They Almost Got Away with One :: by Bob Shea

One hundred and forty six years ago, a couple of German and Jewish men got together and formed a little company known today as Deutsche Bank. Their mission was to provide an array of banking services to the international community, which in of itself, considering the era, was truly cutting edge. Ludwig Bamberger and Hermann Wallich, the Jewish side and George von Siemens and Gustav Muller to mention a few on the German team, were issued their banking license in March of 1870 in the city of Berlin.

Not to say they didn’t take their bumps and bruises as any normal start up but they kept it going in the right direction while opening locations in different parts of the world, including London and Shanghai in a relatively short period of time.

Let’s fast forward 63 years to 1933 when Hitler instituted the Third Reich and became good buddies with Deutsche Bank (or at least part of Deustsche Bank). With their new found partnership, Hitler and Nazism,  Deustsche chose to enact Gleichschaltung, which is a Nazi term for the process by which the Nazi regime successively established a system of totalitarian control and tight constraints.

Basically Deustsche Bank told all seven of its Jewish Board of Directors, “It’s in everyone’s best interest for you Jews to resign” and that’s exactly what transpired. Of course that was just the start of Deutsche’s involvement in the attempt of the total annihilation of the Jews with their new partners, the Nazis.

One thing about Hitler, he did not waste any time on his attempt of pressing his agenda which became more than apparent while observing Deutsches record speed implementation of aryanization. This German term is best explained as follows: Deutsche Bank took part in the aryanization of Jewish-owned businesses and according to its own historians, the bank was involved in 363 such confiscations by November 1938.

These were no mom and pop shops either. A good portion were banks with solvent spread sheets and mega assets but since they were Jewish, they inhaled their Hebrew belongings and moved on. Deustsche took part in the same manner with their newly found Jewish prisoners by taking their bank accounts, houses and all other property and simply making it their own.

Not to bore you historians but it gets worse. At this stage of the game, Deutsche Bank started to fund many companies with loans from their growing assets and to ensure the borrowing companies profitability, the Nazis provided hundreds of thousands of slave laborers to assist in the endeavor. Free of charge I might add and mostly Jews of course. To top it off, they funded the Gestapo and its facilities along with any financial support needed to build concentration camps such as the Auschwitz camp and the nearby IG Farben camp.

So basically, in a nutshell, Deustsche Bank made a conscious choice to disregard their Jewish founding fathers, remove all Jews from the company, steal all the Jewish assets that they could get their hands on, fund the Gestapo, fund companies—while utilizing the strategy of providing freelabor and why not—“Let’s build the concentration camps for the Nazis” while we’re at it. And just in case you were concerned with Deutsche’s bottom line, their business quadrupled within five years. What geniuses they were!

I think it might becoming apparent to where this entire history lesson is going since Deutsche Bank is currently in the headlights of not only the financial world but many more sectors than maybe we can even imagine. As far as the experts are concerned, Deutsche Bank’s default is eminent but unprecedented.

A quick perspective of their size will give us a better feel of the danger lurking around the corner.

1.      Germany’s total Gross Domestic Product (GDP) About 3.7 Trillion Dollars;

2.      European Union total GDP About 18 Trillion;

3.      Deutsche’s total Derivative Exposure somewhere between $45 and $72 Trillion Dollars.

That’s a lot of trillions and not claiming to be a financial analyst but who can rescue that? If it’s not rescued, every country in the world will feel the reverberations in every sector and at every dinner table. This conglomerate is tied into so many other lending institutions, that if Deustsche falls, so can an upward number of ten other very large institutions. It could take a global consortium to figure out new monetary policies and we all know where that could lead but that’s not what this story is about.

I saved a very interesting observation for last. If you recall when Deutsche Bank started to remove their Jewish directors and employees, it just so happened to be in late October, 1933. Ironically, on October 23rd, 1933, an even more telltale event took place that has not gone unnoticed by our God. Hitler enacted an immediate law that prohibited Immigration and his quote: “In extinguishing the Jews, that plague, we accomplish a deed for mankind.”

At that point 270,000 were executed but after the new law was enforced, we all know that number went into the millions.

This year the holyday Sukkoth (temporary shelter) ended on October 23rd; the same day Hitler enacted the Prohibition of Immigration eighty three years ago. I think it is more than possible the Creator of the universe has chosen these specific actions of Deustsche Bank while allowing their existence in spite of itself for 146 years, and in turn is going to utilize it for His Glory. It won’t take a brain surgeon to figure out it was God’s wrath that brought the world to its knees due to Duetsche’s persecution of the Jewish people. Maybe the world’s temporary shelter (Sukkoth) is about to run out.

In closing, sell the farm, stock the shelves due to bank runs, sell the stock portfolio short for the windfall, stop working out and start eating mega doses of cake and ice cream since Jesus is soon returning or maybe call an old friend and give the salvation message that has been shunned over and over and give it one more try. The latter is probably the better idea but currently everyone’s head is spinning, both the believer and non-believer and it is fairly easy to get caught up in the mess. The Lord fortunately provides the following verse that might have been given to us for this exact time.

“But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint” (Isaiah 40:31).
