We are not ignorant of Satan’s devices because God tells us that, but do we know much about them? I am exploring some of these that Satan uses to pollute, confuse, distort, and lie about all that God has established. In this address, we look at two very serious issues.
[32]. SATAN OWNED AND CROWNED DARWIN, AND HE STILL WEARS THE CROWN
Great movements of evil are spawned in Satan’s camp. Remember that the devil is not omnipresent or omniscient because he is not God. He has maybe billions of demons (the fallen angels) working for him, but in very important matters, he takes the lead. That is why we see Satan in Eden and at the temptation of Christ. I believe one matter taken on board by Satan himself – for it would have an unbelievable influence on the downward path of the human race – is a man called Charles Darwin.
Darwin is responsible for what is called The Theory of Evolution, formulated after his visit to the Galapagos Islands and observing finches there. This is a case of a man developing an idea from an overwhelming replacement of God that gained acceptance through the world because it offered an alternative to creation by an Almighty God.
We all know that Christians are the small minority in society. Matthew 22:14 “Many are called but few are chosen.” Most human beings do not realize it, but inwardly, they would love to find some alternative to believing in God, and evolution provides them with that opportunity. People would willingly believe a lie than believe the truth. Let us break down what the evolution is, and by the very nature of the beast, we can see the evil involved.
The first failure of this devilish idea is that all present life began from some amoeba or pond slime slowly mutating, eventually over millions of years to become human beings through a huge number of pyramid steps, all with missing links, not one of which has been shown or revealed. The general purpose is that the very start of something so primitive came from nothing to make life and just happened through the chemical reaction of amino acids or by something transported here by a comet.
God is a God of order and instant design. Genesis is very clear about that, and this is where the first confrontation begins. The Bible declares that the universe is God’s handiwork – Psalm 8:1 “O LORD, our Lord, how majestic is Your name in all the earth, WHO HAS DISPLAYED YOUR SPLENDOUR above the heavens!” Psalm 19:1: “The heavens are telling of the glory of God, and THEIR EXPANSE IS DECLARING THE WORK OF HIS HANDS.”
Then you come to a decisive verse – Psalm 33:6 “BY THE WORD OF THE LORD THE HEAVENS WERE MADE, and by the breath of His mouth all their host. Evolution accepts a big bang theory for the universe’s existence and dismisses the ultimate truth that the entire universe was created by the word of God. God spoke, and it was done the same way Jesus did many miracles.
John 1:1-4 “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was in the beginning with God. ALL THINGS CAME INTO BEING BY HIM, AND APART FROM HIM NOTHING CAME INTO BEING THAT HAS COME INTO BEING. In Him was life, and the life was the light of men.” The universe came into being by the word of the Word! There will always be deniers and alleged atheists who are contented atheists until terrible trauma comes into their lives. Not one atheist has explained how life or any matter can be produced from nothing.
Nothing is nothing, and nothing can produce something unless it is God who does it.
The second failure of evolution is its chief premise, “the survival of the fittest.” This is a dog-eat-dog scenario and a godless idea of rising above others at their expense to put them down and defeat them and consume them, and it is as un-Christian as you can get. It is in direct contradiction to all that a Christian must be. The survival of the fittest would never be God’s method of working. That is the most selfish and satanic idea of destruction and certainly is not how God would ever work. It flies in the face of all that the Bible instructs us about behavior.
In the workplace, people act disgustingly to undermine others and to strive to be over them – lying, cheating, suppression, scheming, “crawling,” just a few ways of promotion over more honorable and weaker people (more submissive and gentler in character). All that is operating right through society (even the presidency of the local Dog Club) because it is “according to evolution,” according to the survival of the fittest. In many decades of observation, I have seen the worst of this evolutionary principle in the conduct of politics. In fact, it is ruthless and immoral, like being with Satan. Evolution is the devil’s trump card.
The third failure, and the last one I will deal with, is the basis of evolution. That is humanism, and Darwin was a godless humanist. A humanist is one who maps his own course in life by shutting the door on God and ignoring any consideration that God might be relevant. It is one of Satan’s greatest lies and consigns more people to hell than anything else. Evolution has no place for God, and the greatest evolutionists bitterly oppose even the concept of God. Those who like to consider themselves as “theistic evolutionists” are among the most deluded compromisers of truth. All the “bad people” in the world eagerly accept evolution, especially dictators, socialists, and academics because, in that way, they rise up over God as the fittest survivors in the system.
Like everything contrived by the devil, evolution has a great appeal. Artists have a field day with all sorts of imagined scenes that make books on evolution so appealing to children (dinosaurs preying on other animals and on their own kind), and that is the danger and Satan’s design. You will find many evolutionary books in school libraries as Satan claims the minds of children and young people. We looked at that scheme of Satan in Number 26. Evolution was designed by Darwin under Satan to turn the young child from God by dismissing God and embracing humanism. It is an evil concept that willingly is accepted by almost everyone except reasoning Christians and will send people to hell because evolution has no time for God.
