EXTREME WEATHER
Internal Displacement Monitoring Center (IDMC) records show that over seven million people were displaced from their residences due to natural disasters in the first six months of 2019.
Hurricane Dorian’s death toll in the Bahama Islands is at 50 but expected to go much higher. Up to 2,500 people are said to be missing, but there are many undocumented people. The Category 5 was so powerful that a 25-foot storm surge drowned people seeking refuge in attics, swept others out to sea, and crushed steel-reinforced concrete structures. Hundreds of searchers are going from home to home, and their efforts could take weeks to months.
Tropical Storm Humberto lashed the Bahamas with rain and wind on Saturday, possibly slowing down relief efforts from Hurricane Dorian. Humberto is expected to become a hurricane late Sunday, but by then it will be clear of the Bahamas and well off the coast of Florida, and it is not expected to have a major impact on the US.
At least 14 people died when floods ravaged Laos’ six southern provinces. Tropical storm Podul and tropical depression Kajiki slammed into the area one after the other last week. Considerable damage was done to buildings and farmland, affecting over half a million people. Tropical Storm Podul also killed one person in the Philippines and triggered a tornado in Hainan in China, killing 8 people. Both of these systems have caused torrential rain in Thailand for the last two weeks, causing flash floods and mudslides. 32 people have been killed.
Typhoon Faxai, one of the strongest typhoons to hit eastern Japan in recent years, struck just east of Tokyo on Monday with record-breaking wind gusts (207 kmh; 128 mph) and stinging rain, damaging buildings and disrupting transport. A woman was killed, knocked against a building by strong winds.
Torrential rains caused major flooding in Minnesota, South Dakota, Iowa, and Wisconsin.
Along with the system moving through the Bahamas, the hurricane center is monitoring two other tropical waves including one that just emerged off the coast of Africa. That system, Disturbance 2, is forecast to slowly develop over the next several days as it moves westward. Disturbance 1 may become a tropical depression early next week.
Five people are dead as torrential rains and floods continue to batter Spain this week. This slow-moving storm is being called its worst storm on record.
In Argentina, which is supposed to be entering summer now, parts of the country had a 12-hour frost on Sept 3rd with an extremely low temperature of -10 °C (14 °F) in the southern oasis and -5 to -8 °C (23 – 17.6 °F) in the Uco Valley caused severe damage to fruit production. Experts suggested that this was due to the very dry weather from June to August, which are more conducive to frost.
The coffee industry is starting to get jittery with no significant rain in the forecast for Brazil. September marks roughly the end of the harvest season and start of a new growing season in the world’s No. 1 coffee-producing country. The key coffee-growing region has not had significant rain in three months. Also, temperatures have been above normal which has stressed crops.
In India, a report says there were 1,000 extreme rainfall events just in the first 12 days of August.
The very rare Sudden Stratospheric Warming (SSW) event continues unfolding above the South Pole and could go down in history as the strongest warming event on record there, NIWA said, causing increased risk for colder temps in New Zealand resulting in frequent ground frost. Temps have been below average in New Zealand’s South Island this spring, plummeting to -5 °C (23 °F) this week, forcing farmers to crank up frost fighting efforts.
WILDFIRES
More than 100 wildfires raging like a “flamethrower” across southeast Australia have razed homes and sent hundreds of citizens fleeing from the blazes that could continue burning for weeks. Bush and grass fires have been scorching the eastern coasts of neighboring states of Queensland and New South Wales since last Friday after an unusually warm and dry year left parts of the country in a combustible state.
EARTHQUAKES
New Zealand was rocked by a 6.1 earthquake which struck southwest of Invercargill, followed by a 5.1 magnitude quake northeast of Seddon. The quake caused ‘moderate shaking.’
There were several quakes in diverse places that were over 5.0., mostly in the ocean.
EPIDEMICS
Brethren, stay away from Cipro and other fluoroquinolone antibiotics if you can. It doesn’t affect everyone, but it has caused devastating physical problems for a lot of people, and they can be permanent. It is suspected to even be the cause of Gulf War Syndrome due to the military being prescribed it for various reasons including as a preventative against an anthrax attack. There are a number of research articles online warning against these drugs unless it’s a last resort.

Leprosy cases are emerging in Los Angeles County. Scientists believe it is spread through particles in the air, and say contact must be prolonged and close. The problem is that cases go undiagnosed and patients aren’t symptomatic for an average of five years.
