We’re seeing a foretaste of what will be prevalent in the coming Tribulation.

First, hopefully, some good news. A new poll of likely voters indicates Black Lives Matter riots are boosting President Trump’s chances of winning in November. A poll by the Washington based thinktank the Democracy Institute shows Trump and Biden neck and neck; however, Trump would win in the electoral college by 309 to 229 delegates because he’s on course to win crucial swing states where he outpolls Biden by 48% to 44%. The poll also appears to confirm that President Trump is benefiting from “silent support,” which means it’s not showing up in a lot of polls. [Not that we trust polls these days.]

A turning tide? Public not opening its pocketbooks to Democrats in statehouse races. It appears the blame for these catastrophes is being pinned where it belongs: on Democrats. But don’t stop praying for President Trump!

Atlanta, Georgia: Governor Declares State of Emergency, Sends National Guard Troops. July 4^th weekend, 31 shot; 5 died, including 8-year-old. Georgia State Patrol headquarters was vandalized. [At least 93 shot in between May 31 – June 27, double the same span a year ago.]

Troy, New York: Godless BLM Protest Mob Targets Church. They attacked Christians on the steps of Grace Baptist church and interrupted the sermon, screaming profanities.

New York: Black Lives Matter activists abused New York police at City Hall as the city council gathered to vote to cut one billion from the NYPD. One topless trans activist was filmed abusing police officers, calling them uneducated, working class, illiterate idiots. Trans activist: “You know a hairdresser has to go to school longer than you do. Half of you don’t even have a college education… You can’t even read a f***ing history book.” Then hesheit turned on black officers: “You should f***ing know better. Traitor to your f***ing race. You’re like a f***ing black Judas.” And that’s just one video. There’s another cursing one – Black Lives Matter terrorists are allowed to gather in the streets and threaten to murder police officers. This is pure Marxism.

New York City: Nightmare in New York; Murders Are Up as Shops Are Looted and Shuttered. The Communist agenda is working big time in NYC. A billion dollars defunded from the police budget, and a plainclothes anti-crime unit of approximately 600 officers disbanded. Now shootings are up 51% from the same timeframe last year.

New York City: Man charged with slashing toddler on New York City street in random attack. Footage was released so the public could help catch the perpetrator. Anthony Gonzalez has been charged.

New York City: Gunman shoots man dead, wounds woman in daylight attack caught on video. Two black males are sought for the crime. On June 29, Breitbart reported that over 110 people had been shot in NYC over a 9-day period in approximately 83 different shootings. On June 21, Breitbart reported that shootings surged in NYC after the plainclothes anti-crime unit was disbanded. A law enforcement source said, “This is what the politicians wanted — no bail, nobody in Rikers, cops not arresting anyone. All those things equal, people walking around on the street with guns, shooting each other.”

Seattle: City Council seems ready to defund police by 50 percent. This is where they had the CHOP zone set up, with several shootings that ensued in which three died.

More on the Violent Crime Surging Dramatically in Major Cities All Over America. At least 41 people were hit by gunfire in New York City during the holiday weekend. Philadelphia is defunding the police by $19 million; shootings are up 67%; victims of armed violence up 29%; homicides up 25%. In Portland, Oregon, they launched projectiles and shot fireworks at police officers for hours. “Protesters” have burned American flags outside Trump Tower and the White House. They shouted, “America was never great.” Many major cities resemble war zones, and this is just the beginning.

California to release up to 8,000 prisoners to curb spread of coronavirus. Apparently, they believe we don’t already have enough chaos and crime to destabilize this nation so we need more. This is in addition to those who have already been released, not just in California, but in other states as well.

Islamic Movement and Left Join Forces in Anti-American Revolution (Part 1). As Americans celebrated their 244^th Independence Day, the pervasive lawlessness and pro-Marxist demonstrations observed for weeks in cities across the country underscore the methodical planning of domestic insurgents engaged in subversive and seditious activities to disrupt a pivotal presidential election year.

