Lawmakers in at least 8 Republican states introduced measures to block children from drag shows at the start of this year.
Pennsylvania: School District to Exclude Parents from Child’s Gender Transition/Support Plan. It’ll keep parents in the dark when inviting children to declare themselves a different “gender.” Its “Gender Expansive & Transgender Students Policy” says it can be kept secret from parents.
Canadian Legislator Launches Drag Show Protection Bill, allowing Ontario to criminalize alleged “offensive remarks” regarding drag queen story hours for children, etc. If passed, it would create a football field-size “2SLGBTQIA+ community safety zone” around drag shows and other LGBT events. Anyone protesting within the zone would be subject to a $25,000 fine.

South Carolina: Senior Skip Day Shooting Leaves Six Injured at Beach in Coastal City of Isle of Palms. The shooting left five teens and an older beachgoer injured. Fortunately, none are life-threatening. Police were already on the scene responding to two previous fights that had already broken out when the shooting occurred. Police recovered multiple weapons and detained multiple suspects. However, they’re not certain if they’ve detained the actual shooter in custody.
Colorado: Manifesto details former student’s plans to carry out multiple Colorado Springs school shootings, bombing; churches were other targets. William Whitworth, who goes by Lily and is in the process of so-called transitioning to female, said the plan had been in the works for a month or two.
Florida: In Marion County, three boys ages 12 to 17 shot and killed two girls and one boy ages 16 to 17. All six knew each other and were connected through unorganized gangs. This group was involved in committing burglaries and robberies. That’s where they got the weapons.

Christy Bautista booked a hotel with plans to attend a concert but became a victim of one of the city’s most gruesome crimes so far this year, the latest in a wave of seemingly random attacks, often in broad daylight, throughout the District. Those arrested are usually well-known to the criminal justice system.
California: Cash App Founder Bob Lee was stabbed to death in San Francisco. Lee’s friend said he was attacked while walking in the “good” part of the city and that he was randomly targeted.
US: Swim Champ Riley Gaines Attacked by Radical Trans Mob, Forced to Barricade. Gaines lost an NCAA award to a male who claims to be female. Gaines advocates for the rights of female athletes, hence the attack on her.
Canada: Trans extremists attacked activist who exposes extremism of the transgender movement and dangers of “sex changes” for children. He was attacked twice when he arrived to protest a “Trans Day of Visibility” event, but police refused to help.

At least 32 dead in tornadoes from Arkansas to Delaware. Fierce storms last weekend spawned dozens of tornadoes from the South and Midwest into the Northeast.
At least five people have died in Bollinger County, Missouri, after a tornado hit the area Wednesday, causing widespread damage. The twister’s path was 22.3 miles long. Since an outbreak of severe storms started Tuesday, at least 11 tornadoes have been recorded in Iowa, Illinois, and Missouri. At least 478 tornadoes have been reported across 25 states so far this year.
India: Unseasonal rains and hailstorms threaten wheat harvest. Untimely rains arrived as crops were nearly ready for harvesting and were expected to continue a few more days.

Less-reported conflicts of the Middle East. With civil wars raging in Syria, Iraq, Yemen, Libya and Ethiopia, to name a few, hundreds of thousands of people killed over the past year in those countries alone; over 25 million displaced; millions more in daily need of humanitarian aid.
Israel launched another airstrike in Damascus area in Syria on Tuesday, the fourth such attack attributed to Israel in less than a week. The airstrikes occurred after Israel shot down an Iranian drone that entered the country’s airspace from Syria. Syria warned that Israel’s aggression will push the region toward ‘total escalation.’
The Israeli military conducted retaliatory airstrikes against targets in Gaza Strip, followed by strikes into Lebanon Friday morning in retaliation for rockets launched into Israel by militants in those areas. “Palestinian” militants had fired rockets from Gaza into southern Israel. Later, 34 rockets were fired from Lebanon into Northern Israel.
Israel’s Shin Bet chief Ronen Bar said to PM Netanyahu, “We are glad that you came to meet us… on the occasion of Passover. As it is said: ‘Each person must see himself as if he came out of Egypt’…. Now it’s our turn – all of us… in the important work of protecting the people of Israel, its security and freedom.” He said, “Iran is responsible for 95% of security threats against us… directly and indirectly.” Since the start of this year, “more than 200 significant attacks have been thwarted….”
God is in control, and His Word tells us what will occur in these last days before Christ’s return. Anyone who thinks we’re not there must have their head in the sand.
Concluding Scripture

Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness; And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace; Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked. And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God” (Ephesians 6:10-17).
How to Be Saved:
“If thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation” (Romans 10:9-10).
