- Portland City Council Voted to Defund Police Budget by 15 Million. Includes elimination of Gun Violence Reduction Team, SERT team, 107 full-time positions, and ending School Resource Officer program. Organizers with Rose City Justice wanted at least $50 million defunded.
- Austin City Council Voted to Partially Defund Police Budget. Socialist groups are protesting to take away over $100 million from the department.
- Minneapolis City Council votes unanimously for proposal that could replace Police Department.

Washington: In the ‘Black Lives Matter’ Seattle CHOP zone, Antonio Mays Jr., 16, and a 14-year-old boy stole a vehicle at knifepoint (They hung out with the Bloods gang but said they weren’t members.) As they drove into the CHOP zone, they were shot by CHOP gunmen. One died; one is in critical condition. This along with another shooting that left one dead and one critically injured were central to Dem leaders finally allowing police to shut the CHOP zone down this week. Last week Dem leaders went to remove barriers but were stopped by CHOP gunmen. “Protests” still continuing in the CHOP zone.
Mainstream Media ignored violence in Seattle CHOP zone, claim it was ‘peaceful’ protests. They ignored the killings, rapes and robberies.
We’ve Got a Country to Save (Video). Larry Elder, talk radio host and attorney, said, “All the killings in our community ain’t coming from white people. We’re killing one another. Our old people are scared to come out at night…they’re not scared of white people; they’re scared of young black boys…”
There were protests on July 4 against Independence Day. A debate broke out on The Ingraham show about the holiday and whether or not the black experience has improved over the last few centuries. Activist Scotty Smart said nothing great has been done for blacks since 1776, when the Declaration of Independence was signed. Horace Cooper, Project 21 co-chair, disagreed, saying, “There are a number of black Americans throughout history who stood on the side of freedom and liberty. This celebration is for everyone who supports liberty.” There are a number of black people not buying into this mess; they realize the Communist agenda behind it to divide and conquer this nation.
London: City Spins Out of Control as Met Police Abandon Streets. Excerpts: [It’s the same in Britain as it is in the US] – combination of Covid restrictions, hands-off police policy, and subsequent breakdown of law and order. It’s a Marxist agenda. US and Britain are at their most perilous point in 100 years, but it’s been building since the 60s through university teaching systems. Trump has been targeted by a coup even before his presidency began. History is no longer ‘right,’ facts are no longer facts but interpretations. The move by Dems to put the monument to Washington, Jefferson, T. Roosevelt, and Lincoln in the crosshairs by claiming it represents “white supremacy,” when it clearly does not, may go too far for some voters.
Todd Starnes points out their hypocrisy. Hours before President Trump was scheduled to speak at Mount Rushmore, CNN’s Leyla Santiago called it a “monument of two slave owners and on land wrestled away from Native Americans.” But when Obama visited the site, CNN called it “majestic.” In 2008, CNN’s Jim Acosta noted Obama’s visit was a “fitting campaign stop for a presidential contender.” In 2016, CNN’s Jeff Zeleny called it a “monument to four great American Presidents.” “This is our country at its very best. What a wonderful achievement,” Sen. Bernie Sanders told CNN. CNN and Mainstream Media news outlets didn’t condemn Dem leaders for visiting the monument. Yet they target President Trump.

About New York Times Claim That Russia Offered Bounties to Taliban-Linked Militants to Kill American Troops in Afghanistan. Nancy Pelosi responded that she didn’t know “what the Russians have on the president politically, personally, financially or whatever it is.” Senator John Kennedy, member of the Judiciary Committee, is skeptical. He said, “We have no indication, no evidence that the story is accurate… New York Times would support a dead raccoon over a Republican if the raccoon had a ‘D’ behind its name.” He also blasted Pelosi for her immature remark.

Over 277,000 Signed Petition to Block the Movie Habit Portraying Jesus as a Woman (some say a lesbian). Michael Jackson’s daughter Paris, who plays Jesus, is in real life bisexual. Bella Thorne, who plays a woman with a “Jesus fetish” and disguises herself as a nun, in real life describes herself as “pansexual.” Trans model Andrea Pejic also has a role. The website “Pink News” headline states “More than 250,000 bigots complained about Paris Jackson playing a lesbian ‘gender-bending’ Jesus.’
Ghislaine Maxwell arrested: How Jeffrey Epstein’s madam groomed his victims. Epstein’s longtime confidant and former girlfriend faces sex abuse charges involving underage girls as young as 14. She “groomed” them and offered gifts, etc., to get them to travel to Epstein’s island. She “normalized sexual abuse” by discussing sexual topics, undressing in front of them, or being present during sexual encounters with the girls and Epstein, which “helped put victims at ease since an adult woman was present.” This news story was ignored by CNN’s primetime. Seattle City Council Unanimously Votes to Repeal Drug Traffic and Prostitution Loitering Laws. Council member Andrew Lewis, lead sponsor of the repeal, said, “These laws were never appropriate; they were wrong when they were enacted and they are wrong now.” Seattle’s City Council thinks they know what’s right and wrong better than God does.