In France, six beaches were closed this summer as toxic algae took over. The sludge releases poisonous hydrogen sulfide gases that can lead to loss of consciousness and cardiac arrest; It’s washed up on the shores for decades, but environmentalists say it’s worse this summer due to “exceptional” weather.
One of the most innovative ideas to control populations of mosquitoes has been to release genetically modified male mosquitoes that produce unviable offspring. But a test of this in Brazil appears to have failed, with genes from the mutant mosquitoes now mixing with the native population.
APOSTASY AND DOCTRINES OF DEMONS
Pastors Bill and Sharon Predovich sold their longtime church to developers for a million dollars and on the same day paid a million dollars cash for a luxury lakefront home. They told their fleeced flock that God wants them to worship in “micro churches” held in their homes.
Benny Hinn, whose fleecing of his flock has made him extravagantly wealthy, says he’s repented of the prosperity gospel, but only people with no memory would believe this. Hinn has a history of changing his views to avoid controversy. “Over the years, he’s consistently conceded to enough of a report or an accusation to gain enough trust–as if he’s admitting to it–to gain control over the narrative. He always wants to control the narrative,” his nephew Costi Hinn said. Just after Hinn’s announcement, his Facebook account posted videos asking people to “sow seeds for financial blessing.”
Pope Francis is accusing conservative critics of stabbing him in the back. Many around the world criticize his views (aka globalist agenda), including interfaith with Islam, promoting open borders and climate change, and being too communist. He says he’s not afraid of a schism in the Catholic church.
In Missouri, the attorney general said after a year-long investigation, “Sexual abuse of minors by members of Missouri’s four Roman Catholic dioceses has been a far-reaching and sustained scandal. For decades, faced with credible reports of abuse, the church refused to acknowledge the victims and instead focused their efforts on protecting priests.” The probe revealed that 163 priests or other members of the clergy had been accused of sexual abuse or misconduct against minors. Around 80 of the accused are already dead, but the attorney general said he will refer a dozen priests for prosecution.
Thousands of Shiite Muslims took part in their annual Ashura ceremony in which they cut the heads of themselves and their children with knives and scourge themselves to honor the memory of Muhammad’s grandson Husayn who died in battle in 680 AD. Many who take part in the practice believe it cleanses them of their sins. Part of the walkway collapsed at the entrance to Husayn’s shrine during the “Tweireej” run, when tens of thousands rush at noon toward the shrine in a mock reenactment to try to rescue him. A stampede occurred after the collapse, crushing people to death. At least 31 died and over 100 were injured. Stampedes causing deaths have occurred before, but this was the deadliest in recent history.
HATRED OF CHRISTIANITY AKA HATRED OF GOD
The grand opening of Chick-fil-A’s first international location in Toronto was met by a huge protest by LGBTQ activists, who argued that the [Christian-owned] chain will clash with the culture of Canada’s largest city. It’s a fallacy to suggest that in the news media, business trumps politics. CNN’s and MSNBC’s dismal ratings are in direct proportion to their deliberate decision to embrace far-left anti-Trumpism. The same holds true for commercialized Hollywood, except in this case, it’s not just anti-Trumpism that excites. The hatred is deeper. Hollywood is committed to levels of anti-Christian bigotry never before seen in its industry. It seems Christianity must be insulted at every opportunity. The Rock, a 97.5-ton chunk of stone located on the Knoxville, Tennessee, campus, is an iconic symbol frequently painted by individuals and groups. After fans of the school learned a boy was bullied for a shirt he made to support the University of Tennessee, they painted his design onto the rock. On Wednesday night, someone painted over it with a hate message that said, “Jews did 9-11” and “Google: Dancing Israelis.” A LIE. Muslims “did” 9-11 and Muslims celebrated when 9-11 happened. As a matter of fact, a 30-foot-high sculpture in ISRAEL is the only monument outside the US to include names of all the 9/11 victims. It portrays the American flag folded into the shape of a memorial flame. A metal shard from Twin Towers ruins is incorporated into its base. And Israel has memorial ceremonies annually to remember these victims of Islamic terrorism.

