When you woke up today, how did you see the world around you?
“Yeah,” you might say, “I know that things are getting bad.”
Do you? How bad are things getting?
Or better yet, how bad are things already?
The basic premise of the movie, “The Matrix” is that people are living in a completely fabricated lie, which most are unaware of. Said deluded people are so programmed and comfortable with the lie that they can’t and won’t conceive of any other possibility. They want to believe and live the deception because the ramifications of true reality are too terrifying to contemplate. Thus, the pleasant lie is chosen over the unpleasant truth.
At the time “The Matrix” came out, there were those who got it and enjoyed the movie and those who didn’t get it and thought the whole thing was confusing and pointless. Back then I had thought the movie served as a measure one’s intelligence; I was wrong. The movie served as a gauge of the viewer’s discernment, and concurrently, the level of their indoctrination.
One’s perception doesn’t alter reality, only the view of it.
“And Jesus answered and said unto them, take heed that no man deceive you.” (Matthew 24:4).
We live with a startling paradox. The word “politician” immediately brings to mind the vices of greed, corruption and lying to many. This doesn’t apply to all politicians, just most of them. Yet we want to believe that despite differences in rhetoric, party affiliation and proclaimed ideologies, that our elected officials─those same greedy, corrupt liars just identified─somehow want to do what’s best for our country.
They just have different ideas on how to accomplish it. Let me offer you a different perspective. Barry Soetoro (a.k.a. Barack Hussein Obama), John McCain, Harry Reid, Lindsey Graham, Nancy Pelosi, John Boehner and countless others in both parties seek the destruction of America; our economic system, our freedoms─all of it. You must understand this or you’re stuck in the matrix.
Let it soak in.
Remember the promise to fundamentally transform America? Well it’s happening. From a Constitutional Republic to part of a one world totalitarian government─destined to be ruled by the Antichrist. In simple terms, it is the illegal overthrow of our form of government by those within the government. They are globalists and elitists who have no allegiance to you, this country, the Constitution or to God. The rules of decency and fair play that you live by don’t exist with these people. They are a different animal, void of human compassion and godly morality. Jesus described them perfectly:
“Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it” (John 8:44).
Ultimately they follow Satan’s agenda as willful instruments or bought-and-paid-for pawns. Note that lying and murder are mentioned together by Jesus. Our “leaders” have no compulsion against doing either, when it suits their needs. They work to achieve Satan’s goals. Their ends justify their means. There is no rule of law; might makes right.
Do you get it?
Satan is not benevolent or even benign. He is malevolent. He hates God and all of His creation. He seeks to destroy everyone and everything, even those foolish enough to swear allegiance to him. And he holds a special contempt for those who refuse his lies and follow Jesus. (That’s you and me.)
The continuous printing and spending of money that we don’t have, the exalting of homosexuality and Islam, the open border to illegals, the importation of Muslims to our nation, the suppression of Christianity and the supporting of jihadist terrorists in Yemen, Egypt, Libya and Syria with military weapons and tax dollars aren’t random coincidences. Neither are they the result of incompetence or naivety.
The U.S. is being purposefully and methodically destroyed. What we’re witnessing is a convergence of strategies. We have the Hegelian dialectic in action, in which the ruling elite: Create a problem anticipating the public’s reaction to it and a demand for action. They then present a predetermined solution that seizes more power for them selves and exacerbates the created problem, which in turn leads to more solutions that take away more freedoms. As an example: The terrorist threat that our government actively foments.
Then we have the Cloward-Piven strategy. Richard Cloward and Francis Fox Piven were two Marxist professors at Columbia University in 1966. They came up with the idea to collapse the capitalist economic system by overwhelming the welfare system. With record numbers of people on all manner of government assistance and real unemployment figures well into double digits, it appears that the strategy is proving to be sound in application, and intended purpose.
On yet another front, the reoccurring push for gun control is both part of the master plan and a useful distraction. It gives their “opposition” something to expend their energy on, keeping focus away from even weightier behind-the-scenes activities. Of course when the time comes, a state of emergency will be declared and martial law imposed. Population disarmament will proceed, uninhibited by legislative or judicial process. Your rights and opinion? They are Irrelevant.
Speaking of the so-called opposition (more often known as the controlled opposition), so named because they’re part of the other side knowingly or unknowingly; venting, pacifying, steering conversation and attention away from the root cause to symptom, thereby keeping us preoccupied with surface issues. I was listening to talk radio recently. Sean Hannity voiced his support for the Fourth Amendment-usurping Patriot Act and the massive NSA police state surveillance system, which has been recently revealed.
Another prominent conservative talker and denizen of the matrix, Mike Gallagher, defended the blatantly illegal NSA domestic spying program as necessary because an NSA operative had claimed that it helped prevent dozens of terrorist attacks. Proof? None offered or required. Just believe the liars who seek to justify their illegal actions. (It’ll make us all safer, they say.)
“For when they shall say, Peace and safety, then sudden destruction cometh upon them, as travail upon a woman with child: and they shall not escape.” (1 Thessalonians 5:3).
If the interest was truly peace and safety, the borders would be secured and the ideological Islamic conquest, taking place would be thwarted by our government rather than instigated by it. Obama─is right. There is no war on terror. It’s become a war of terror, waged by our own government against those who don’t go along with the disseminated propaganda.
A quote variously attributed to Thomas Jefferson, Gerald Ford and Ronald Reagan warns, “Any government powerful enough to give the people all that they want is also powerful enough to take from the people all that they have.”
The way of the Beast is being paved. Wide is its gate and broad is its path. Remember, the very people who’ve created this situation are tasked to fix it. But that’s not their goal. I’ll say it again. America is being purposefully and methodically destroyed.
What’s coming is not God’s desire that it should happen, it’s the natural consequence of a nation and world that’s rejected God in favor of rebellion against Him. Sin always destroys. You cannot choose it without also choosing the resultant misery and judgment that comes with it. Interesting that one of Satan’s names is the Greek word: Apollyon, which means “Destroyer.”
The United States, in times past stirred patriotic sentiment, exists now only as an ideal rooted in the history of great Christian faith that was once our heritage. As a reverent people, we were blessed. As a people who defy God, we are cursed.
Take heart.
We are temporary residents of this country only. Our eternal citizenship is in the kingdom of the Everlasting God. All else will pass away.
“Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new” (2 Corinthians 5:17).
“Heaven and Earth shall pass away: but my words shall not pass away” (Luke 21:33).
So how shall we live then, in these uncertain times of evil?
“He that is unjust, let him be unjust still: and he which is filthy, let him be filthy still: and he that is righteous, let him be righteous still: and he that is holy, let him be holy still” (Revelation 22:11).
The die is cast.
“And, behold, I come quickly; and my reward is with me, to give every man according as his work shall be” (Revelation 22:12).
The promise is given.
“I am the Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end, the first and the last” (Revelation 22:13).
The power and majesty revealed.
“And when these things begin to come to pass, then look up, and lift up your heads; for your redemption draweth nigh” (Luke 21:28).
Chin up, eyes forward, jaw set. The King is coming: The King of kings and the Lord of lords.
“He which testifieth these things saith, Surely I come quickly. Amen. Even so, come, Lord Jesus. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen.” (Revelation 22: 20-21).
