The entire world is in a terrible mess now, but my focus here is on my country, America. Some will argue it is still the most powerful nation on earth.
Some may even say it is still the most blessed nation. But God is lifting His hand of protection from America more and more as the nation embraces false religion and philosophies, sexual perversion, the occult and anti-Semitism. The “Un-tied” States of America is sliding down a slippery slope with no brakes to stop it from crashing at the bottom. Americans Now “Racist” For Waving American Flag
What’s wrong with these white people holding up American flags in Morgan Hill??? Racist a–holes,” wrote Gia Lee in a feed monitored by Twitchy. The report also noted the school superintendent was confirming that students wearing American flag-themed shirts on Cinco de Mayo “won’t be kicked out.” Read that sentence again and then cringe at the fact that had to be said in the United States. —WND.com
When I read this I was reminded of the 1972 song “American City Suite” by Cashman and West. It starts out upbeat, describing a more innocent time, and then gradually unfolds into a tragedy. According to Terry Cashman, the song described “conditions in New York City and the eastern industrialized cities.” It could have been written today about our entire nation.

Just the other day, the Bureau of Labor Statistics announced that the price index for meat, poultry, fish, and eggs has just soared to a new all-time high. Food prices are eventually going to go much, much higher than this.According to CNBC, one recent report warned that “your water bill will likely increase” in the coming months. According to Bloomberg, the price of gasoline hasn’t been this high at this time of the year for six years. The conflicts in Iraq, Ukraine and elsewhere could potentially send gas prices screaming far higher. The electricity price index just set a brand new record high and there are no signs of relief on the horizon. Median household income in the U.S. is now about 7 percent lower than it was in the year 2000 after adjusting for inflation. And if realistic inflation numbers were used instead of the government-manipulated ones, it would look a lot worse than that. Homeless Problem Bigger than Our Leaders Think
The Great Recession is causing continued hardship for many Americans. Yet a recent report found that homelessness is down. I wish that were true. The research, from the Department of Housing and Urban Development, says homelessness decreased by nearly 4% over the past year. But it doesn’t actually measure homelessness. Instead, it looks at people who are in shelters or transitional housing and the number of people who are outside on a single January night. The U.S. administration is cutting significantly back on its military budget.Meanwhile Russia’s military funding has increased by 92 percent since 2010, and its military is now on the move. China has commissioned the building of 17 new warships in the past year, the most of any nation, and they too are showing aggression. The leader of the terrorist group that has recently overwhelmed Iraq’s government and military is none other than a terrorist released by the U.S. administration in 2009 named Abu Bakr al Baghdadi. These terrorists are running around beheading people and burning down villages. They’ve gained access to hundreds of millions of dollars and chemical weapons.
Another recent development was the release of five high-ranking terrorists in exchange for one American, whom fellow soldiers have called a traitor to this country – one who spoke about how much he hated America and about wanting to desert his post and just walk off into the mountains. At least six soldiers lost their lives searching for him. One of the released terrorists, Noorullah Noori, insists he will go to Afghanistan and fight American forces.

New York Child Porn Ring Included Rabbi, Police Officers and a Little League Coach
New York-area police officers, paramedics, a Little League coach, a rabbi, an after-school employee, and a teacher of sex-abuse awareness are among 70 people arrested in a state and federal investigation into a ring of collectors that allegedly used computers to swap pornographic images of children, a law enforcement source told the Los Angeles Times. The operation was coordinated by Homeland Security Investigations, including agents from U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement and local and state agencies. Researchers Clone Cells from Two Adult Men
Scientists in California say they have produced embryos that are clones of two men. The cloning approach involves inserting DNA from a person into an egg, and then growing the egg into an embryo about five days old before extracting the stem cells. At that stage, the embryo is a sphere of about 150 cells. But critics raise objections. Gangs: They Poison Our Streets With Drugs, Violence, And All Manner Of Crime
Some 33,000 violent street gangs, motorcycle gangs, and prison gangs with about 1.4 million members are criminally active in the U.S. today. Many are sophisticated and well organized; all use violence to control neighborhoods and boost their illegal money-making activities, which include robbery, drug and gun trafficking, fraud, extortion, and prostitution rings. Border Agent Laments Gang Members Entering U.S.
Border Patrol officials are swamped by the number of minors crossing illegally into the United States and frustrated that they can’t turn away known Mexican gang members.

