Texas Elementary School Shooting: 19 children and two teachers are dead. Controversy and conflicting reports surround the delayed response of local law enforcement, and investigations will be done. When local police sent out the call Tuesday about the shooting, Border Patrol agents were among the first to respond. The Border Patrol agent credited with killing the 18-year-old Latino gunman was part of an elite unit that utilizes military special operations training (BORTAC). A report says that initially, the Bortac agents couldn’t get into the classroom because of a steel door and cinder block construction. Many BP agents in Uvalde have kids at the school. The gunman first shot and wounded his grandmother and posted his intentions to shoot up an elementary school on social media.

A Series of Critical Failures Led to The Uvalde Tragedy. No one was armed inside the school. Uvalde is a high threat environment, as we see from all the lockdowns. It is criminally negligent not to prepare to meet the threats. But Texas law allows local school districts to declare themselves “Gun-Free Zones,” thereby becoming the favorite target of mentally disturbed mass murderers. Details remain unclear, but the shooter in Uvalde drove to the school and then crashed his vehicle. An eyewitness reports that he fired on nearby people as he left the truck. It was twelve minutes before he entered the school. It’s unclear why either the police or the school did not get the message that he was headed to the school. Had that message been passed on, the school could have locked down, preventing his entry. This isn’t new since Uvalde schools get locked down almost every week due to violence related to illegal immigration.

Tribe for Death’s content includes posts mocking preborn babies and pro-life tactics such as educating people about fetal development. “One particularly disturbing video shows a preborn child as being represented by a spoonful of red jam and then being made into a sandwich for consumption.”

Deadly Drug Fentanyl Is Showing Up in Fake Prescription Drugs. Fentanyl seizures up in San Antonio as drug dealers find customers on social media. Overdose deaths in the U.S. have officially hit the highest record ever. A main culprit is fentanyl, a synthetic opioid that is dangerously addictive and deadly. In the last six months, there’s been a 48% increase in the seizures of fentanyl in San Antonio. The majority of those seizures are in the form of fake prescription pills. The DEA lab shows that four out of 10 fake pills are laced with a lethal dose of fentanyl.”

Monkeypox Is Going Global: Monkeypox is a rare viral disease that causes similar symptoms to smallpox, not as lethal but potentially serious. The first case in Europe was confirmed May 7 in Britain from a person who’d traveled to Africa. Now other European countries are reporting cases, and the US this week reported a case in Massachusetts (who traveled to Canada) and a possible case in New York City. Both the WHO and CDC say that many cases reported were among men having sex with men. The WHO held an emergency meeting to discuss the spread of monkeypox on Friday.

Public Health Scotland said the deaths could not have been down to chance, while the cause behind the previous spike in September also “remained a mystery.” The report notes that vaccination uptake has increased in expectant mothers and that COVID infections during pregnancy are associated with a higher chance of premature birth but found no “direct link” between COVID surges and the deaths.

The conference will feature a drag show for children as young as 12. However, the Bible is very specific in pointing out that God created male and female – not the mental confusion or depravity of this lifestyle. The bigger problem is that the world is broken because of sin, and the only one who can fill that brokenness with healing is God. So, the objective of the Church is [should be] to lead people into the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ.

Many [supposedly] Bible-believing churches remain silent on the topic, but believers need to hear and understand biblical prophecy more than ever. The looming worldwide food crisis and many other things tell us the world is quickly running out of time before the four horses and riders of Revelation 6:1-8 begin their deadly trek. These things also signify the nearness of the time when Jesus catches us up to meet Him in the air since this must happen before the events of Revelation 6.