Heavily armed mostly black militant group NFAC (Not F###ing Around Clan) stopped traffic at Stone Mountain Park in Georgia July 4^th and demanded reparations from motorists. They came by the hundreds and stopped at a Confederate monument. The spokesman called out to absent white militants, “We here… where you at?”

History shows that of 10.7 million African slaves, only about 388 thousand were shipped directly to North America. The rest went to the Caribbean and South America. And the US is the only nation where white men fought each other to end slavery. And Republicans ended slavery, not Democrats—who fought against ending it. But Democrats ended up enslaving blacks to the system with government handouts to get votes while still keeping them down. Men left homes so women could get the handouts. They removed incentives for black people to better themselves. And the leftist Democrats will end up enslaving black and white alike if they get control of the White House. Socialism leads to poverty for all but the leaders.

• Chicago, Illinois: 16 Dead, 63 Injured. Nine were minors, including a 7-year old killed, shot while playing in the yard, caught in a hail of gunfire.
• Atlanta, Georgia:  Killed, an 8-year-old sitting in a car when gunshots rang out.
• Hoover, Alabama: Killed, an 8-year-old, caught in a gun battle in a mall.
• Washington, DC: Killed, an 11-year-old, shot during gunfire. Five males fled the scene.
• San Francisco, California: Killed, a 6-year-old, found with a gunshot wound after police received a call for a shooting.

What’s Really Behind the Riots? “It is becoming increasingly clear that revolutionaries wreaking havoc in the streets and their allies in the Deep State are using old communist tactics to wage war on America. He evoked the history of American patriots who defeated Nazis, toppled communists and chased down terrorists, but warned of another threat today: the radical left. Marxists, anarchists, agitators, looters, and people who in many instances, have absolutely no clue what they are doing.

US Poll: 50% of respondents think it’s at least somewhat likely there will be a violent attempt to overthrow the government within the next decade. That includes 18% who think it’s very likely. If more people would read the Bible, they’d know an evil global government is coming. Those left behind after the rapture will find just how wrong they were to support the push for it (Revelation 13).

Video: Young Americans willing to give up First Amendment rights to avoid offending others. Students said they’d be willing to turn over their social media accounts for inspection, and would support sacrificing their free speech rights to make others feel more “comfortable.”

Ilhan Omar has paid new husband’s consulting firm $878,000 using campaign contributions. The majority of the payments were made after the Somali-born lawmaker’s victory in the solidly Democrat district in the November 2018 midterm elections. The FEC allows lawmakers to hire family members or spouses to work on their campaigns, making it technically aboveboard, but multiple political experts believe the practice is unethical and should be outlawed.

You can almost smell the agenda as to what’s next. Supreme Court Rules Oklahoma Can’t Prosecute Crimes on Creek Lands. The Supreme Court claims they remain a “reservation” and federal courts have criminal jurisdiction. The case was brought by Jimcy McGirt, convicted in an Oklahoma court of molesting, raping, and sodomizing his wife’s 4-yr-old granddaughter. McGirt says he deserves a new trial in federal court. Not only does the Court discover a Creek reservation of 3 million acres (includes most of Tulsa), but it portends 4 more reservations encompassing the entire eastern half of the State (19 million acres, home to 1.8 million, only 10%-15% are Indians. Across this vast area, the State’s ability to prosecute serious crimes will be hobbled, and decades of past convictions could be thrown out. The Court has destabilized the governance of eastern Oklahoma.

Communist China’s Threat to American Citizens. FBI Director Wray says half of the bureau’s 5,000 counterintelligence cases are related to China. Most Americans have likely had their information stolen. Secretary of State Pompeo warned Americans against using the TikTok video app, lest they want their private information “in the hands of the Chinese Communist Party.”

40% surge in illegal immigrant arrests at US-Mexico border in June. U.S. Customs and Border Protection recorded 32,512 illegal border-crossing attempts for June compared to May numbers of around 23,000 illegal crossing attempts.