A Michigan church canceled a 9/11 event critical of the interfaith movement and Islamic supremacism after complaints from the terrorist-tied Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) and politicians. Bloomfield Hills Baptist Church was to host a 2-day event called “9/11 forgotten? Is Michigan surrendering to Islam?” Former Muslim, Shahram Hadian, was to speak on “How the Interfaith Movement is Sabotaging America and the Church.” Jim Simpson, former economist to three presidents and investigative reporter, was to speak on “How Islam is Destroying America from Within.”
The state of Alaska was forced to pay a $102,500 settlement to two Muslim prisoners over Ramadan food options. The settlement also states Muslim inmates “are permitted to congregate for each of the five daily prayers in their mods,” and “are permitted to facilitate Friday religious services.” Terror-tied CAIR will be providing ‘religious sensitivity training’ to Department of Corrections officers.
New York Times tweeted: “18 years have passed since airplanes took aim and brought down the World Trade Center.” No mention of terrorism! People were angry at NYT’s willful ignorance. Radio host Larry O’Conner responded: “This newspaper is garbage.” Another mocked, “Man, those towers really must have done something to upset those airplanes.” After much outrage, it published one confirming terrorists were to blame. New York Times is NOT reputable anymore. They’re so scared to publish truth, they’ll avoid talking about terrorism that killed nearly 3,000 people. Let that be a reminder. They don’t have our interests at heart. They’d rather avoid the truth of 9/11 than offend Muslims.

Last weekend was another weekend of shootings and murders in Democrat Elijah Cumming’s district in Baltimore. In 16 hours, seven people were shot, two fatally. There have been 240 homicides in the city of Baltimore this year.
Law enforcement in Virginia seized enough fentanyl to kill 14 million people, busting a massive three-state drug ring. Thirty-five suspects were arrested, and four are on the run. Authorities seized over 30 kilograms of fentanyl, 30 kilograms of heroin, five kilograms of cocaine and over $700,000 plus weapons.
An Air Force veteran was found covered in ants during his final days staying in an Atlanta VA (Veteran’s Administration) clinic. Staff cleaned his room when they were notified, but his daughter found him covered in ants again the next morning — on his stomach and in his feeding tube and diaper, and he had swollen bumps all over his skin. His daughter told reporters, “He served his country in the Air Force, and I think that he deserved better.”
Indiana prosecutors charged Kristine Elizabeth Barnett, 45, and Michael Barnett, 43, on Wednesday with abandoning their adopted daughter in 2013 and moving to Canada, leaving the girl, who was just 11 years old and has dwarfism, in a rented apartment but providing her with no other financial support.

Feds arrested former top FEMA officials and a contractor for corruption tied to the Puerto Rico relief effort.
The House Judiciary Committee Demoncrats passed a resolution on impeachment inquiry rules. They have nothing to impeach the president for, but they don’t care. They’re going for it anyway.
“Dead flies cause the ointment of the apothecary to send forth a stinking savour: so doth a little folly him that is in reputation for wisdom and honour. BORDER DISORDER
In California, Guadalupe Lopez Herrera shot a police officer in the chest and leg (who is recovering thanks to a bulletproof vest). Herrara, who is not in this country legally, was arrested after a pursuit through several counties. He fired on officers that were following up on a domestic violence investigation. He was in custody earlier this year for domestic violence but was released due to California’s SB 54 so-called sanctuary law which restricts local law enforcement agencies from sharing info with Immigration & Customs Enforcement (ICE) about arrests of people in the country illegally.
Ranking member of the House Oversight Committee Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH) is demanding answers over Democrats’ mysterious trips to Mexico, including details into the alleged “coaching” of migrants to exploit United States immigration law. Republican leaders were not informed of these trips.
Here’s the likely answer to their mysterious trips: Mexico’s Foreign Minister Marcelo Ebrard says Mexico’s help in causing a 56% drop in illegal immigration into the US should result in the US abandoning its threat to slap tariffs on Mexican goods. The Dem leaders don’t want the flow to drop off.
WARS AND RUMORS OF WAR
Two rockets were shot from Gaza on Tuesday night into Israel. The Iron Dome intercepted one while another fell in an open field. In response, the Israeli Air Force attacked 15 targets in Gaza which included a site used to manufacture weapons, a naval compound and a terror tunnel. Gaza fired more rockets on Wednesday. Israel responded by targeting Hamas.
Israel’s PM Netanyahu said “it looks like there will be no other choice but to embark on a wide-scale campaign in Gaza.”
