These U.S. personnel are some of the first the Pentagon has acknowledged have entered Ukraine since Russia launched its large scale invasion of the country in February.

2 NJ cops shot by sniper from high position
As many as two police officers have reportedly been shot by a suspect firing from an elevated position in an ongoing situation in Newark, New Jersey. Law enforcement sources told NBC 4 New York that two officers were shot by a suspect armed with a long gun that they believe was firing from either a rooftop or a window. One officer was reportedly hit in the neck and the other was reportedly hit in the leg.