FAMINE (Matthew 24:7)

Increasing Famine. Number of people in a food crisis, 135 million, is highest it’s been since inception of the World Food Programme’s Global Report on Food Crises in 2017. This means acute malnutrition rates are higher than usual or that people are able to feed themselves the expense of their livelihood or to the detriment of their ability to cope with crisis (conflicts, weather events, locusts, and the plandemic).

PESTILENCE (Matthew 24:7)

Florida: Rare brain-eating amoeba infection in Hillsborough. Naegleria fowleri infections are rare in the US. From 2009-2018, only 34 were reported: 30 by recreational water, 3 after nasal irrigation with contaminated tap water, and one by contaminated tap water on a slip-n-slide. Commonly found in warm freshwater, the amoeba enters through the nose. Health officials urged locals to avoid nasal contact with water from taps and other sources. This includes open water such as lakes, rivers, ponds and canals where infections are more likely in the warmer summer months.

China: New Bubonic Plague Cases in Mongolian Region Along Russian Border. The rare, ancient bubonic plague Black Death has surfaced again, causing Mongolia to place areas along the border on lockdown. Two cases have been confirmed.

After Sending 1000s Of COVID Patients into Nursing Homes, New York Blames Deaths On “Infected Staff.” Democrat leadership blames everything but themselves (The tactic is called “projection.”) Their leadership is destructive. Their educators were duped by a Communist plan we were warned of decades ago in which these educators were/are referred to as “useful idiots.” The man widely considered as the philosopher of American Democracy, pioneer in functional psychology, and who laid the foundation of “progressive education” in the US was an atheist, radical liberal, and totalitarian Socialist. Research team forecasting 20 named storms for this hurricane season, the earliest in a season that the group has made a prediction this high since an August update of the record-breaking 2005 season.

US: Tropical Storm Fay bringing heavy rains and strong winds. It formed on July 9 off the coast of North Carolina as the 6^th named storm of this Atlantic hurricane season. The center was forecast to move near the Mid-Atlantic coast Friday and move inland over the mid-Atlantic or northeast late Friday or Saturday, July 11, bringing heavy rain and strong winds.

Drought Emergency, Warnings, and Watches for Kansas counties includes 74 out of 105 counties either in an emergency, warning or watch status.

Southern Norway enters July with record 10 m (32 feet) of snow accumulated. BKK energy company is conducting clearing operations to prevent flooding in the mountains. The region is currently so cold that the snow is hardly melting, but the situation could change with heavy rainfall, causing rapid melting.

Unprecedented Rainfall in Japan. As many as 50 people are feared dead or missing and about 270,000 prompted to evacuate after severe flooding hit Kyushu island last weekend. At least 10 locations recorded over 410 mm (16 inches) of rain in 24 hours on July 4.

Deadliest monsoon in 11 years triggers floods and multiple landslides in Nepal. Incessant monsoon rainfall has triggered floods and multiple landslides in several districts July 8 to 10. At least 12 fatalities have been confirmed, with 19 others missing. This season has been the deadliest monsoon in 11 years, with over 60 fatalities since June 12.

Lightning strikes have killed 147 people in 10 days in northern India during annual monsoon rains, with Bihar the worst hit as this year’s toll in the state already surpassed total deaths recorded annually over the past years. Authorities urged citizens to pay attention to weather warnings, remain indoors during thunderstorms, and avoid taking shelter under trees and getting near bodies of water.​

Extreme rainfall, destructive floods hit parts of western India, resulting in two deaths and evacuations.

NASA claims Europe faces summer drought following hot first half of 2020. Scientist Brian Barker said, “Europe is important because it is one of the largest wheat-producing regions in the world, and also a major maize-producing region. Wheat and maize are major food security crops.”

Russia Breaks Heat Records in First Half of 2020. The head of the country’s weather service warns of “dangerous weather events” in July, “the month with the highest number of dangerous weather events from a climate point of view,” he said.

