Creation Groaning; Distress of Nations…and Goodbye Sports!

Earthquakes: In Japan, one of the most powerful earthquakes to rock the Kansai region in decades (6.1) struck Osaka and neighboring prefectures Monday, leaving at least 5 people dead and 381 injured. It was the largest quake within the prefecture since records were first started in 1923.

There was a 6.1 earthquake on the island of Vanuatu with minor damage. And in Guatemala, which is trying to recover from the devastating Fuego volcano eruption, there was a 5.6 quake, fortunately with no damage to the population since the quake was so deep.

Volcanoes: A Galápagos volcano on Fernandina Island erupted last Saturday after a series of nine earthquakes, spewing lava and threatening the abundant wildlife.

The Mt. Shinmoe volcano in southwestern Japan erupted explosively again. The JMA warned of the possibility of large cinders traveling up to about 3 kilometers (1.8 miles) from the crater, and of pyroclastic flows traveling up to about 2 kilometers (1.2 miles). March 6 was the first explosive eruption in seven years, but the volcano had been quiet since April, till now.

The Sabancaya volcano in Peru erupted to 24,000 ft. The Reventador volcano in Ecuador erupted to 15,000 ft. The Sinabung volcano in Indonesia erupted to 10,000 ft.

Much of the destruction from the ongoing eruption of Kilauea on Hawaii’s Big Island over the past several weeks has centered on the lower Eastern Rift Zone. Two dozen fissures have erupted in this zone, sending lava flows to the ocean and destroying entire communities. All of the magma feeding those rivers of lava has been draining out of Kilauea’s summit crater, causing the walls of the crater to collapse, resulting in a destabilized and widening crater. In a photo, an entire parking lot is seen slumping into the crater. Much of the National Park remains closed due to frequent earthquakes and eruptions of steam, smoke, debris and boulders from the crater.

Todd Strandberg discusses the implications of this in his latest Nearing Midnight article on the Rapture Ready website.

Extreme weather: The official beginning of summer brought extreme weather across the US which included heavy rains falling in a short amount of time, causing flooding. In addition, record heat spread across the country.

Pestilence: The first known case of the Keystone Virus transmitted to humans through mosquitoes has been identified. It took a year to figure out the diagnosis. Scientists suspect there have been other cases that weren’t diagnosed.

Drugs, sex, and depression among young people: The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention released its bi-annual National Youth Risk Behavior Survey report last week showing a smaller percentage of U.S. teens are using illicit drugs than in the past, but about one in seven of students surveyed reported misusing prescription opioid pain medications. The report showed fewer teens reporting having sex, but those who are sexually active are less likely to use condoms than in the past. Also, a greater proportion of teens say they felt sad or hopeless or had suicidal thoughts.

Traitors: Former Israel minister in charge of energy and infrastructure, Gonen Segev, was charged with spying for Iran since 2012, giving them sensitive information. He was allegedly an active spy at the time of his arrest and had twice been to Iran to meet his handlers. Segev, a disgraced politician who served time in jail for drug smuggling, forgery, etc, was extradited to Israel from Equatorial Guinea.

Israel’s Prime Minister and his wife need our prayers just like President Trump. All are being targeted by leftists who are pulling every stunt they can to try to take them down.

In Israel, opposition leader Isaac Hertzog was unanimously elected as chairman of the Jewish Agency against Netanyahu’s wishes. Herzog is a strong supporter of a two-state solution. In researching, I found a 2015 article that describes why most Arabs hope the day will come when Herzog is prime minister of Israel. The writer said, “…for that day – at least according to the viewpoint of most Arabs – is the beginning of the end of the state of Israel. The reason is simple: Herzog is seen as a person of weak character…”

Interestingly, Herzog was born on Rosh Hashanah, which is known as “the day of judgment.” Christians know it as the Feast of Trumpets.

