Search Continues for Bodies of Children at Residential Schools Run by Catholic Church in Canada. As reported last week, several hundred more unmarked graves of children were found at yet another residential school in Canada, the Marieval Indian Residential School, bringing the total in the past few weeks to nearly one thousand when added to those found at Kamloops. The search is still continuing. Children in these Catholic-operated residential schools were subjected to extreme physical, emotional, and sexual abuse. Wildfires have burned in Northern California for over a week. 6.0 Earthquake on California-Nevada Border Felt Across Bay Area. The UCSG says it’s the strongest quake to hit the Antelope Valley Fault near Lake Tahoe since a 6.1 in 1994.