EARTHQUAKES IN DIVERSE PLACES

Idaho started shaking March 31 and still is. Since the 6.5 quake in the Sawtooth mountain range, the second strongest ever recorded in Idaho, aftershocks continue. As of June 24, the USGS had registered 211 quakes of 3.0 or higher. “The aftershocks will slow down over the next, let’s say decades, but won’t completely disappear,” seismologist Dylan Mikesell said. He added that “nothing is strange about this earthquake, and the aftershock sequence seems to be pretty normal as well. It’s just (that) we don’t have these earthquakes very often, (maybe) every couple of decades.”

Poland: 4.9 earthquake occurred on July 8. The quake was felt, but no reports of damage or casualties. Poland is not immune to earthquakes but is not noted for them.

Indonesia: Deep 6.6 undersea earthquake widely felt. It hit off the coast of Java on July 7; no injuries or serious damage reported.

India: Six Muslims, including 68-year-old and 75-year-old, repeatedly rape eight-year-old girl; justified in the Qur’an. “This keeps happening because this behavior is justified in the Quran. A survivor of a Muslim rape gang in the UK previously said her rapists would quote the Quran to her, and believed their actions are justified by Islam.” The mention of God means Allah, not the God of the Bible, as even a cursory reading of the Quran shows.

• The ELCA pays for abortion for any reason in their healthcare plan funded by offering-plate dollars [Early delivery may occasionally be necessary, but never abortion].
• Ordains practicing homosexuals and transgender pastors.
• Popular ELCA pastor Nadia Bolz-Webber led 31,000 youth at a summer gathering to say after her, “I renounce the lie that queerness is anything other than beauty.” An 11-year-old boy who thinks he’s a girl was put on stage to promote transgenderism.
• Passed an interfaith resolution stating we don’t know what God thinks of non-Christian religions. When a delegate who offered an amendment said we do know because John 14:6 says Jesus is the only way of salvation, his amendment was voted down by 97%.
• ELCA promoted a prayer to “Mother God.”

About Pope Francis’ Recent Dangerous Call for Interfaith Prayer, Each to His Own God. Can you imagine an Apostle Paul inviting followers of various philosophical schools and ancient cults to unite in prayer, each to his own god/ideal as a sign of fraternity? Can you imagine an Apostle Peter recommending Christians raise petitions together with Eastern, Greek and Roman religions to invoke the end of a pandemic? To those with a basic grasp of the biblical faith, this is absurd. Not for Rome, though.

Taking advance of the current “cancel culture,” the petition wrongly lumps together actions of the early 2000s YCT chapter that the newly founded YCT chapter disavowed. A former student posted a picture of items for a hex with intentions of misfortune against YCT leader Kelly Neidert. Recent graduate Anna Katz tweeted a picture of a drawing of a goat captioned ‘the devil’ and a cauldron” before removing the tweet.

New Disney Movie “Hamilton” Has F-word; wanted to have three F-words. Disney continues to push the envelope and to go down the drain, intending to take children with it. It tried to get by with three, but had to drop two of them to keep a PG-13 rating.

It validates the way they love,” council member Lance Davis said. Polyamory is “the practice of participating simultaneously in more than one serious romantic or sexual relationship with knowledge and consent of all partners.” The arrangement may include heterosexual, homosexual or bisexual plural relationships.

The U.S. Catholic Church used an exemption from federal rules to amass at least $1.4 billion in taxpayer-backed coronavirus aid, with many millions going to dioceses that paid huge settlements or sought bankruptcy protection due to clergy sexual abuse cover-ups. The church’s haul may have reached or even exceeded $3.5 billion.

Biden Pledges to Reverse Supreme Court Ruling on Religious Liberty. Supreme Court on Wednesday ruled in favor of First Amendment rights of two Catholic schools having final say over their employment decisions (see here), and ruled that Little Sisters of the Poor could not be compelled to cover contraception costs for employees. Democrat presidential nominee Joe Biden pledged to undo the decision. This would affect all Christian institutions. Biden also supports taxpayer-funded abortion. He’s shown himself these days to be one who “blows with the wind” to get votes.