Socialism: Venezuelan security forces are suspected of killing hundreds of demonstrators, and alleged criminals enjoy immunity from prosecution, indicating that the rule of law is “virtually absent” in the country.

The Liberal-left agenda: In Portland, Oregon: The city gave $96,000 to a couple opening a blacks-only Hip Hop Marijuana Shop.

We already can’t watch mainstream news without hearing Trump bashing in every other sentence. Now weather reporters are told to promote the climate change agenda.

Islamization Agenda: Amid daily acts of jihad terror and abject lawlessness, 100,000 Muslim migrants are enroute to Western Europe. Security and police officials met to discuss their response to prevent this repeat from 2015 and also growing traffic along a new smuggling route.

As the backlash continues to rise throughout Europe against open borders immigration and its disastrous results, prominent conservative Catholics are coming together to take on Francis, naming him as most guilty of driving this migrant crisis.

European Union leaders gathered in Brussels on Sunday for emergency talks on migration. A recent opinion poll showed migration was the top concern for Europe’s citizens.

At a Catholic elementary school in Linz, Austria, the children had to memorize and recite Islamic songs as part of the Islamic Ramadan festival. They were punished if they refused. One shocked parent remarked, “We were on our way home when my child suddenly started to sing “Allah, Allah.”

In Sweden, they’ve cancelled their largest annual music festival because of sex attacks. Last year there were at least 11 sex attacks, three of which led to arrests. The year before, nearly 40 young girls complained of being sexually harassed or abused by men often described as “foreign.” One 17-year-old victim described her attackers, saying: “They were probably immigrants. I hate to say it. But it is the truth.”

Depravity: The University of California, Santa Barbara website says it’s OK for children to engage in sexual play and watch porn.

Robert Gagnon, Ph.D., former associate professor of New Testament at Pittsburgh Theological Seminary, was blocked from Facebook for 24 hours for engaging in “hate speech” when he briefly criticized a shocking video in which an adult is seen enthusiastically indoctrinating very young children in the wonders of being homosexual, lesbian, bisexual, transgender, a “gay icon,” and a “gay ally.”

TEDx Talks are said to be “showcases for speakers presenting great, well-formed ideas in less than 18 minutes.” Recent TEDx Talks independent speaking events have featured guests promoting acceptance of pedophiles. Yet it distanced itself from a recent one in which a German medical student at the University of Würzburg lectured on “Why our perception of pedophilia has to change.” She said, though we must encourage them not to act on their impulses, we must accept them.

In NFL news, representatives from over 60 organizations, including 14 NFL teams, assembled at the Vikings facility for the first LGBTQ summit held by an NFL team. There were panel discussions on “how best to promote an inclusive atmosphere for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer athletes.”

In Connecticut’s Open track and field championship events, a winning athlete broke records left and right for the girls’ events – a male on the girls’ team that identifies as a female – and so was the runner-up.

Actor Peter Fonda (brother of Hanoi Jane) tweeted that he wants to rip Barron Trump from his mother and put him in a cage with pedophiles. He also threatened the children of border agents, called Republicans and the president a—holes, and called for millions of protestors. Yet he still has a Twitter account and Sony is still set to release his new project in two weeks. Censorship appears only to be for conservatives.

Hollywood TV writer Pat Dussault, who is from Canada, tweeted Donald Trump Jr. the following: “Don’t worry; we’re coming for Chloe.” Chloe is Trump Jr’s 4-year-old daughter. Dussault has since deleted his Twitter account. Could he not handle the backlash?

Video surfaced this week showing a French Catholic priest grabbing a crying baby’s face firmly and slapping him. When the baby’s father tried to take the baby, the priest wouldn’t let go and put his hand over the baby’s mouth. The priest said he was going to pour water on the baby so he will become a “little Christian.” (You won’t find babies or young children being baptized in the Bible. And baptism, though a public display of one’s understood commitment to follow Christ, is not required for salvation according to the Bible). Following widespread outrage when the video went public, the priest was suspended from performing baptisms.