The situation is far worse than New York Times makes it out to be. It failed to mention elderly deaths at hospitals or at home, cut off from family and friends.

US: Fourth of July weekend heat wave. “The first half of July looks to have well-above-normal temperatures beginning around July 4,” said Jon Gottschalck from the National Weather Service. The blast of heat could create a “ring of fire” pattern in which storms circulating the edges of the heat dome spawn powerful thunderstorms, particularly over the northern Plains. “Models indicate this is going to be somewhat persistent through the first two weeks of July, and potentially longer,” he said.
Oregon: Drought emergency declared for seven counties, but Jefferson County farmers may feel the brunt of the conditions on the High Desert.
Tennessee & Mississippi: Flash floods due to heavy rain, as much as 10 inches in some places on July 1.
Utah: Wildfires: As of June 29, the state has seen 537 fires in 2020, over 425 started by humans. Officials attribute it to a record-dry spring and more people recreating outdoors due to coronavirus. “In Utah it’s the 3rd driest spring on record,” said Kait Webb, spokesperson for Utah Division of Forestry. “We haven’t gotten a lot of precipitation, so vegetation is really dry across the state.”
Puerto Rico: Worsening drought forces state of emergency. Starting July 2, nearly 140,000 will be without water for 24 hours every other day as part of rationing.

Iran will then be in a position to export these weapons and their technologies to their proxies, such as Hezbollah, ‘Palestine’ Islamic Jihad, Hamas, Shia militia groups in Iraq, Syria militant networks in Bahrain and to the Houthis in Yemen.” US and Saudi governments made a public appeal to the UN Security Council to extend the arms embargo on Iran or risk a renewed arms race in the Middle East.

Supreme Court Overturned Indiana Law That Saved Babies from Abortion. They overturned a law that allowed women a chance to see an ultrasound of their baby before an abortion. Such laws had helped women and saved countless lives of unborn children.

In their endorsement, MoveOn praised Biden for running the ‘most progressive platform’ ever, which includes tax increases, job-killing regulations of the Green New Deal, free healthcare for illegal aliens, liberal judges, and abortion on demand.
California Governor Bans Singing in Church, But Abortion Clinics Remain Open. Leftist governors across the US have taken advantage of the coronavirus lockdown by banning most church gatherings, then severely restricting their gatherings and no singing. Many of these same governors openly support Black Lives Matter masses of rioters, and of course they keep those abortion clinics open.

Though we Protestants know we shouldn’t have such images or statues according to the Bible, Chinas government only wants worship of its Communist regime.
In China, 200 communist officials demolished a church and beat Christians. A Christian man was arrested and at least two women injured after officials stormed Sunzhuang Church, part of a network of government-run churches, and destroyed it with heavy-duty machinery. Authorities have removed crosses from over 250 state-sanctioned churches in Anhui province between January and April.
In India, Christian pastor beaten by 150-strong Hindu mob while praying for the sick. International Christian Concern has recorded at least eight separate attacks on Christians in the two weeks following partial lifting of the nationwide coronavirus lockdown. Attackers accused the pastor of illegally converting Hindus to Christianity. “They said India is a Hindu nation, and there is no place for Christians.”

Global Magnetic Anomaly Rocked Earth’s Magnetic Field. Lately, Earth’s magnetic field has been very quiet with the sun in what may turn out to be the deepest Solar Minimum in a century. Geomagnetic storms just aren’t happening. But on June 23rd, Earth’s quiet magnetic field was unexpectedly disturbed by a wave of magnetism that rippled around much of the globe. There was no solar storm or geomagnetic storm to cause the disturbance. So what was it? “For more than 30 minutes, the local magnetic field oscillated like a sine wave.”