God created man IN HIS OWN IMAGE. Look at the way the word “image” is mentioned three times, and God does not waste words – Genesis 1:26-27 “Then God said, ‘Let Us make man in OUR IMAGE according to Our likeness, and let them rule over the fish of the sea and over the birds of the sky and over the cattle and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth.’ GOD CREATED MAN IN HIS OWN IMAGE. IN THE IMAGE OF GOD HE CREATED HIM. Male and female He created them.”
Human beings are created in the image of God, not in the image of a primate or a hunk of slime, and man has an eternal spirit, something nothing else in creation has.
Evolution has done more to separate man from God in his thinking because it conveniently dismisses God for the overwhelming lie. It is almost true to say that evolution is Satan’s masterpiece. This theory (more of a hypothesis) rejects the idea of a single creation of man and, therefore, rejects Adam. Because of that position, it also must reject the idea of a Second Adam (Christ). 1 Corinthians 15:45-47 “Also it is written so, ‘The first man, Adam, became a living soul.’ The LAST ADAM BECAME A LIFE-GIVING SPIRIT. However, the spiritual is not first, but the natural, then the spiritual. The first man is from the earth, earthy. THE SECOND MAN is from heaven.”
Those who reject the “Second Man,” Christ, will share the lake of fire with the originators of this satanic theory, that is, with both Satan and Darwin. So much could be written here, but I have said enough, showing that we are not ignorant of the filthy leaven of corruption Satan introduced into the world to delude and deceive.
[33]. CLIMATE CHANGE – THE LOCUS OF SATAN’S CONCENTRATION – DIVERSION AND HUMANISM
Satan causes division; we have looked at that. There is an expression, “Divide and conquer,” and Satan always causes division, which in turn progresses to hate, abuse, murder, resentment, and so many more base feelings. The devil throws up cloaks of confusion upon the human race in the form of deception and delusion, and these are very strong. Eve was deceived, and it has not stopped. The devil’s time is short before the world will face the judgment of God in the Tribulation, so his demonic horde actively ferments delusion everywhere.
One of the divisive delusions of our time is climate change. Some who read this might want to take issue with me, but I am not into that. If you believe climate change is real, AND if you are blaming fossil fuels for that, then there is no way you’d be convinced otherwise, unless you look at the repressed science from the most credible researchers that is ignored by the media and bashed down by the militants of climate change, often the socialist left. I could spend ages pointing out reasons for not accepting climate change, but I want to move away from that to another area.
You know these Parts in this series I am doing are about not being ignorant of Satan’s schemes, so our concentration will be on that area. Here are some facts:
(1). The main proponents of climate change are humanists and socialists; big corporations who make money out of it, and others with vested interests.
(2). People believe what they want to believe, and nothing will shake them. Human beings are readily gullible to deception. It seems to be part of the old fallen nature caused by sin. Remember, sin will not push you in the direction of God but away from it.
(3). Climate change is already starting to cause ruin to economies and national balances. Pressure and threats are being put on nations by climate authorities and the UN to go down that path of false climatology, but economies suffer. Money goes into false climate nonsense that is taken from health, education, and better living conditions.
(4). The rubbish that is pushed onto us is emotive and runs with a herd mentality. The people quoted all the time as the so-called “experts” are the radicals of the movement, the agitators, all being pushed by the deluded media, itself in the hands of the prince of the air who is running all this. There is a subtle brainwashing of the populace to accept what is false. That is Satan’s scheme.
(5). There is a bigger reason for all this activism on climate change – it is globalism and world rule by some of the elite. Globalism is the gathering up of the nations into one world and controlled by a centralized government. It is coming together – the United Nations, the World Health Organisation, and the World Economic Forum are very key players in this.
(6). It is a rejection of the goodness of God. God has given us wonderful, abundant resources to be used wisely for the maintenance and development of humanity, such as coal, gas, oil and other fuels (uranium), but the activists reject the goodness and plan of God and run after Chinese windmills and solar panels.
(7). It is a false economy. So much energy is being used to produce the concrete and materials for “renewable energy” that the whole lot is a farce. Old windmill blades cannot be recycled, and it was discovered that at one place in Australia, on the Atherton Tablelands, these blades were being dumped secretly in the rainforest. It is corrupt.
NOW I am going to revisit those 7 points again with a bit more detail:
(1). Climate change used to be called global warming, but when it was credibly shown that global warming was not happening, then the nebulous name of climate change was coined, but when you ask these people what climate change is, they invariably come back to global warming. The university academia are the main pushers of this error, and they are humanists and socialists. The socialist governments of the world are racing without thought to obey the dictate of the United Nations rulings and climate agendas from world meetings and frequent conferences.
There was a Conference on COP28, 30 November – 12 December 2023. “An agreement at the COP28 summit to end the production and use of fossil fuels is vital to prevent a global climate catastrophe and stop an unprecedented human rights crisis which threatens the rights of billions of people from escalating.” Utter rubbish and driven by agendas.