The World Health Organization (WHO) announced it will not classify being transgender as a mental disorder in its upcoming 11th edition. The WHO claimed there is clear evidence that being transgender “is not a mental disorder and classifying it this way will cause enormous stigma for them.” Gender incongruence (someone who’s convinced their true gender is different from the one indicated by their body) has also been moved out of mental disorders and into sexual health conditions. Yet the WHO ruled that same day that those addicted to playing video games have a mental disorder.

Persecution of Christians: In Canada, the Christian Trinity Western University lost its bid to open a law school due to the school’s policy that students must promise not to have premarital sex or engage in homosexuality. The Canadian Supreme Court sided with the Law Society of British Columbia in its belief that LGBTQ+ rights are more important than religious freedom rights.

Anti-Semitism: Jerusalem Affairs Minister Ze’ev Elkin criticized Britain’s Prince William for listing his upcoming tour of the Old City of Jerusalem as part of his trip to the Palestinian territories, rather than to Israel.

Showing how little the PA aka PLO cares about its own people except to use them as pawns for their destruction of Israel agenda: Nabil Abu Rudeineh, aide to Mahmoud Abbas, condemned US plans to secure Gulf funding to improve the humanitarian situation for Gazans. Gaza was taken over from Abbas by Hamas terrorists shortly after it was turned over to Arabs by Israel’s then prime minister Ariel Sharon. That shows how well the PA can run a state if they had one.

Hamas was exposed this week for paying a family to say their baby was killed by tear gas from Israel’s IDF. In reality, the baby died at home from the same blood disease that killed her brother last year.

Community Security Trust, a charity which looks to protect British Jews from hate, recorded 1,382 anti-Semitic incidents last year, the highest ever. Three fourths of those were in London.

In London, Jeremy Bedford-Turner gave a speech outside Downing Street calling for his “soldiers” to liberate England from “Jewish control.” He blamed Jews for issues ranging from both World Wars to Jack the Ripper. He wants all Jews to leave the UK. Needless to say, the problem in the UK is not the Jews. The Crown Prosecution Service initially decided against bringing charges against him, but reversed the decision after a judicial review was launched by the Campaign Against Anti-Semitism.

In London, Alison Chabloz writes anti-Semitic songs mocking the Holocaust and gas chambers as “a proven hoax” and describing the Nazi death camp as “a theme park.” She was given a 20-week suspended sentence, was banned from posting anything on social media for a year and ordered to carry out 180 hours of unpaid work. This was in May, yet she’s posted on her FB page since (only the most recent posts were removed where she commented on the trial and gave out her wordpress site address). She commented on her wordpress site as late as June 13, thanking her many supporters.

Terrorism: Three Israeli soldiers were seriously wounded in a car-ramming terror attack by an Arab man. A local Arab resident leaked a video of the horrid scene online, and Muslims rejoiced over it with horrible comments. This car attack is just one of several in recent days against Israeli soldiers.

In London, a woman wielding a 10-inch kitchen knife screamed “I want to kill all you Jews” and other hateful remarks while chasing a group of children who had just left a synagogue. She was tackled by bystanders and held till police arrived. A Metro police spokesman said, “This incident is not terror-related.” Really?

In Nigeria, at least 31 people were killed and 40 injured by another suicide bombing, followed by rocket attacks. The Boko Haram terrorist group, who want an Islamic Caliphate, is suspected of carrying out the attack. They are said to be angry at Muslims they suspect voted for a candidate they didn’t like. The crowd was returning home after celebrating the Muslim Eid al-Fitr holiday. The terrorist group used 6 female children aged 7 to 10 as the suicide bombers, likely ones they’d previously kidnapped.

