Biden’s Amendments Hand U.S. Sovereignty to the WHO

When I read about WHO being given authority over the citizens of our country, I thought back to when I wrote a piece about Obama changing the rules about INTERPOL and giving them the same (even more) authority on our turf as American police officers have.

You cannot make this stuff up.

As soon as I heard the cries for the defunding of Police Departments across the nation, I knew that something very sinister was afoot.

I knew that if this was part of the plan of the Left, then they must have “Plan B” in the wings. It’s ridiculous to think that a nation can even function with absolutely no law enforcement.

Then it dawned on me – something that I remembered from 2009. Something that Obama did very quietly and discreetly. When I first told my husband what he had done, he responded by saying that it was probably not a big deal.

But I knew that it was a big deal.

Everything that man did was calculated. He didn’t do anything without a good reason; and when I say ‘good reason,’ I mean to further the agenda of the Left.

Obama’s Latest Executive Order Grants Interpol Immunity from American Laws

One of the latest stories buzzing around the blogosphere during this holiday break is one regarding President Obama’s December 17 Executive Order, “Amending Executive Order 12425.”

EO12425 was issued by then-President Ronald Reagan in 1983, which granted the international policing agency INTERPOL diplomatic status in the United States to help conduct global investigations more effectively. However, Reagan specifically made two exceptions to INTERPOL’s diplomatic immunities. The first had to do with taxation; the second required INTERPOL to operate under the oversight of U.S. law enforcement agencies, be held accountable according to U.S. laws, and produce records when demanded by courts.

Obama’s “amendment” to Reagan’s original Executive Order, however, completely undermines these exceptions and threatens to give international policing agencies immunity from U.S. laws when operating within our own borders. ThreatsWatch reports:

Last Thursday, December 17, 2009, The White House released an Executive Order “Amending Executive Order 12425.” It grants INTERPOL (International Criminal Police Organization) a new level of full diplomatic immunity afforded to foreign embassies and select other “International Organizations” as set forth in the United States International Organizations Immunities Act of 1945.

By removing language from President Reagan’s 1983 Executive Order 12425, this international law enforcement body now operates… on American soil beyond the reach of our own top law enforcement arm, the FBI, and is immune from Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests.…

After initial review and discussions between the writers of this analysis, the context was spelled out plainly.

Through EO 12425, President Reagan extended to INTERPOL recognition as an “International Organization.” In short, the privileges and immunities afforded foreign diplomats were extended to INTERPOL. Two sets of important privileges and immunities were withheld: Section 2? and the remaining sections cited (all of which deal with differing taxes).

And then comes December 17, 2009, and President Obama. The exemptions in EO 12425 were removed.

Section 2c of the United States International Organizations Immunities Act is the crucial piece.

Property and assets of international organizations, wherever located and by whomsoever held, shall be immune from search, unless such immunity be expressly waived, and from confiscation. The archives of international organizations shall be inviolable. (emphasis added)

Inviolable archives means INTERPOL records are beyond U.S. citizens’ Freedom of Information Act requests and from American legal or investigative discovery (“unless such immunity be expressly waived”).

Property and assets being immune from search and confiscation means precisely that. Wherever they may be in the United States. This could conceivably include human assets – Americans arrested on our soil by INTERPOL officers.

INTERPOL officers would therefore have immunity for any lawbreaking conducted in the U.S. – a policing agency literally “above the law.” In addition, Americans arrested by INTERPOL agents in the U.S. will not be guaranteed access to documentation normally accessible during the U.S. legal process.

Andy McCarthy at National Review has some additional questions about this very questionable policy shift:

Interpol’s property and assets are no longer subject to search and confiscation, and its archives are now considered inviolable. This international police force (whose U.S. headquarters is in the Justice Department in Washington) will be unrestrained by the U.S. Constitution and American law while it operates in the United States and affects both Americans and American interests outside the United States. (emphasis added)

Interpol works closely with international tribunals (such as the International Criminal Court — which the United States has refused to join because of its sovereignty surrendering provisions, though top Obama officials want us in it). It also works closely with foreign courts and law-enforcement authorities (such as those in Europe that are investigating former Bush administration officials for purported war crimes — i.e., for actions taken in America’s defense).

Why would we elevate an international police force above American law? Why would we immunize an international police force from the limitations that constrain the FBI and other American law-enforcement agencies? Why is it suddenly necessary to have, within the Justice Department, a repository for stashing government files which, therefore, will be beyond the ability of Congress, American law enforcement, the media, and the American people to scrutinize? (emphasis added) source

Fast forward to today. We have mobs in the streets calling for the Police Force to be defunded across our nation. We have Leftist mayors and governors agreeing with the mobs.