Remember, socialism surges forward – humanistic and godless, so they are ripe for satanic delusion, and that is what they have. The world is being deceived. The whole purpose of all this climate religion and mania is to end the use of fossil fuels that God has given, and that will bring chaos into the world.
(2). People without Christ are unsettled and like comets – wanderers through time with no fixed point of reference; Christians have that reference, and it is Jesus Christ. The unsaved are all too eager to latch onto something that their minds tell them has substance, but it is nebulous, and they are roped into a worldwide conspiracy for a set agenda – the control of the world’s people under the WEF and the UN. The spirit of man needs a belief, and if that belief is not anchored in God, then it reaches out to grab whatever is available, and the devil makes sure the alleged “climate crisis” is always close by.
(3). Nations are going broke trying to pay for this renewable farce, borrowing massive amounts and reducing spending, especially on health, education, and necessary infrastructure. It is interesting to consider that the communist powers are not running after this or are paying lip service to it. Nations that have thought their futures through a bit better than others began building nuclear power stations some time ago. That is the way to go, but there are a few, like the Australian Government who are hostile and vehemently opposed to nuclear but flood the country with windmills. That, though, is a Marxist Government.
Why is chaos beginning to happen? Satan loves chaos and then destruction, and that is why he loves socialists and people wise in their own deceits. They bring chaos, and climate religion is the catalyst for chaos.
(4). The emotive aspect. Have you listened to orchestrated school kids, primed what to say, who come out crying, saying their future is ruined and they will die from climate change? Yes, it is very common. They are now taught to be reactionaries. They follow Thunberg, that unfortunate, mentally deficient girl who has been manipulated by the great chiefs of climate change. It is sick.
Satan is having a field day with people over climate change, and the reason is found in Romans 1. I don’t have the time here, but read my messages on this in “The Book of Romans” series. Because people have rejected God, they turn to vain things without discrimination.
(5). Globalism is the move to bring the whole world under one controlling government, and it will be a Marxist one. Steps are already underway, and Covid gave these globalists a splendid opportunity for their agenda. Climate change is uniting nations into this evil whole. When the Church is raptured, Satan will then have his man ready to step into the scene and be the world ruler and is now doing the preparation for that. Climate change is but one avenue leading to it to bring nations into submission.
The chief proponents of climate change are the really deceived ones of the world – Al Gore with his private jet and phenomenal mansion, the pope, the United Nations, and King Charles. They have the support of academia worldwide and industry that will make fortunes from climate change.
(6). This is an important one. Before the creation of life in this world (or pre-Genesis 1 – I won’t get into that argument), God laid down remarkable resources for human beings to use. Not only minerals but fuels. Fossil fuels – coal, oil, gas, were put in place by God for man to use. However, Satan opposes all God has planned and mapped out. We have been seeing this. These anti-God humanists and atheists hate God’s provisions, so they reject and oppose fossil fuels. God did not put these fuels abundantly on earth for us to use SO THAT sinful radical man thumbs his nose at God over it. He did it for our benefit.
IF THE EARTH HAS WARMED MARGINALLY over the last 100 years, and many contradict that, BUT IF that has happened, then there is no link whatever to fossil fuel. Back 1,000 years ago, the earth was 4 degrees warmer when Eskimos farmed reindeer on Greenland, which was green. Limited man cannot appreciate the large weather cycles and the sun’s cyclic activity over thousands of years.
(7). God gave us functioning brains, but what use are they when logic is shut off? Not far from me, rainforest and prime eucalypt forest are being cleared for great windmill farms, and the communist Greens, who protest the slightest thing, say nothing about that. This is supposed to be about greenhouse gases, yet hundreds of acres of forests are being destroyed. Hypocrisy!
Solar panels and windmills, especially blades, don’t last for long, so it costs a fortune to replace them, and the old parts are not recyclable. It is a false economy. Great amounts of electricity are required for making that stuff.
Satan certainly has his agenda hooks well and truly into climate change, for the distortion of it turns people away from God and looks for false saviours.
ONE CLOSING THOUGHT
At the end of the 7-year Tribulation that certainly will come after the Rapture, there will be the Gog-Magog war as part of the great Battle of Armageddon, and Gog is decisively defeated by God. And right after that war, we read this – Ezekiel 39:9-10 “‘Then those who inhabit the cities of Israel will go out, and make fires with the weapons and burn them, both shields and bucklers, bows and arrows, war clubs and spears, and for seven years they will make fires of them. They will not take wood from the field or gather firewood from the forests, for they will make fires with the weapons, and they will take the spoil of those who despoiled them and seize the plunder of those who plundered them,’ declares the Lord GOD.”
Of course, in the days Ezekiel wrote, they used wood for fuel. Put into our days, it will be oil and all that is able to be used for fuel. If fossil fuel is so nasty, then why is God sanctioning the use of it in the Millennium? The reason is simple. Fossil fuel has been provided by God, and those who oppose it are of the devil. Climate change agendas are satanic.