Sophia Lösche, a university student and president of the youth of the Social Democratic Party in Bamberg, Germany, considered Muslim migrants not to be a danger, but instead in danger. She got into a semi with a Muslim migrant whose truck bore Moroccan license plates last week. Her body was found this week behind a gas station showing “clear indications of violence.” This migrant had tried to burn her body in an attempt to eliminate evidence. He admitted his guilt.

Wars and rumors of wars: This week, 45 rockets and mortars were fired at Israel from Gaza terrorists; one landed near an Israeli kindergarten. The IDF struck 25 Hamas targets in response. The terrorists continued with their incendiary devices flown into Israel, setting fires. Israel is prepared for a major ground operation in the Gaza Strip if Hamas continues to escalate tensions along the border.

The IDF confirmed firing a Patriot missile towards an unmanned aerial vehicle approaching Israel’s Golan Heights from Syria on Sunday.

Russian jets struck an opposition held town in southwest Syria on Sunday in an expanding Syrian army offensive to recapture the strategic area bordering Jordan and the Golan Heights.

Peace Talks: President Trump’s Mideast team has been there this week in discussions with Arab nations and Israel. Jared Kushner said if Mahmoud Abbas (PA aka PLO president) continues to refuse to meet, the peace proposal will be unveiled without him. President Trump is not taking a position on the boundaries of Israeli sovereignty that are to be determined in negotiations.

“For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God. For ye have not received the spirit of bondage again to fear; but ye have received the Spirit of adoption, whereby we cry, Abba, Father. The Spirit itself beareth witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God: And if children, then heirs; heirs of God, and joint-heirs with Christ; if so be that we suffer with him, that we may be also glorified together.

“For I reckon that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us. For the earnest expectation of the creature (God’s creation) waiteth for the manifestation of the sons of God. For the creature was made subject to vanity, not willingly, but by reason of him who hath subjected the same in hope, Because the creature itself also shall be delivered from the bondage of corruption into the glorious liberty of the children of God.

“For we know that the whole creation groaneth and travaileth in pain together until now. And not only they, but ourselves also, which have the firstfruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, waiting for the adoption, to wit, the redemption of our body. For we are saved by hope: but hope that is seen is not hope: for what a man seeth, why doth he yet hope for? But if we hope for that we see not, then do we with patience wait for it” (Romans 8:14-25).

The Night is Far Spent; the Day is at Hand

The most important prayers of all need to be for the children. When we think it can’t get worse, it does.

Depravity: Over 2,300 suspected online child sex offenders were arrested between March and May during “Operation Broken Heart,” the Justice Department announced Tuesday.

Chile authorities this week raided sites linked to child sex abuse in the Catholic church.

Drag Queen Ru Paul is bringing an animated cartoon to TV for children called “Drag Tots.” In the show’s trailer, a voiceover warns that the world is on the brink of chaos because of President Trump and his administration, and baby drag queens are here to save the world! Watch  here if you can stomach it.

Netflix is bringing the animated show “Super Drags” to TV for older children. The trailer includes close-ups of the partially bare rear-end and breasts of one of the characters as they suit up for their drag queen superhero mission. The logo for the show has rainbow colors displayed inside of a heart.

An interesting article on the Tea Party website said, “Children’s cartoons these days are getting seriously depraved, no joke. With the degradation of basic morality in this country has come the disturbing trend of pulling young children–even preschool aged–into a very adult world of homosexuality and gender-bending…”

On Target’s corporate site you see a Target gay pride parade float, under which it says, “Pride month is underway and we’re helping families get ready to celebrate the LGBTQ+ community and #TakePride with a new, exclusive product collection. It’s just one way we show our longstanding commitment (of support and funding)… This year’s Pride collection features more than 90 new products, including more apparel than ever for adults (including extended sizes) and kids, plus accessories, party supplies and more…” One of their pins in the youth section says “Ask me about my pronoun.” If you shop there, you’re helping to fund this.