Priest to Scottish gov’t: Pubs are allowed to open, so why can’t we have Mass? Fr. Michael Kane criticized Scotland’s plans not to allow public worship until late July. “This despite the fact that the Scottish Government deems it safe to open pubs, restaurants, cinemas and other social venues.”

Protestors in America and Canada chant Death to Israel. Pro-‘Palestinian’ group Al-Awda held a ‘Day of Rage’ in several cities between July 1-4 at which calls were made for a new intifada, uprising against Israel. Speakers linked the ‘Palestinian’ cause to others globally, including Black Lives Matter. Such as these indoctrinated a number of black men to become Muslims. And sadly, a number of people white and black who call themselves Christian support this cause that goes against God’s land and His plan for Israel.

So-called ‘Palestinian’ Americans issue ultimatum for 2020 US election. Over 120 ‘Palestinian’ Americans from academia, politics, and community service published a document titled, “Palestinian Americans’ Statement of Principles and Policies for 2020 Elections,” saying their support of a US presidential candidate hinges on which one adheres to their demands – against Israel, of course.

God continues to bring His chosen people back to Israel in the last days.

Immigration to Israel could spike. Israel’s ability to handle the crisis, also the rise in antisemitism are reasons for Nefesh B’ Nefesh receiving 25,435 phone calls requesting info about the immigration process, compared to 5,349 in June 2019. “I will gather the remnant of my flock out of all countries whither I have driven them, and will bring them again to their folds” (Jer 23:3). “Behold, I will bring them from the north country, and gather them from the coasts of the earth, and with them the blind and the lame, the woman with child and her that travaileth with child together: a great company shall return” (Jer 31:7-8).

China Mouthpiece Threatens US Navy with Missiles in South China Sea; Gets Fiery Response. The US sent two aircraft carriers into disputed waters of the South China Sea last week for military exercises as China continues to flex its muscles in the region. The Communist Party’s Global Times said China has aircraft-carrier killer missiles that can take US aircraft out any time it desires. US Navy’s Chief of Information said the USS Nimitz and USS Ronald Reagan are not intimidated.

China Inks Military Deal with Iran Under Secretive 25-Year Plan. It also includes oil/gas agreements. No surprise to Bible prophecy students. Both nations have global-dominance plans; both destined to lose.

Iraq: Air defense systems responded to a rocket attack on the US Embassy in Baghdad on July 4. There have been a number of rocket attacks near the US Embassy in Baghdad and other US military sites in recent weeks.

Lebanon: Lebanese border town sounds alarm over Syrian takeover. A Lebanese farming community on the border with Syria says they’re powerless to stop their farmland being destroyed by bulldozers watched over by gunmen who appear intent on taking control of the town. Confusion over the boundary between Lebanon and Syrian is adding to the problem.

Lebanon: Raucous rally held outside US Embassy in Beirut on Friday, denouncing what they said was Washington’s interference in Lebanon’s affairs; some chanted support of the terrorist Hezbollah group.

Libya: Unidentified Jets hit Libya airbase where Turkey may build base. The air base had previously been recaptured by Libya’s UN-recognized government with help from Turkey.

North Korea: Satellite Images Show Recent Activity At Undeclared Nuclear Site, prompting researchers to wonder if it’s being used to build nuclear weapons.

Hamas Calls on Hezbollah to Unite to Fight Israel’s Partial West Bank Annexation. Both terrorist groups.

Third intifada (holy war) will closely follow annexation, top PA official warns. Nabil Shaath said Arab nations would stand by the ‘Palestinians’ as they’ve done in the past. He also said the world was changing and that America would lose its dominance over international affairs within the next 5 years.

Israel: IDF strikes Hamas targets following Gaza rocket fire. Three rockets were fired from the Hamas-run enclave towards Israel on July 5, a week after the last round of rocket fire.