One bit of good news: 20 MPs from Europe, Latin America, Africa sign pro-annexation letter. The signatories, who are leaders of the Israel Allies Caucuses in their countries, signed the letter on the date when Netanyahu is allowed to bring annexation to the Knesset.
Biden’s foreign-policy boss called for anti-Israel DNC platform. Democrats try to sell pro-Israel Jews on Joe Biden, but the campaign has already sold them out. Jewish Democrats want to convince American Jews that Biden will be friendly to Israel, but his latest move again sends a different message. His transition team includes Avril Haines, Obama’s deputy CIA director, to head foreign policy and national security should Dems usurp the presidency. Bringing in Haines to serve under former CIA director John Brennan was a blatant attempt to embed an Obama loyalist near the top of the CIA. And Haines has stayed loyal to her former boss. Haines’s role on foreign policy for Biden signals that the DNC platform and his administration would take an anti-Israel direction.
Netanyahu ally confirms delays in West Bank annexation plan. Ofir Akunis says Israeli officials are still working out final details with their American counterparts, but he expects the controversial move to take place later this month.
Thousands attending anti-Israel rallies across U.S. over annexation plans show hatred of Jews and Israel. So-called ‘Palestinians’ earlier in the week announced plans for a “Day of Rage” to coincide with Israel’s annexation vote in the Knesset. A Brooklyn rally shows an organizer fuming against a 2-state solution, shouting, ‘We want it all,’ ‘we don’t want your Jew state,’ and calling for an intifada (holy war). Anti-Israel protesters in DC shouted ‘Israel murders children.’ Neturei Karta, an ultra-Orthodox group of Haredi Jews that deem Israel to be an illegitimate state, turned up for the Brooklyn rally. They believe a true Israel can only be established with the coming of the Messiah (they’re not talking about Jesus). If they read the Bible properly, they’d know God has brought the Jews back to their land in the last days.
Democrats continue to threaten Israel over annexation plans. Yet another letter from Dems was sent to Secretary of State Pompeo, urging monetary reductions to Israel if it extends sovereignty to the West Bank (Judea and Samaria). The letter orchestrated by Ocasio-Cortez has thus far been signed by Michigan’s Rashida Tlaib, Washington state’s Pramila Jayapal and Minnesota’s Betty McCollum, and Vermont’s Bernie Sanders. This follows a letter sent by 19 Senate Democrats urging removing US military assistance to Israel. Biden also opposes Israel’s annexation plan. Leaders of other nations also oppose annexation such as UK’s Boris Johnson; and the Dutch parliament urges sanctions against Israel.
UK Labour calls to ban Israeli settlement imports in response to annexation of parts of the West Bank. This is a “major step,” foreign secretary Lisa Nandy said, adding that “such a blatant breach of international law must have consequences.”
Russia welcomed pledge of unity between Fatah and Hamas against Israel annexation plan. The two groups held a rare joint press conference in which they pledged a campaign against Israel’s plans to apply sovereignty in parts of Judea and Samaria.
Netanyahu: I am ready for “peace” talks with ‘Palestinians.’ Last Sunday, Netanyahu said annexation would only advance stalled “peace” negotiations, and urges ‘Palestinians’ not ‘to waste another decade in the attempt to eradicate Israel.’
‘Palestinians’ offer negotiations just before planned annexation. Stalling tactic or coming “peace” deal with a ‘Palestinian’ state? Just before the PA thought Israel was to put its annexation plan in action on July 1, it sent a letter to the Middle East Quartet, saying it’s prepared to renew negotiations with Israel and agree to “minor territorial exchanges,” but its counter-offer won’t be relevant if Israel begins annexation.” [FYI to the PA: It’s not your land.] The document details what the PA would be willing to accept within a “peace” agreement, noting they’re “willing to have a state with a limited amount of weapons and a strong police force for maintaining law and order,” adding they’d accept an international entity, such as NATO, to receive a mandate from the UN for supervising the “peace” agreement, if and when it happens.
Apocalyptic Scenario: Are we heading for the Bible’s great end-time conflict? From the article: “The Jewish state’s proposed ‘annexation’ of the Jordan Valley with parts of Judea and Samaria – despite being the heart of ancient Israel – is causing hackles to rise again among the nations…. In any case, the ‘Palestinians’ have no legal right to the land…. Are we not in enough trouble, facing economic meltdown post-COVID amidst a breakdown in law and order while our history is being torn apart and re-written?… But we still have a chance to redeem ourselves by backing Israel’s plans in Judea… Restoration of Israel at the end of the age, the Bible promises, will be accompanied by ever-increasing violence, lawlessness and earth-shaking events. All of us, including politicians and preachers, need to ensure we’re ready for Jesus’ coming.”
Vatican summons US, Israeli envoys over annexation moves. Meetings with Pietro Parolin, Vatican secretary of state, US Ambassador Gingrich, and Israeli Ambassador David took place Tuesday. Parolin met the envoys separately. He expressed “the concern of the [so-called] Holy See regarding possible unilateral actions that may further jeopardize the search for peace between Israelis and ‘Palestinians,’ as well as the delicate situation in the Middle East.” The Vatican reiterated its position in support of a two-state solution, saying “Israel and the State of Palestine have the right to exist and to live in peace and security, within internationally recognized borders.” [No such thing as a State of Palestine; never has been, regardless of the Vatican recognizing it. God does not recognize it!]
Peace and security? What does God have to say about that to true believers in Christ? “But of the times and the seasons, brethren, ye have no need that I write unto you. For yourselves know perfectly that the day of the Lord so cometh as a thief in the night. For when they shall say, Peace and safety; then sudden destruction cometh upon them, as travail upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape. But ye, brethren, are not in darkness, that that day should overtake you as a thief. Ye are all the children of light, and the children of the day: we are not of the night, nor of darkness…. For God hath not appointed us to wrath, but to obtain salvation by our Lord Jesus Christ, Who died for us, that, whether we wake or sleep, we should live together with him. Wherefore comfort yourselves together, and edify one another, even as also ye do” (1 Thessalonians 5:1-11).