TEEN VOGUE posted this story showing male models walking the runway in London with fake pregnant bellies. Here’s an excerpt: “The runway is a place where fashion designers get the opportunity to highlight their vision…The brand took to Instagram to share a photo of one of the models wearing a shirt that says ‘New World Baby,’ with a caption that attempts to explain what was going on. ‘At Supernatural, Extraterrestrial & Co., we’re prepared to welcome a future of male pregnancy,’ they wrote.”

The violent gang MS-13 has infiltrated a mostly Hispanic school in Maryland. Teachers say the situation is a “ticking time bomb.” William Wirt Middle School in Riverdale has reportedly become a battleground after the gang established its presence at the school. Fighting, drug dealing, pro-MS-13 graffiti and attempts to recruit immigrant children from Central America have become an everyday occurrence.

Two teens (age 18 and 17) were charged with conspiring to commit an act of terrorism during Bayside High School’s prom at Virginia Beach Town Center last weekend. Weapons were involved; neither were students at the school.

Producers on a panel about abortions at the ATX Television Festival called for more abortions to take place on screen so that it is treated “more casually,” especially on shows with younger audiences. They claim “lack of airtime is a means of controlling women.” Hmm…who’s really exerting control?

The Australian state of New South Wales passed a free speech ban that could send pro-lifers to jail for praying or reaching out to women with alternatives outside abortion facilities. And Ireland’s gay prime minister says all publicly-funded hospitals will be required to perform abortions.

June “Pride month” festivities are continuing in various locations around the world. In the gay pride celebration in Washington, DC, the photos alone tell it all.

A Florida man with a long history of violence killed his ex-girlfriend’s four children (two were his) and shot police officer Kevin Valencia, leaving him comatose. The Orlando police chief said Gary Lindsey (who killed himself afterward) “should have been behind bars” long before he carried out his latest violence.

A 23-year-old man who followed a woman after an alleged road rage incident, shot her and her children, plus a bystander in a Colorado parking lot. One of the children has died. Suspect Jeremy Webster, 23, is in custody. It’s best not to engage with angry drivers on the road. Times are crazy.

In Mexico, Fernando Puron, a candidate running for a seat in the Mexican Chamber of Deputies, discussed gang-related violence in an electoral debate. “We have to face crime head on. We cannot be afraid,” Puron said. “We must call it by its name.” Right after the debate, he was murdered outside the venue. 114 Mexican politicians and candidates have been murdered since September.

In what we’ve come to expect of “award” shows these days, Robert DeNiro, who threw out F-bombs with his fists raised against the president, received rousing applause from the audience at the Tony Awards. The title of his latest movie, “Dirty Grandpa” – rated R for crude sexual content throughout, graphic nudity, foul language and drug use – tells us a lot.

Disasters: In the US, fire risks are at “historic levels” in the west due to sustained drought and current dry conditions. Lightning causes fires, but most are caused by humans. Several states are battling large wildfires: Colorado, Utah, New Mexico, and Arizona.

In Guatemala, Eufemia Garcia’s family was one of the hardest hit in Guatemala’s Fuego volcano disaster. She lost 50 family members – her nine siblings and their families, her mother, her grown children and a grandson. At least 110 people died in the volcano’s greatest eruption in four decades, and close to 200 more are believed buried beneath the waste.  Officials admit there were delays in warnings. Israel, as is usually the case in disasters, was one of the first responders to the crisis, arriving the day following the eruption to render humanitarian assistance.

In Hawaii, seismicity is increasing at the Kilauea volcano summit with five earthquakes this week over magnitude 5.0. Media reports such as CNN, New York Times, USA Today, and Hawaii Magazine refer to “Pele” as if to encourage that this false volcano goddess is real (see for yourself here). Even the government agency USGS referred to Pele’s hair falling from the volcano to the ground.

Yellow alerts were issued this week for volcanoes in Mexico and Alaska. The world’s tallest geyser at Yellowstone continues to erupt.