Iran: What’s with all the explosions and industrial fires? July 6: Large explosion at Sepahan Boresh factory. Explanation: negligence filling oxygen tanks. June 26, explosion at a gas storage facility. Iranian media claimed it occurred in a “public area,” not the military site nearby. June 30, explosion at a medical facility, killing 19. Explanation: explosion of oxygen tanks. July 2, explosion at a building at Natanz nuclear facility where centrifuges were reportedly housed. A dissident group called Homeland Cheetahs claimed responsibility; others blame Israel. These are just the most recent in a series of explosions and fires. Yet another explosion July 10. An analyst said, “There are two underground facilities, a site associated with chemical weapons research and an unidentified military production site” in the area.

Israel Defense Minister Gantz: Not everything that happens in Iran is connected to us. He said, “All those systems are complex; they have very high safety constraints, and I’m not sure they always know how to maintain them.”

War Drums – Iran & Israel On Brink of Conflict. Iran’s leaders are increasingly frustrated by the success of Israeli covert operations, and they want to find ways to strike back. Embassies are typically easy targets, but thankfully the Mossad has apparently been one step ahead of Iranian efforts to target embassies so far. All of this is happening at a time when tensions in the entire region are rapidly coming to a boil.

MESSING WITH GOD’S LAND (Genesis 12:3; Zechariah 12:1-3; Joel 3:1-2)

Jordan, Egypt, Germany and France warn against Israel annexation. Such a move “could also have an impact on relations with Israel,” they warned. They determined that they would not recognize any extension of Israeli law in the West Bank unless the ‘Palestinians’ agreed to it.

The PA’s Abbas says ready to resume peace talks with Israel. Stalling tactic? ‘Palestinians’ are prepared to return to the negotiating table with Israel under auspices of the Quartet, which comprises the US, EU, UN and Russia, ‘Palestinian’ Authority President Abbas said Wednesday. What a wonderful achievement,” Sen. Bernie Sanders told CNN. CNN and Mainstream Media news outlets didn’t condemn Dem leaders for visiting the monument. Yet they target President Trump.

A Christian man was arrested and at least two women injured after officials stormed Sunzhuang Church, part of a network of government-run churches, and destroyed it with heavy-duty machinery. Authorities have removed crosses from over 250 state-sanctioned churches in Anhui province between January and April.

In India, Christian pastor beaten by 150-strong Hindu mob while praying for the sick. International Christian Concern has recorded at least eight separate attacks on Christians in the two weeks following partial lifting of the nationwide coronavirus lockdown. Attackers accused the pastor of illegally converting Hindus to Christianity. “They said India is a Hindu nation, and there is no place for Christians.”

Jewish Democrats want to convince American Jews that Biden will be friendly to Israel, but his latest move again sends a different message. His transition team includes Avril Haines, Obama’s deputy CIA director, to head foreign policy and national security should Dems usurp the presidency. Bringing in Haines to serve under former CIA director John Brennan was a blatant attempt to embed an Obama loyalist near the top of the CIA. And Haines has stayed loyal to her former boss. Haines’s role on foreign policy for Biden signals that the DNC platform and his administration would take an anti-Israel direction.

Netanyahu ally confirms delays in West Bank annexation plan. Ofir Akunis says Israeli officials are still working out final details with their American counterparts, but he expects the controversial move to take place later this month.

Thousands attending anti-Israel rallies across U.S. over annexation plans show hatred of Jews and Israel. So-called ‘Palestinians’ earlier in the week announced plans for a “Day of Rage” to coincide with Israel’s annexation vote in the Knesset. A Brooklyn rally shows an organizer fuming against a 2-state solution, shouting, ‘We want it all,’ ‘we don’t want your Jew state,’ and calling for an intifada (holy war). Anti-Israel protesters in DC shouted ‘Israel murders children.’ Neturei Karta, an ultra-Orthodox group of Haredi Jews that deem Israel to be an illegitimate state, turned up for the Brooklyn rally. They believe a true Israel can only be established with the coming of the Messiah (they’re not talking about Jesus). If they read the Bible properly, they’d know God has brought the Jews back to their land in the last days.

