Unto The Lamb :: By Clay Smith

HALLELUJAH! All Praise, unto the Lamb, who sits on the Throne, Honor and Power, Dominion and Praise, Unto the Lamb, Who Was, and Is, and Is to Come.

This Lamb is YESHUA!

Isaiah 43:13 “Yea, before the day was, I am he.”

John 8:58 “Jesus said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Before Abraham was, I am.”

There it is! Scriptural Truth.

Jesus is on His Throne now, but He rises up soon to come to the clouds to bring back His Bride, the Saints, to heaven (1 Thessalonians 4:14-18). Then we come back with Him at the 2nd Coming to the earth where he will reign for the 1,000-year Millennium (Zechariah 8:3, 14-16; Revelation 19:11-14, 20:4-6).

In the first sentence of this article are some of the lyrics from the song in the title that originated from the Prestonwood Church Choir back in 2007. Look this up on YouTube, and listen to them singing this mighty uplifting musical score. For Christians, this should make you want to go to heaven now and sing this to Jesus, the Lamb, Who sits on the Throne, literally, right now, next to the Father. Hopefully, I will be able to sing when I get there.

For those of you who do not know Yeshua (Jesus), the Messiah, this is what our Spirit is professing and shouting to the world. Hallelujah! We have a Saviour that should be praised, honored, and glorified in our entire being every day. This is why we are trying to get the Gospel message out to the world, showing that salvation alone is in Jesus Christ, and we will be praising Him forever which we will never tire of.

We serve a mighty God, Yah, who gave his only begotten Son to die for our sins (all people) so that all who turn to him for salvation would live for and serve him now, and throughout all eternity. God will create a new heaven and new earth (Revelation 21:1-5), and He will dwell with all believers forever.

HALLELUJAH means God Be Praised! It’s a Hebrew term: Praise Yah! That’s what this song is about and what we should be doing each day and night. God has many wonderful things for us now and in the future who believe in his Son.

1 Corinthians 2:9 “But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him.”

Wow! We have no idea. We have a glimpse of heaven from the book of Revelation beginning in chapter 21. A great wall with 12 gates, with 12 pearls, and the foundations that are made of precious stones. The street of the heavenly city will be pure gold, vs. 21; but do you know the entire city will be gold? vs. 18. You can be part of this. Here’s another verse from the Gospel of John.

Jesus speaking:

John 14:1-3 “Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me. In my Father’s house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also.”

Did you notice the key words? Also; mansions; prepare; come again; I am.

Jesus has it all planned out. He is on his throne, knowing all things. The scripture in Psalm 121:4 states: “He neither slumbers, nor sleeps.” He is not slack in his word or his promises, just like the ones I quoted you.

Have you ever wondered what will be in heaven/kingdom of God besides eternal living and the heavenly city?

We have these attributes, if you will, but presently, we don’t express them as we should. Romans 14:17: “For the kingdom of God is not meat and drink; but righteousness, and peace, and joy in the Holy Ghost.” These are heavenly fruit, along with the Third Person of the Holy Trinity, that we as believers possess now. A person who does not know Christ does not possess these spiritually. This is one reason I believe that we have to receive new glorified bodies like Jesus that are “incorruptible,” without stain, blemish, or spot (like the lamb) to be able to express all this glory fully.

*Pure Holy Joy

*Pure Holy Peace

*Pure Holy Righteousness

*In the Holy Ghost

*Our fleshly body couldn’t handle that in Glory.

Wouldn’t you want all of this? No more pain, suffering, tears, agony, loneliness, etc.; the list goes on. I could give you hosts of Bible scriptures that relate to what I’m telling you; instead I will leave you with a few more various song lyrics. Think about them.

*I will call upon your Name.

*I am yours and you are mine.

*In the presence of my Saviour.

*All I know is I’m not home yet; this is not where I belong. Take this world and give me Jesus.

*I have this blessed assurance holding me.

*When the earth shakes, I want to be found in you.

Funny how this works out! To conclude, we are not far from being with the Lord Jesus. He is coming to get his Bride; the Church. We are so close to going home to Glory because this earth is temporal, and the prophetic signs from the Bible are coming to pass. The Rapture is imminent. There are different opinions on this, of course, but this is just what I find in the Word of God. There are many articles here on R/R to search for this study among others relating to the return of Christ.

I hope this has been a huge encouragement and a big skip in your daily walk with Jesus. Each believer has their own special music or song that awakens their Spirit. We know that we really need this today as bad as it is out there and getting worse. For those who don’t have a relationship with “The Lamb of God,” please ask Him to come into your life immediately, and save your soul instantly for eternal salvation.

Ephesians 1:12-13 “That we should be to the praise of his glory, who first trusted Christ. In whom ye also trusted, after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise.”

Key words: action on your part – FAITH and God’s promise to save you.

*First trusted

*Ye heard

*Word of truth

*The gospel

*Your salvation

*Ye believed

*Ye were sealed [immediately]

*Holy Spirit

Isn’t that amazing and wonderful? All you have to do is trust, believe, and have faith. Salvation is a gift of God. A promise that will never end or fade away! Rejoice in what God has done for you. Let me know.

Praise be to the Lord-YAHWEH!

Shalom,

Clay Smith