One crisis after another has hit India, especially in the past months. The latest report speaks of the country suffering from the worst water crisis in its history. Also, smog more toxic than can even be measured has blanketed India’s capital this week, months before the start of its traditional “pollution season.”

Extreme weather: On Wednesday, Colorado experienced the same thing Texas experienced last week – a damaging baseball-sized hailstorm, the worst in Colorado in 23 years.

There have been three named tropical systems in the Eastern Pacific in just ten days. Hurricane Bud became the second Category 4 hurricane in just over three days in the eastern Pacific Ocean on June 12. Bud brought gusty winds and rain to southern Baja California and parts of Mexico. The latest, Tropical Storm Carlotta, is the Eastern Pacific’s second-earliest fourth tropical cyclone on record. Torrential rainfall, flash flooding and mudslides are serious concerns this weekend in southern Mexico.

In China, the waterfront city of Qingdao was struck by a severe storm Wednesday marked by strong winds, thunderstorms and hail, causing serious flooding and broken trees. Chinese social media has been flooded with an influx of images of sea creatures dumped into the city with the storm.

Hawaii’s governor is asking FEMA officials to reconsider providing individual assistance to those affected by severe flooding on east Oahu and Kauai in April. FEMA officials denied the first request in early May because the number of homes reported damaged were below the 175 minimum threshold for individual assistance. Updated information has found that at least 760 homes were affected.

Israel has been experiencing unseasonable rain and downpours. Normally, the majority of rain falls between November and March. June through August is often rainless; and downpours are not the norm. On Wednesday, downpours drenched parts of Israel. Sderot resident David Mansour said, “The entire city has turned into Venice. Everything is flooded. Some citizens are turning to heaven for the answer, and a prominent rabbi believes that it’s a sign that the coming of the Messiah is imminent.

Pestilence: Kellogg’s is voluntarily recalling Honey Smacks cereal because the products have the potential presence of Salmonella Mbandaka. The cereal had been linked to some 73 Salmonella infections in 31 states. 24 have been hospitalized. The CDC warns, “Do not eat Kellogg’s Honey Smacks cereal of any size package or with any “best if used by” date.

The FDA advises consumers not to eat any recalled packages of fresh cut watermelon, honeydew melon, cantaloupe, and fresh-cut fruit medley products containing any of these melons. People in over 20 states have been affected. See this link for more information on the recall.

Naegleria fowleri, which causes fatal brain swelling and tissue destruction, was found in Terrebonne Parish, in the Louisiana bayou for the third time since 2015. All freshwater sources are affected, including drinking water, water in the bayous and pools, and water used for showers and baths. The CDC claims it’s safe to drink as long as the water does not get into one’s nose.

According to health officials, the strain (H7N9 avian flu virus) has killed over one-third of infected patients (1,600 infected; over 600 killed) in China since October 2016, and could cause an international crisis. They’re saying most of the infected came in contact with contaminated poultry.

A boy in Idaho contracted the first case of bubonic plague the state has seen for 26 years. The child, who remains unidentified, is now recovering at home in stable condition.

As Socialist Venezuela crumbles, polio has returned after almost 30 years. Other diseases including diphtheria, tuberculosis, measles, and malaria are also infecting an increasing number of Venezuelans.

Nation (ethnic) against Nation (ethnic): With continuing violence against white farmers in South Africa, some are hiring former Israeli special forces experts to teach them self-defense.

Wars and rumors of wars: In Isaiah 17 and Ezekiel 38-39 news, a pro-Assad commander claims Syria is boosting its air defense systems along the Israeli border with Russian-made systems. He said Syria will deploy additional measures on the Golan Heights in the coming days. Despite being told to leave the southern front near Israel’s border, Iran and Hezbollah forces have donned Syrian uniforms to stay active there. Iran-backed Hezbollah’s terrorist leader Hassan Nasrallah said the world cannot make them leave Syria and warned of a great war if the Jews don’t leave Israel. (The US says it will take “firm measures” against Syria violations near the Israeli border).