So, Obama made this executive order in 2009, knowing that at some point in the future, rioting, looting and violent crowds (ANTIFA and BLM) would be calling for the shutting down of police departments.

Isn’t it so convenient that Obama changed the original order about Interpol by President Reagan and lifted all restrictions from them? They could come to America and be immune from our Constitution and be given free rein over American citizens.

Brethren, I do not know for sure, but I can imagine the Leftwing bringing Interpol here to “bring order” to our streets. Boy, oh boy – the Left has never seen Police brutality until these people are given authority over our citizens! They will have no restrictions.

Scary thought, isn’t it?

And that will be just the beginning of the Communist Insurrection, which I do believe has already begun. And now it is all beginning to come into focus, isn’t it?

God is in control – always. Anything that happens is because He allowed it to happen. I pray that we will not be here much longer. Stay focused on the Lord and continue to do what we are here to do: share the Gospel with the lost.

How Can I Be Saved?

Do you believe in Jesus? Do you believe he was crucified, died, and was raised again on the third day? If so, you are saved. “The word is near you, in your mouth and in your heart’ (that is, the word of faith that we proclaim); because, if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes and is justified, and with the mouth one confesses and is saved” (Romans 10:8-10).

Do you believe the Bible is God-breathed and is the inerrant Word of God? I do.

Do you believe we are living the last of the last days? I do, not only because the Bible tells us the events that will take place during the last of the last days but because you can see these prophesied things happening with your own eyes.

Do you believe in prophetic scripture? I do. That’s why I keep an eye open to world events. War and the possibility of war is at the top of the United States Agenda. By siding with Ukraine, we may be funding and enabling them in their war with Russia just to cover for the Bidens’ illicit affairs within that country. Their involvement in Bio Labs and Burisma for monetary gain may have given the leaders of Ukraine the leverage needed to blackmail them. Is it any wonder Joe Biden wants to give the Ukrainian government 35 billion for their war effort? A man will do almost anything to save his skin and his son from having to serve prison time for treason.

I’m reading a book written by Peter Schweizer that goes into detail about the Biden family corruption. He names people and documents secret meetings, as well as company fronts, legitimate and not. Some are Chinese Communist firms, and others are in Ukraine as well as an assortment of other countries where Joe’s political clout was used to rake in millions of dollars for the Biden criminal family. Political corruption is another sign that these are the end times. There are several other current politicians named who are dealing with the Chinese Communists, people whose names we all know, many of whom have sat in seats of power for a long time.

Moreover, since the far left is trying to take over the country to make it a modern-day Sodom and Gomorrah, what makes you think we will survive their continued onslaught of breaking the laws of the land. Lawlessness will continue to abound if people with stable and sound minds don’t rise up to put a stop to it.

Dear reader, if you don’t believe these fiascos will move biblical prophecy forward – I beg to differ. If we ever fall into Communism, we will have lost our God-given freedoms. Hopefully, we believers will have been whisked away in the Rapture.

Drought, flooding, and climate change (which used to be called global warming) are wreaking devastation in many parts of the world, but it is nothing that hasn’t happened before. The difference is that these catastrophic events are happening with greater frequency as the time of tribulation nears, just like the prophets foretold.

Already, the computer chips for buying and selling are being injected into some willing people’s hands and will be used for other identifying purposes as well. This method of controlling people will increase as we enter the Tribulation period.

Speaking of injections, some doctors are saying that the so-called Covid “vaccines” are loaded with ingredients that should not be put in the body, while other doctors say vaccinations are done for population control. I always thought vaccines were made to combat viruses, not cripple or kill you, but have you noticed how adamant our so-called leaders are in jabbing the armed forces? Sounds like a trojan horse to me. Oh, and did you know that China produces most of our pharmaceuticals? The Bible says, “My people perish for lack of knowledge.”

As if that wasn’t convincing enough, UFOs are making appearances every day and night now in various parts of the world. Are these the signs and wonders that the Bible speaks of?

Distress of Nations is another point made by Old Testament prophets. Who would have ever thought all of this would happen in our short lifetimes?

As for me, I feel called to reach the uninformed and lost, and as my forte is filmmaking, I write screenplays along with articles that reflect on what is happening in the here and now – based on scripture.

Below is an excerpt (page forty) from my screenplay “The Prophecies,” where it mentions Rapture Ready.

BERNIE: Exactly!… I could tell you that we’ve been living in the last days for the past two thousand years… which is true; however, it’s beginning to look like we’re truly living in the last of the last days!…

BERNIE: (With a raised eyebrow, asks) Don’t you follow the daily news on Rapture Ready on the internet? It tells you all you need to know about prophetic scripture, and the contributing writers are the best. Right now, there are earthquakes in various places – war and rumors of war.
