Due to lawsuits in the UK and a global backlash over the Biden administration’s effort to give control of the health care and partial sovereignty of every nation on earth to the World Health Organization (WHO), 12 of the 13 amendments to the International Health Treaty (IHR; also called the International Pandemic Treaty) that Biden wanted were temporarily removed from consideration (one source said the amendments were tabled because the WHO didn’t have enough votes to pass them).
Every nation was given permission to submit amendments until Sept. 2022, and all the amendments will be considered in Nov. 2022.
The one amendment that Biden got passed was a reduction in how much time the nations will have to reject amendments (reduced from 18 months to 6 months).
Liberty Counsel Chairman, Mat Staver, said, “It is a positive sign that 12 of the 13 amendments have been withdrawn. However, one amendment remains, the other 12 can return, and we know the WHO will hold more meetings on these amendments and on a new ‘Pandemic Treaty’ that will vest considerable global power in this agency of the United Nations.”
So, the surrender of every nation’s health care and partial sovereignty has been delayed, not canceled. (Perhaps the delay is God’s doing, and we should be thankful but know that every nation will surrender their sovereignty at the time of God’s choosing.)
More: In the U.S.,
- Dakota Gov. Noem said, “That power is not President Biden’s to give away — the 10th Amendment reserves it for the states and for the people.”
- Gov. Youngkin said, giving the WHO sovereignty over U.S. health decisions is “not something he condones or supports.”
- Gov. DeSantis said, “there is no way we (Florida officials) will ever support this WHO thing … that’s not going to happen. No way.”
- Sen. Daines and Ark. Sen. Cotton asked the Biden administration to withdraw the amendments.
- But a few of our governors, representatives and senators supported it, and many said nothing.
More: The World Economic Forum (WEF) held a meeting at the same time the WHO meeting was going on. (Yes, there were 2 globalist meetings in the same week. The globalist agenda has been speeded up.)
The Vatican (Pope Francis) sent a cleric to the WEF meeting, and the cleric said:
- The Catholic Church intends to “implement policies and programs to put into practice the issues considered by the forum” (climate and nature, fairer economics, health and healthcare, global cooperation, and society and equity).
My opinion: The U.S. will surrender its sovereignty to the coming satanic world government because many in the Roman Catholic Church support it, but many non-Catholic Church leaders are not watching, or they are willingly ignorant, cold, or lukewarm, or afraid to speak out on the subject (they are not being salt or light in this area).
Here are more recent events:
One, on May 27, 2022, it was reported that the WHO has announced that it wants the International Pandemic Treaty to include a digital passport and a digital ID system, and it wants the treaty finalized by 2024 (probably means by the end of 2023).
The power to require a digital passport and a digital system will shift from individual nations to the UN WHO.
In addition to declaring a public health emergency over nations, the UN WHO will also be empowered to declare a public health emergency over regions of nations (nothing was said about how many regions of nations there will be, but this writer has been on record for years saying the Bible teaches that there will be ten regions in the world with a leader over each region as in Ten Kings over a kingdom of iron PLUS clay.).
A new Emergency Committee of “Regional Directors” will report to the UN WHO Director-General, who will have the power to declare (and enforce) a public health emergency even if leaders of a nation or a region of nations disagree.
Think about it: global digital passport, global digital ID system by 2024, the world divided into regions under “Regional Directors,” the “Regional Directors” reporting to one man, the Bible says Ten Kings will rise and surrender their power and militaries to the Antichrist, and it says we can see it approaching.

- In May 2021, the WEF called for a “handful of nations” to replace the Pres. of the U.S. as the leader of the free world.
- In Mar. 2022, Russia and China said they are working together to achieve “a multipolar, fair and democratic world order.” Russia and China do not want a world government dominated by the EU and U.S. They want the power to be spread out among more nations and especially more of it to go to them.
- In Apr. 2022, Ukraine’s Pres. Zelensky (a WEF globalist) called upon the UN Security Council to stop Russia’s invasion of Ukraine or “dissolve itself. Zelensky was calling for the UN to stop Russia or go to a different kind of governing structure.
- In Apr. 2022, Russia’s Pres. Putin said, Western “attempts to have global dominance are coming to an end.”
- In May 2022, the WHO called for the creation of “regional czars” that can require nations and regions to obey WHO policies.
No other generation has seen the Ten Kings, but Bible prophecy will be fulfilled.
