Pray for the Peace of Jerusalem and Israel as Muslims Rage

16 rockets have been fired from Gaza into Israel in the past several days. Roughly 2,500 “Palestinians” rolled burning tires and threw firebombs and rocks at police in several West Bank cities. Another 3,500 clashed with soldiers along Gaza’s security fence. Four “Palestinians” were killed, one of whom was wearing an explosive belt. At least 367 others have been injured, seven critically. Most suffered from injuries caused by rubber bullets and tear gas. The situation around Gaza continues to remain tense.

An article in the Washington Times had this to say last week: “The hand-wringers at the United Nations, the European Union, the Catholic Church & within the political ranks of progressive, globalist, Islamic apologist minds worldwide are predicting nothing but gloom & doom, violence & mayhem, death & quite possibly destruction, from Pres. Trump’s announced intent to move the U.S. Embassy to Israel from Tel Aviv, where it’s stood for years, to its proper capital city — Jerusalem. Let ‘em. Let the moaners moan, the wailers wail — &, well, the violent anti-Israel, anti-American protesters protest. Why should America kowtow to enemies of freedom? Why must the United States cater to the lowest denominator?”

Pray for God’s Chosen People, the Jews, as Anti-Semitism Continues to Increase

For example: In France, Jews are persecuted, while Muslims walk freely. Breitbart reports that “French-Jewish families are being forced from their homes in Paris suburbs as Europe continues to be convulsed by levels of anti-Semitism not seen since end of World War II. In Paris, “keffiyeh-wearing” (Arab headscarves) men & “veiled” burka wearing-“women walk freely speaking Arabic on every street corner,” but Jews must hide their identity (caps & Star of David) “or else be persecuted, & where soldiers are walking every street that houses a Jewish institution.”

Pray for our Nation on a Number of Levels, & Also Against the Latest ISIS Threat

ISIS threatened attacks on U.S. soil in retaliation for the Trump administration’s decision to recognize Jerusalem as Israel’s capital, one of the group’s social media accounts reported on Thursday: “Wait for us” and “ISIS in Manhattan.” “We will do more ops in your land, until the final hour…”

Threats from Islam are nothing new. They’re just using the latest event as an excuse. Yet deceived liberals in the US and the rest of the Western world want open borders and mass immigration in their belief that this will bring peace. Yet we know that true peace will not come until Jesus returns.

The Mommy Activist commented on this latest threat. “Once again, radical purveyors of the alleged “religion of peace” known as Islam have allowed their true colors to shine forth & illuminate their complete lack of humanity by threatening America for recognizing Jerusalem as Israel’s capital. This isn’t totally unexpected, as everyone pretty much knew Pres. Trump’s announcement about Jerusalem, while fair & right, was not going to go over well with much of the Muslim population, especially groups like ISIS [who follow “exactly” what Islam’s Qur’an commands].

Pray for Those in California, Who’ve Lost Homes & Lives as Fire Still Rages

Other fires in Southern California are 95% contained, but the Thomas fire is still raging. Twelve thousand additional residents were being evacuated on Saturday from areas near the fire, which is now the 3rd largest wildfire in modern California history. The massive fire north of Ventura, fueled by high winds, has burned over 280 acres so far. The fire, which broke out almost two weeks ago, has killed a firefighter and a woman trying to flee from it. Strong winds & dry conditions forecast through Sunday are expected to fuel the blaze and could start more fires.

Raging, Ruination, Rumblings and Repulsion

Muslims don’t need an excuse to rage against Israel. It’s what they’ve been doing for centuries. They’re raging this week with protests and acts of violence, not just in Jerusalem, but also in Europe, which is becoming ‘Europeistan.’ Putin, the ‘Palestinian’-supporting pope, and leaders in Europe are complaining too, but who they’re all really against is God (Psalm 2). It’s how it is in these last days; and it’s going to get worse, as those who study Bible prophecy know (Zechariah 12).

As wars and rumors of wars abound (Matthew 24), we continue to see the last days prophecies in Isaiah 17 and Ezekiel 38-39 getting closer to being fulfilled every day. Also a video surfaced this week showing the commander of Iraq’s Iranian-backed Asaib Ahl al-Haq militia, in south Lebanon overlooking Northern Israel. He said, “We here with Hezbollah declare our total readiness to stand together with the Lebanese people and the Palestinian cause against Israeli occupation.” Will there be another conflict with Israel involving Lebanon and Gaza as well? The coming days will show.

God tells us to love and bless Israel (Genesis 12:3), and pray for the peace of Jerusalem (Psalm 122:6). We must continue to do so until Jesus catches us away in the rapture.

Creation is Groaning and Rumbling: Fires are raging in Southern California… in December? And what volcano has awakened after a 250-year slumber?

A report from Dec. 6 stated how unusual it is to have this many active fires burning in Southern California in December. Statistics show this nearly equals the total of all large December wildfires from 2000 to 2015.  And the fires are still raging, with December not nearly over. As of this writing, one death has been reported, several firefighters have been injured, many horses have perished, and hundreds of schools were closed. Pray that these fires dissipate without further loss of life.

In other news of creation groaning, there is yet another volcano rumbling. In Russia this week, the Kambalny volcano started spewing ash after waking from a 250-year slumber.

Pray for the Families of Victims of the School Shooting in New Mexico

A 21-year old man, who decided that he wanted to commit suicide, went into his former high school and chose two random students to murder before turning the gun on himself.

Pray for the Unborn as Mankind Gets More Revolting By the Day (Romans 1:18-32).

In other news this week, our federal tax dollars for quite a number of years have funded the creation of “humanized mice” implanted with tissues taken from aborted babies, which scientists continue to “improve upon.” The National Institutes of Health (NIH) has funded experiments such as “The New Humanized Rodent Model Workshop.” One federally funded scientist attending it described a mouse that was “humanized” with “fetal liver and thymus.” These organs were taken from an aborted baby five to six months after conception.

“For the creature was made subject to vanity, not willingly, but by reason of him who hath subjected the same in hope, Because the creature itself also shall be delivered from the bondage of corruption into the glorious liberty of the children of God. For we know that the whole creation groaneth and travaileth in pain together until now. And not only they, but ourselves also, which have the firstfruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, waiting for the adoption, to wit, the redemption of our body” (Romans 8:20-24).