Government Released Hundreds of Immigrant Felons
In 2013, Immigration and Customs Enforcement officials freed 193 people who had been convicted of homicide, 426 of sexual assault, 303 of kidnapping and more than 16,000 with drunken-driving records. The author of the report, conducted by the Center for Immigration Studies, a group that advocates for lower levels of immigration, said those releases show that the administration needs to be toughening its immigration enforcement efforts, not weakening them.
The other side says: ICE spokeswoman Barbara Gonzalez said the report misses the fact that many of the releases were carried out under orders from U.S. courts. For example, she said 75% of the people released who had murder convictions were “mandatory releases.” Other cases listed in the report included people who could not be returned to their home country. Those people, Gonzalez said, cannot be held indefinitely in their custody.Even when they’re released, Gonzalez said, the undocumented immigrants were placed under restrictions such as GPS monitoring, telephone monitoring and in-person checks. —USAtoday.com

Half of the U.S. Is Experiencing Drought Conditions
According to the U.S. Drought Monitor, half of the United States is experiencing drought conditions. It was reported this week that one third of California is now in exceptional drought, which is the most severe category.The rest of the state is in extreme or severe drought. California produces half of this country’s fruits, nuts and vegetables. From reports, it doesn’t seem as though California is taking this seriously enough.
Satanic Monument for Oklahoma State Capitol Almost Done

A week after two 12-year-old Wisconsin girls allegedly stabbed their friend 19 times to honor Slender Man, more real-life connections to the spooky character are emerging. A man accused of killing two policemen and a civilian before committing suicide with his wife in Las Vegas often dressed up in costume as Slender Man, a neighbor told KTNV.And a Cincinnati mom told WLWT she thinks her daughter may have been inspired by Slender Man when she attacked her with a knife in their kitchen, wearing a hood and white mask. —ABCnews.com

This tale unfolded almost as if Lucifer himself had written an apologetic about how misunderstood he is. These Church leaders are committed to false doctrines and falsehood because they advance the fiction that the Church has replaced Israel and that the PA wants peace. After Voting For Gay Marriage, Presbyterian Church Votes To Boycott Israel
A deeply-divided gathering of U.S. Presbyterian Church elders and ministers narrowly voted on Friday to divest the religious group’s holdings in three American companies it says have ties to Jewish settlements in occupied Palestinian Territories. As a result of the vote the church will divest holdings worth roughly $21 million in Caterpillar Inc., Hewlett-Packard, and Motorola Solutions. The decision comes a day after the gathering voted to allow their clergy to perform same-sex weddings.

If Christians were destined to go through the Tribulation, then they would surely be expecting the return of Jesus. But the Rapture or “catching away” of the believers in Christ will occur at an unknown day and hour. “Therefore be ye also ready: for in such an hour as ye think not the Son of man cometh” (Matthew 24:44). However, Jesus gave us signs to look for in His Olivet Discourse (Matthew 24 and 25) that tell us the general time of His coming. We are certainly in that general time.

All through the Scriptures God appeals to people to accept the Truth. “But what does it say? ‘The word is near you, in your mouth and in your heart’—that is, the word of faith which we are preaching, that if you confess with your mouth Jesus as Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved’” (Romans 10:8-9).

God wants ALL to come to repentance. He doesn’t desire that any should perish. It is only when people reject God that He allows them to be hardened and condemned.
“They greatly love to wander; they do not restrain their feet. So the Lord does not accept them; He will now remember their wickedness and punish them for their sins” (Jeremiah 14:10).
Those who have heard but rejected the gospel will be in great peril during the Tribulation. I believe they will be given a second chance to receive Christ, provided they survive long enough to do so. However, it will be extremely difficult for them to accept Christ during the Tribulation and it will come at a great cost.
“For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be” (Matthew24:21).
“For the mystery of lawlessness is already at work; only he who now restrains will do so until he is taken out of the way. Then that lawless one will be revealed whom the Lord will slay with the breath of His mouth and bring to an end by the appearance of His coming; that is, the one whose coming is in accord with the activity of Satan, with all power and signs and false wonders, and with all the deception of wickedness for those who perish, because they did not receive the love of the truth so as to be saved.For this reason God will send upon them a deluding influence so that they will believe what is false, in order that they all may be judged who did not believe the truth, but took pleasure in wickedness” (2 Thessalonians 2:7-12).