Democrats continue to threaten Israel over annexation plans. Yet another letter from Dems was sent to Secretary of State Pompeo, urging monetary reductions to Israel if it extends sovereignty to the West Bank (Judea and Samaria). The letter orchestrated by Ocasio-Cortez has thus far been signed by Michigan’s Rashida Tlaib, Washington state’s Pramila Jayapal and Minnesota’s Betty McCollum, and Vermont’s Bernie Sanders. This follows a letter sent by 19 Senate Democrats urging removing US military assistance to Israel. Biden also opposes Israel’s annexation plan. Leaders of other nations also oppose annexation such as UK’s Boris Johnson; and the Dutch parliament urges sanctions against Israel.

UK Labour calls to ban Israeli settlement imports in response to annexation of parts of the West Bank. This is a “major step,” foreign secretary Lisa Nandy said, adding that “such a blatant breach of international law must have consequences.”

Russia welcomed pledge of unity between Fatah and Hamas against Israel annexation plan. The two groups held a rare joint press conference in which they pledged a campaign against Israel’s plans to apply sovereignty in parts of Judea and Samaria.

Netanyahu: I am ready for “peace” talks with ‘Palestinians.’ Last Sunday, Netanyahu said annexation would only advance stalled “peace” negotiations, and urges ‘Palestinians’ not ‘to waste another decade in the attempt to eradicate Israel.’

‘Palestinians’ offer negotiations just before planned annexation. Stalling tactic or coming “peace” deal with a ‘Palestinian’ state? Just before the PA thought Israel was to put its annexation plan in action on July 1, it sent a letter to the Middle East Quartet, saying it’s prepared to renew negotiations with Israel and agree to “minor territorial exchanges,” but its counter-offer won’t be relevant if Israel begins annexation.” [FYI to the PA: It’s not your land.] The document details what the PA would be willing to accept within a “peace” agreement, noting they’re “willing to have a state with a limited amount of weapons and a strong police force for maintaining law and order,” adding they’d accept an international entity, such as NATO, to receive a mandate from the UN for supervising the “peace” agreement, if and when it happens.

Apocalyptic Scenario: Are we heading for the Bible’s great end-time conflict? From the article: “The Jewish state’s proposed ‘annexation’ of the Jordan Valley with parts of Judea and Samaria – despite being the heart of ancient Israel – is causing hackles to rise again among the nations…. In any case, the ‘Palestinians’ have no legal right to the land…. Are we not in enough trouble, facing economic meltdown post-COVID amidst a breakdown in law and order while our history is being torn apart and re-written?… But we still have a chance to redeem ourselves by backing Israel’s plans in Judea… Restoration of Israel at the end of the age, the Bible promises, will be accompanied by ever-increasing violence, lawlessness and earth-shaking events. All of us, including politicians and preachers, need to ensure we’re ready for Jesus’ coming.”

Vatican summons US, Israeli envoys over annexation moves. Meetings with Pietro Parolin, Vatican secretary of state, US Ambassador Gingrich, and Israeli Ambassador David took place Tuesday. Parolin met the envoys separately. He expressed “the concern of the [so-called] Holy See regarding possible unilateral actions that may further jeopardize the search for peace between Israelis and ‘Palestinians,’ as well as the delicate situation in the Middle East.” The Vatican reiterated its position in support of a two-state solution, saying “Israel and the State of Palestine have the right to exist and to live in peace and security, within internationally recognized borders.” [No such thing as a State of Palestine; never has been, regardless of the Vatican recognizing it. God does not recognize it!]

Peace and security? What does God have to say about that to true believers in Christ? “But of the times and the seasons, brethren, ye have no need that I write unto you. For yourselves know perfectly that the day of the Lord so cometh as a thief in the night. For when they shall say, Peace and safety; then sudden destruction cometh upon them, as travail upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape. But ye, brethren, are not in darkness, that that day should overtake you as a thief. Ye are all the children of light, and the children of the day: we are not of the night, nor of darkness…. For God hath not appointed us to wrath, but to obtain salvation by our Lord Jesus Christ, Who died for us, that, whether we wake or sleep, we should live together with him. Wherefore comfort yourselves together, and edify one another, even as also ye do” (1 Thessalonians 5:1-11).