Syria blames Israel for airstrikes late last Sunday night into Monday on its border with Iraq that killed 18 Iranian and pro-Iranian fighters and caused extensive damage. Satellite images showed damage to four large warehouses of a pro-Iran militia. Hours later, pro-Iranian militias in Syria made a failed attempt to launch missiles into Israeli territory from the outskirts of Damascus.
Israel’s IDF published photos to expose a Hezbollah precision missile factory in Lebanon with help from Iran. According to Arab sources, US Secretary of State Pompeo supposedly said that if it is not dismantled, then expect Israel to destroy it, and that Israel has a right to defend itself.
President Trump canceled negotiations with the Taliban after it claimed responsibility for a Kabul attack that killed 12 including an American soldier. In other news, the Taliban kidnapped the Afghan provincial Human Rights Chief Abdul Samad Amiri. He was found shot to death. Some say he was also beheaded. The Taliban cares nothing about human rights; they even kill their own people.
Armed Turkish military vehicles crossed into Syria last Sunday with US counterparts to begin joint patrols to establish a so-called “safe zone” along a border region mainly controlled by Kurdish forces.
Russia is relentless in widening its influence in the Middle East. Putin has a complex relationship with Israel, and met Netanyahu this week to discuss Iran’s presence in Syria along with Iran’s Hezbollah proxy. Netanyahu said he doesn’t think Russia and Iran are getting closer. He’d better think again. Putin is playing both sides of the fence. Despite also having complex relationships with Iran and Turkey, the three nations are allied; and Russia is prophesied to be the leader of this alliance that will invade Israel (Ezekiel 38-39). A Russian nuclear missile with ‘unlimited’ range will be ready by 2025, US intelligence says.
The Evil Big Three leaders of Russia, Iran, and Turkey are planning to meet to discuss Syria. Iran, Turkey and Russia share one goal in Syria: Evict the Americans. They don’t share much else. Currently Russia is the key backer of the Syrian government in Damascus in terms of air power, air defense and international support. Remind you of any scripture? Say…Isaiah 17 and Ezekiel 38-39?
American warplanes dropped 36,000 kilograms (40 tons) of bombs on Qanus Island north of Baghdad, Iraq, that is “infested” with members of ISIS. Tuesday’s attack is part of operations carried out by Iraqi forces and the US-led coalition against ISIS.
In Iran’s proxy war with Saudi Arabia, drone strikes targeted the world’s largest oil processing facility and an oil field in Saudi Arabia in an attack claimed by Iranian-backed rebels in Yemen in one of the largest attacks ever inside Saudi Arabia. The attack involved ten drones. Iran has been boasting of advancements in its drone technology, enabling them to reach farther. The Iranian Islamic regime keeps escalating its terror; recently targeting oil tankers in the Strait of Hormuz, shooting down a US military drone, and announcing plans to execute 17 so-called US spies.
Military buildups on both sides of the border between North and South Korea have come to the forefront with recent short-range missile launches by North Korea. On Tuesday North Korea’s leader Kim Jong Un supervised test firing of a large multiple-rocket launch system which threatens forces in South Korea.

Polls supposedly show a close race between Netanyahu and Benny Gantz in Tuesday’s upcoming election. In light of their favorable performance in the polls, Itamar Ben-Gvir, the head of the Otzma Yehudit party, now says that he’ll demand the role of Justice Minister as a condition to entering into a coalition with Netanyahu’s party. This means that if Netanyahu wants to secure a right-wing coalition, he will likely have to comply with Ben-Gvir’s demand. The Justice Minister oversees all aspects of Israel’s Justice System. Ben-Gvir and his party have come out openly in favor of building the Third Temple and are expected to pass the minimum threshold of four seats in Tuesday’s election.
Netanyahu says the US will release its peace plan days after Israeli elections. He said if re-elected he will annex the West Bank’s Jordan Valley and that he has the full support of the US administration. The EU and Russia are warning against it, saying it could lead to a sharp escalation of tensions in the region and undermine hopes for the establishment of long-awaited peace between Israel and its Arab neighbors. Carolyn Glick reported: “Sources in Washington acknowledged that there is no contradiction between Netanyahu’s plan to annex the Jordan Valley and Trump’s peace plan. It is impossible to overstate the significance of these statements.”

Then, a “church” said they’d have it, but this time the drag queen had a scheduling conflict. So the so-called church had a “family Pride event” instead.
