Tropical Cyclone “Harold” lashed Tonga on Thursday, after leaving major destruction across Solomon Islands, Vanuatu, and Fiji. It’s the first Category 5 severe tropical cyclone to form in the South Pacific basin since 2018 and so far the strongest storm of the 2019/20 South Pacific cyclone season. The storm demolished almost all tourist resorts in Tonga with winds of up to 260 km/h (162 mph).
Wildfires burning within Chernobyl Exclusion Zone, Ukraine. Wildfires fueled by strong winds have been burning within the Chernobyl Exclusion Zone in Ukraine since April 4. Radiation levels near the nuclear reactor have reportedly spiked to well above normal as the fires tore through the irradiated forests. The fires are attributed to relatively dry conditions, following a warm winter that did not bring sufficient precipitation and snow cover. On April 6, authorities have more than doubled the number of firemen responding to more than 300. By Thursday, police evacuated residents from the village of Poliske, which is located within the zone.
EARTHQUAKES
California earthquakes: A 4.4 earthquake hit Northern California last Sunday, April 5. As reported last week, a swarm of well over 650 earthquakes have rattled Utah, Idaho and California as part of aftershocks since the 5.7 quake that struck Utah on March 18. A 5.2 earthquake struck near the California-Nevada border on April 11. No word on any damages.
In Christchurch, New Zealand, a 4.3 earthquake shook thousands across the region on April 9. The huge number of reports makes it one of New Zealand’s most felt quakes in recent months. Locals flooded Twitter to suggest they had enough on their plate while living under a coronavirus lockdown without dealing with any earthquakes.
Japan: A 5.1 earthquake struck south of Chikusei (Ibaraki prefecture) on April 12. There are no immediate reports of damage.
There were several ocean quakes over 5.0 this week, plus a 6.1.
VOLCANOES
Russia: A strong explosive eruption took place at Sheveluch volcano, Kamchatka, Russia on April 8, and explosive activity is continuing.
Indonesia: A strong magmatic eruption with volcanic ash reaching 14.3 km (47,000 feet) above sea level took place at Anak Krakatau volcano in Sunda Strait, Indonesia on April 10. This is the strongest activity at the volcano since the violent eruption and partial collapse of the volcano and deadly tsunami on December 22, 2018.
Iceland: Awakening volcanic region in Iceland could cause disruption for centuries. Volcanic activity is escalating in a region of Iceland that has not erupted for 800 years, with scientists warning it could cause disruption for centuries to come. Since January 21, the Reykjanes peninsula has experienced over 8,000 earthquakes and about 10cm (about 4 inches) of land uplift due to magma intrusions underground. Reykjanes peninsula’s last active period started in the 10th century and lasted 300 years.

New, 20 times larger wave of locusts threatens millions in Africa. Weeks before coronavirus spread through much of the world, parts of Africa were already threatened by another plague, the biggest locust outbreak some countries had seen in 70 years. Now the second wave, some 20 times larger, is arriving, also in places previously untouched. Billions of the young desert locusts are winging in from breeding grounds. Millions of already vulnerable people are at risk. And as they gather to try to combat the locusts, often in vain, they risk spreading the coronavirus.
According to the Quartz Africa site: Two new generations of locusts are set to descend on East Africa again—up to 400 times stronger. Favorable wet conditions due to above average rainfall this season means they are likely to achieve two generations of new breeding by June this year, increasing their population size up to 400 times.
ASIAN GIANT HORNETS
Giant Asian Hornets Now in North America. A nest was sighted for the first time in Canada in Aug/Sept and destroyed. It was sighted in Washington state in December. The giant Asian hornets are different from the yellow-legged Asian hornets that invaded Europe over a decade ago and have been a major concern. They make their nests on the ground and will start to become active this month. Over two inches long with a large wingspan, the world’s largest hornet carries a painful, sometimes lethal sting (10 or more stings, or those allergic), but it’s not interested in humans (unless disturbed) or livestock. They are a concerning, significant predator of honeybees.

Food not donated is thrown away or turned into mulch as there’s no set mechanism to efficiently redistribute excess produce. While people asking for food has increased six-fold, staff has been cut by three-fourths as people adhere to stay-at-home orders. This situation is repeated in other states as well.

In the northern city of Suifenhe, on the border with Russia, a new makeshift hospital has been built and residents ordered to remain in their homes, after a spike in cases believed to have come Chinese citizens from Russia. As of April 9, there were a total of 127 imported cases and 137 asymptomatic cases in Suifenhe according to the China Daily which is owned by the Publicity Department of the Communist Party of China.