In Turkey (the other prophesied end-times Ezekiel 38-39 battle player in the Russian-Arab alliance), its President Erdogan says he didn’t buy S-400 missiles from Russia to keep them stored, but will used them if needed.

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu told Russian President Vladimir Putin and US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo over the weekend that Israel will strike against Iranian efforts to entrench itself militarily throughout Syria, and not only along the Syrian-Israeli border. Netanyahu told the weekly cabinet meeting that he spoke with both men and discussed the region with an emphasis on Syria.

Iran-backed Houthi rebels chanted “death to America, death to Israel, damn the Jews” as they battled Saudi-led forces in Yemen.

Anti-Semitism: At a conference of the so-called “Christian” Council for the Salvation of Jerusalem and the Holy Places and the Organization for Muslim Cooperation, a Sharia judge said that the Jews’ historical connection to Jerusalem is “an imperialist myth and distortion of history.” Also, the Palestinian Authority (PA) aka PLO envoy to Iraq, Ahmed Aql, recently said the Jews “are not a people” and also invited Iraqi militias to “liberate Palestine.”

You know who are really not a people? Zahir Muhsein, PLO executive committee member, in an interview with Dutch newspaper Trouw, March 31, 1977, admitted, “The Palestinian people does not exist. The creation of a Palestinian state is only a means for continuing our struggle against the state of Israel for our Arab unity. In reality today there is no difference between Jordanians, Palestinians, Syrians and Lebanese. Only for political and tactical reasons do we speak today about the existence of a Palestinian people, since Arab national interests demand that we posit the existence of a distinct ‘Palestinian people’ to oppose Zionism.”

Johannesburg, South Africa councilor Mpho Phalatse was suspended by the mayor for saying the city is a “friend” of Israel.

Iran’s Ayatollah Khomenei, in 1979, established Al Quds day (held on the last Friday of their Ramadan) for the explicit purpose of encouraging the popular support for the destruction of Israel. British authorities now allow this hateful march on the streets of London every year, including this week.

The UN approved by a strong majority to condemn Israel over Gaza violence, despite the fact that Israel is trying to defend itself. And although the U.S. amendment which sought to condemn the Hamas terrorists was approved by a majority, the President of the General Assembly rejected it on the grounds that it didn’t get the required two-thirds vote.

US officials say “it’s not a question of if but when” the US leaves the Human Rights Council amid “chronic anti-Israel bias.”

Israeli police forces expelled 15 families from their homes in the Jewish neighborhood of Netiv Haavot. Thousands came out to protest. Click the link above to see the underhanded tactics used to expel these Jewish families. Just as America has a liberal elite who frown upon American exceptionalism and patriotism; and western European countries have a liberal elite that enables Muslim migrants to take over without integrating – so too Israel has its liberal elite who are ashamed of their Jewish heritage and do everything in their power to weaken Israel’s Jewish character and expel Jews from living in their ancient homeland, the cities of the Bible, in Judea and Samaria.

Terrorism: The poison that was found in the house of a Tunisian migrant in Cologne, Germany could have killed hundreds of people. On Tuesday evening, German Special Forces stormed the apartment of 29-year-old Allah H. During the subsequent search, the highly toxic ricin was found.

Islamic terrorists killed over 600 people and maimed at least 760 during the ongoing ‘holiest’ month for Muslims – Ramadan. See list. They even kill each other (Sunni against Shiite and vice versa).

VIDEO shows a taxi driver (licensed in Kyrgyzstan—a 90% Muslim country) suddenly veering out of traffic and crashing into a crowd of pedestrians in Russia. Miraculously, no one died. Reports say he had too much to drink and lost control of his taxi. Not real sure about that…

Video shows rioting Muslims who threw large rocks and chairs at visitors to the Temple Mount in Jerusalem as they came within proximity. A tourist and a policeman were injured.