Our generation is hearing calls for a new global structure under “Regional Directors” or “regional czars,” and change could be just weeks or months away.
Two, on May 27, 2022, a reader sent me a great article by prophecy teacher and ex-military man, Pete Garcia, titled “Running Out of Normal.”
In my words, here are some of Garcia’s observations:
- Life on earth changed on Sept. 11, 2001 (airport security and government surveillance increased).
- The rise of social media has brought on the Age of Information and the censorship of many religious and conservative opinions.
- The push to establish a world government has greatly increased.
- The election of Donald Trump and his MAGA nationalist message was treated as a great threat to the globalist agenda.
- Society has been inundated with change and controversy, including but not limited to 5G Internet, digital currencies, tracking everyone, normalizing LGBTQ, CRT, open borders, hypersonic missiles, electric vehicles, the growth of artificial intelligence, and the WOKE culture.
- A global pandemic was declared that brought on economic shutdowns, lock-ins, mandatory vaccinations, and mask policies.
- The use of deceit (environmental alarmism or climate change fear-mongering, etc.) to attain global control of everyone on earth increased regardless of the facts.
To quote Garcia (an excellent prophecy teacher), life has “gotten weirder, more confusing, and more stressful.”

(I will add that the list could include inflation, food shortages, energy shortages, the supply-chain crisis, violence, the threat of nuclear and biological weapons, China’s threat to Taiwan, Biden’s attempts to divide Israel, etc. These are indications that the old normal is gone forever, Jesus is coming back, and the current situation will not last either.)
Three, concerning inflation, high gasoline and utility prices, food and energy shortages, etc.: on May 25, 2022, it was reported that the CEO of a major Norwegian financial group told the World Economic Forum (WEF) that citizens and small businesses will have to endure the pain of these problems so the world can reach WEF and UN Agenda 2030 carbon goals.
As I understand what the CEO said, the current high inflation, food shortages, etc., are the result of deliberate actions by global leaders to force the world to meet global climate change goals by 2030.
It is what our leaders are doing, not Putin’s fault.
More: On May 25, 2022, Pres. Biden held a press conference following his meeting with the Prime Min. of Japan, and Biden said, “[When] it comes to the gas prices, we’re going through an incredible transition that is taking place that, God willing, when it’s over, we’ll be stronger, and the world will be stronger and less reliant on fossil fuels when this is over.”
Biden admitted that higher gas prices in the U.S. are part of an “incredible transition” away from fossil fuels.
Shutting down the Keystone XL Pipeline and restricting drilling on some federal lands are deliberate actions that Biden took to reduce the use of fossil fuels in the U.S.
Biden has deliberately made fossil fuels more expensive so people will use less.
Four, concerning food shortages and famine: on May 23, 2022, it was reported that Russia’s Pres. Putin said he agrees with the UN assessment that the world is facing a food crisis that could lead to famine.
A spokesperson for Russia said, “We are not the source of the problem. The source of the problem that leads to world hunger is those who imposed sanctions against us, and the sanctions themselves.”
Russia blamed the soaring price of food, cooking oil, fertilizer, and energy on the West for imposing sanctions and hindering Russian shipments and sales.
Two days later, UN Sec. Gen. Guterres said the global food crisis is worsening and he is working with Russia, Ukraine, Turkey, the U.S., and the EU to restore grain exports from Ukraine.
Think about it: Famine could be looming (according to the UN and Russia), and inflation is soaring at the same time a global ID system, Regional Directors, and a partial loss of national sovereignty are looming, and these are prophesied in the Bible.
Five, concerning inflation: on May 27, 2022, Bloomberg reported that record-high meat prices (ground beef and chicken breasts) are forcing people to grill less meat.
Six, concerning hyper-inflation and an economic collapse during the Tribulation Period: on May 31, 2022, it was reported that the White House is concerned that high inflation will extend through the next elections and there is very little that Biden can do about it. (Many believe restoring America’s energy independence would help, but Biden refuses to do that.)
Seven, concerning the Mark of the Beast: at the May 2022 WEF meeting, the CEO of Nokia said he believes 6G services will be available by 2030, smartphones will be obsolete, and chips will be embedded in a person’s body to merge the physical and digital world.
The idea of putting something in a person’s body (perhaps their right hand or forehead) that can be tracked is quickly becoming a reality.
