, but God’s Word is clearly being fulfilled, and we should not be surprised.

He told us to watch, and we could see the end of the age approaching.

Those who are watching see it, but sadly, most aren’t watching, and most don’t see it.

(BTW: In an article dated June 5, 2025, the Prophecy News Watch staff wrote, “Every fulfilled prophecy stands as proof of its credibility–from the birth of Christ to the rebirth of Israel in 1948. We don’t need to guess whether God’s Word is true. History has already confirmed it.”)

Here are some recent events that seem to indicate that the end of the age is here.

One, concerning wars and rumors of wars: on May 28, 2025, Germany agreed to help Ukraine produce long-range missiles that can reach Russian territory.

(More: On June 1, 2025, Russia said this is an escalation of the war and in response Russia is preparing to launch a massive ground assault to seize 11 more villages in Ukraine.)

(More: on June 2, 2025, British Prime Min. Keir Starmer announced a sweeping overhaul of the United Kingdom’s defense posture to put the country into a state of war-fighting readiness in response to rising global threats, particularly from Russia.)

Two, on May 22, 2025, it was reported that France is pressuring Western nations to recognize the existence of a Palestinian state in Gaza at an upcoming meeting on June 17-20, 2025.

On May 28, 2025, it was reported that:

Israel has reportedly warned key European nations that any unilateral recognition of a Palestinian state could prompt Jerusalem to extend sovereignty over parts of Judea and Samaria.
Unilateral moves against Israel will be met with unilateral moves by Israel.

(Update: At a UN Security Council meeting on May 29, 2025, the U.S. firmly rejected France’s attempt to recognize a Palestinian State.)

(More: On May 31, 2025, it was reported that the U.S. Ambassador to Israel, Mike Huckabee, said, “If France is really so determined to see a Palestinian state, I have a suggestion for them–carve out a piece of the French Riviera and create a Palestinian state. They are welcome to do that, but they are not welcome to impose that kind of pressure on a sovereign nation. And I find it revolting that they think they have the right to do such a thing.”)

(More: On June 3, 2025, it was reported that the U.S. has issued a stark warning to its key allies, the United Kingdom and France, against unilaterally recognizing a Palestinian state in the Gaza Strip.)

(My opinion: The Bible says all that is in heaven and earth is God’s; I Chron. 29:11. The UK, France, and the Arabs will pay a heavy price if they try to create a Palestinian State in the Gaza Strip.)

Three, concerning Israel’s great army and its war with Hezbollah in Lebanon: on May 29, 2025, it was reported that,

The Lebanese army has dismantled large parts of Hezbollah’s infrastructure in southern Lebanon with the help of Israeli intelligence.
Both Israeli and American officials expressed surprise at the extent of the progress.
Lebanon is also promoting a multi-phase plan to disarm Palestinian armed groups operating primarily in densely populated refugee camps.

Four, concerning the wannabe UN world government: on May 29, 2025, it was reported that Trump’s cuts in funding to the UN has prompted Sec. Gen. Guterres to eliminate 20% of the UN’s 35,000 strong workforce by June 13, 2025.

One critic said the UN needs to do more than cut jobs.

The UN needs to reform its policies.

Five, concerning deceit and Iran’s desire to be an Islamic world government: on May 31, 2025, the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) reported that Iran carried out a secret nuclear program with undeclared material and has conducted covert experiments.

(More: On June 1, 2025, the IAEA confirmed that Iran now possesses 900 pounds of uranium that has been enriched to 60%, and it is enough to start producing one nuclear bomb every month. Israeli Prime Min. Netanyahu said the international community must act now to stop Iran.)

(My opinion: I have written many good things about Pres. Trump appointing Christians to important positions in his administration, his mention of Jesus, his holding Christian worship services at the White House and Mar-a-Lago, etc., and I still believe it. But there is something that he, Witkoff, and others may not understand or believe: Iran’s leader is under the influence of a demonic spirit called the Prince of Persia – Dan. 10:13 – and the Prince of Persia is under the influence of a Snake called Satan – Eph. 6:12. Trump’s desire to negotiate and make a deal with the demonically influenced leader of Iran is a dangerous waste of time. Trump’s warning Israel not to attack Iran’s nuclear sites while these negotiations are going on seems to be a mistake to me.)

(More opinion: Hamas is under the influence of Iran, so a ceasefire with Hamas and restraints on Israel is another waste of time. The end of the age has arrived, and the wars and rumors of wars will continue.

(More: On June 4, 1015, Iran’s Supreme Leader, the Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, rejected U.S. demands to halt uranium enrichment.)

Six, concerning Iran’s efforts to produce nuclear weapons: on June 1, 2025, an unofficial source said Trump’s Middle East Envoy, Steve Witkoff, has adopted a proposal by Oman to establish a regional consortium that would enrich uranium for Iran’s civilian use, under the supervision of the IAEA and the United States government.

According to Witkoff, it would be in Iran’s best interest for Iran to accept the proposal.

Seven, concerning robots that can speak (Rev. 13:15-18) and perhaps track all buying and selling, on May 29, 2025, Patrick Wood (author and technology expert) reported that:

Thailand has just unveiled a huge humanoid-looking ROBOCOP with the rank of Colonel (Nakhonpathom Plod Phai).
It wears the uniform, sees the world through 360-degree cameras, performs continuous facial recognition, and can arrest criminals.

Eight, concerning the climate change scam: on June 3, 2025, a ship carrying 3,000 vehicles (800 were electric vehicles) burned and sank off the coast of Alaska, and the sailors had to be rescued when some of the electric vehicles caught on fire.

Efforts to put out the fire, save the ship and vehicles, etc., failed.

FYI: God does not send anyone to Hell (all of us are born with a sin nature and destined to go to Hell because we sin), but God has provided a way (Jesus) for everyone to go to Heaven (and He is the only way to get there; John 14:6).

Finally, are you Rapture Ready?

If you want to be rapture ready and go to heaven, you must be born again (John 3:3). God loves you, and if you have not done so, sincerely admit that you are a sinner; believe that Jesus is the virgin-born, sinless Son of God who died for the sins of the world, was buried, and raised from the dead; ask Him to forgive your sins, cleanse you, come into your heart and be your Saviour; then tell someone that you have done this.
