Then it will head farther north and bring snow measured in feet to Greenland, making it a meteorological oddity. This year is already ahead of pace in terms of storms, with 13 named. On average, we don’t see 13 named storms until the end of the season. Larry is located hundreds of miles east of the U.S. mainland as of Sept 10 and is producing dangerous swells and rip currents that will continue to form along the whole U.S. East Coast through the week’s end. It was a Category 3 for four days, making it the longest-lived major Atlantic hurricane since Dorian in 2019. Top winds peaked at 125 mph on Sept 5, just shy of a Category 4. God’s Appointed Times – Watching September. Summary: Global events are moving at a pace that is absolutely breathtaking. The Bible has a tremendous amount to say about the end times/last days, and I believe it won’t be long before God starts intervening in extraordinary ways.
Over the past several decades, whenever there’s been a significant event involving the federal government pushing for dividing Israel, the U.S. has been hit with a major disaster very shortly thereafter. Now the pattern has repeated again. On August 27th, Biden and Israeli PM Bennett met. The Biden bunch is passionately committed to a “two-state solution,” and Bennett wants the U.S. to end nuclear talks with Iran. Apparently, the meeting didn’t go well, and less than two hours later, Ida became a hurricane.
We want to be alert for whatever God may want to do during His appointed times. This year, the fall appointed times just happen to occur during September. Keep your eyes on Israel. It is God’s timepiece and will be the center of so much that occurs during these last days. Watch for war. Israel and Iran are so close to military conflict, and other hotspots around the globe could suddenly erupt as well. We’re moving into very chaotic times, and most will be blindsided by coming events. But the Bible warned about all these things so that we could have hope. In the end, Jesus will return to this planet and set everything right, and that’s definitely a future that we can look forward to with great joy.

And thy heaven that is over thy head shall be brass, and the earth that is under thee shall be iron…. The fruit of thy land, and all thy labours, shall a nation which thou knowest not eat up…. Because thou servedst not the Lord thy God with joyfulness, and with gladness of heart, for the abundance of all things…. The Lord shall bring a nation against thee from far, from the end of the earth, as swift as the eagle flieth; a nation whose tongue thou shalt not understand; A nation of fierce countenance, which shall not regard the person of the old, nor shew favour to the young” (Deuteronomy 28:15, 21, 23, 33, 47, 49-50, KJV).