Over 25,000 dunams (6,177.6 acres) of Israeli land have been scorched by terror kites in recent months, while perpetrators have gone unpunished. Extensive damage has been caused to Israeli crops, irrigation systems, wildlife, and forests.

And the raging continues. The ‘kite-builder’s unit’ vowed to launch 5,000 kites and helium balloons attached to incendiary devices into Israel during Friday’s protest. Israeli aircraft fired on a terrorist position in Gaza after they were spotted launching these devices. IDF aircraft first fired warning shots. Just as in ancient times, the mostly secular Israel needs to wake up and cry out to God.

“So it was, whenever Israel had sown, Midianites would come up; also Amalekites and the people of the East would come up against them. Then they would encamp against them and destroy the produce of the earth as far as Gaza, and leave no sustenance for Israel, neither sheep nor ox nor donkey… coming in as numerous as locusts…and the children of Israel cried out to the Lord” (Judges 6:3-6). It is when they cried out to God that He delivered them from the enemy (Judges, chapter 6 and 7).

Persecution of Christians: Just weeks after Turkey seized ALL Christian churches, the Turkish government condemned Austria as racist for closing seven radical mosques. FYI: Islam itself is radical.

Apostasy: The World Council of Churches (WCC) has announced a joint venture with the Vatican to co-host an ecumenical meeting in September to promote more migration and basically a worldwide melding of everything, both in religion and government. The World Council of Churches is led by those who hold to liberal theology and promote “progressive” social policies and leftist political agendas. The pope also embraces liberal theology.

Ecumenism (the ecumenical movement) has shown that it promotes worldwide unity among all religions. However, the God-breathed Bible tells us we are not to be “yoked together with unbelievers” (2 Corinthians 6:14; see also Galatians 1:6–9). Light and darkness have no fellowship with each other. The ecumenical movement plays a significant role in forming the false world religion.

To learn more about the ecumenical movement, global government, the Antichrist, etc., go to this site founded by Dave Hunt – Berean Call. Scroll down the page and click on the arrow under “Topics.” You don’t need to choose a year.

Government leaders and politicians: The good, the bad and the ugly. In North Korea, President Trump and Kim Jong Un signed a document stating N. Korea would work toward “complete denuclearization of the Korean Peninsula”— a historic concession. Democrat politicians, mainstream media-nites and late-night talk show hosts trashed it. A live TV poll taken on Michelle Wolf’s Netflix show found that 71% of the comedian’s liberal audience would rather peace with North Korea fail than see Donald Trump take credit for it.

Over 150 Muslims across the U.S. have filed to run for public office this year in the US. 60 of them signed up since April. The liberal Washington Post called it a blue (Democrat) Muslim wave hoping to deliver “sweet justice” to Trump.

There is too much “deep state dirty deeds” news to report here, but the Rapture Ready website has a number of articles in this week’s news regarding their doings.

In Socialist Venezuela, authorities are seizing cattle, food, and staples from production sites. In past years, factories such as GM and Kimberly Clark were seized by the government, and many other means of production have been taken from citizens. Then they fell into disrepair, and production stopped in many cases.

Orwellian society: The “Eye in the Sky Drone Surveillance Program” is going into full effect across the country. Every move you make, every breath you take, they’ll be watching you.

Global government: A United States of Europe is moving closer. Germany’s Angela Merkel backed key planks of Emmanuel Macron’s vision for an ever-closer European Union for the first time, including a joint EU army. Merkel said she had a “positive view” of his joint European military intervention force involving ten nations.

In another in-your-face move against the US, the headline reads: “A New World Order Is Coming: The bell tolls for the [end of] existing western-dominated world order.” Ahead of the Shanghai summit this weekend, other recent events gave clues on how the new world order is emerging. The Astana Economic Forum centered on how mega-partnerships are changing world trade. This New Great Game installment revolves around “Russia’s strategy to enhance its bargaining power with the West by pivoting to the East.”