The week before, a California abortionist was at Trust Women after reportedly treating COVID-19 patients without being tested for the virus. In response to the Sedgwick County vote, Democrat Gov. Laura Kelly declared abortions to be “essential services” and exempted Trust Women from her ban on “non-essential” medical procedures.

So in response to what He kept pushing me to do, we prepared a heavenly grant — our attorney looked at it and he put it in proper legal language… And it is on file in Heaven,” he says. “It’ll come in this year. It can’t not come in this year. And there’s no virus gonna keep it from happening in my house or yours.”

Jesus said, “The Son of man goeth as it is written of him: but woe unto that man by whom the Son of man is betrayed! it had been good for that man if he had not been born” (Matthew 26:24).
Unlike the other disciples and followers who made professions of loyalty and faith in Jesus as Lord (John 6:68; 11:16), the Bible never speaks of Judas doing so. He only called Jesus Rabbi (a teacher). He used his position as the group’s treasurer to steal their money (John 12:6). Jesus knew from the start that Judas was a traitor. He told His disciples, “…one of you is a devil” (John 6:70). Jesus said to them, “…and ye are clean, but not all. For he knew who should betray him” (John 13:10-11).
Jesus said “…one of you shall betray me… it is, to whom I shall give a sop [bread dipped in milk]… And when he had dipped the sop, he gave it to Judas Iscariot… And after the sop Satan entered into him.” (John 13:21, 26-27). When praying for His disciples, Jesus said, “…none of them is lost, but the son of perdition; that the scripture might be fulfilled” (John 17:12).
Also, it was Judas who kissed Jesus, the kiss of betrayal, to let the guards whom he had led to Jesus know which one was Jesus (Luke 22:47-48). The 30 pieces of silver Judas received was blood money, so even though Judas threw the money down when he realized they were going to kill Jesus, the chief priests could not use it and purchased a potter’s field (Matthew 27:7-10)—the same one Judas hanged himself in.
Peter said, “Men and brethren, this scripture must needs have been fulfilled, which the Holy Ghost by the mouth of David spake before concerning Judas, which was guide to them that took Jesus. For he was numbered with us, and had obtained part of this ministry. Now this man purchased a field with the reward of iniquity; and falling headlong, he burst asunder in the midst, and all his bowels gushed out. And it was known unto all the dwellers at Jerusalem… the field of blood. For it is written in the book of Psalms, Let his habitation be desolate, and let no man dwell therein” (Acts 1:15-20). Even though Judas didn’t personally buy the field, he acquired it through his wicked act.
When a replacement was being chosen for Judas: “And they prayed, and said, Thou, Lord, which knowest the hearts of all men, shew whether of these two thou hast chosen, That he may take part of this ministry and apostleship, from which Judas by transgression fell, that he might go to his own place” (Acts 1:24-25).
Does that sound like Judas was saved? No. He may have been remorseful that Jesus was going to be killed, but he obviously didn’t believe Jesus is the Lord, of whom he could ask forgiveness.
This is not the first time Francis indicated that Judas might be saved. The Catholic site “Novus Ordo Watch” that speaks against Vatican II reforms, the Novus Order (new order) and calls Francis a heretic, spoke of other times when he did so. The site spoke of Francis falsely claiming that a sculpture (photo in the article) – which obviously depicted Judas hanging on one side – also showed Christ on the other side carrying him on His shoulders with a smile “that is a little bit complicit” (The sculpture obviously is not meant to depict Christ.) Francis wants everyone to believe everyone is Jesus’ friend and they’re saved in the universal religion he promotes.
CONCLUSION
If you can’t smell the treachery in the air and feel what’s coming, you must be lacking those senses. Indeed, the world is facing a coming “perfect storm” with the pandemic and all that has emerged from it. Globalists are pushing their agenda harder than ever now. The world is fearful, and many will worship any leader who would step in and make everything okay again, or so they will be deceived into believing. We students of Bible prophecy know what this all means: a global economy and global false religion leading up to the mark of the beast, where no one will be able to buy and sell or hold a job unless they take the Antichrist’s mark of worship. But take heart; we who are in Christ are not appointed for the wrath to come.
“Because you have kept My command to persevere, I also will keep you from the hour of trial which shall come upon the whole world, to test those who dwell on the earth” (Revelation 3:10).
Notice the scripture does not say “through” it but “from” it.
