The Left Turns to Satan for Help

One of the key phrases used to describe America is this: “We are a divided nation.” You have those who support Trump and those who oppose him. This division has reached the point where the people on the left are becoming absolutely fanatical in their anti-Trump stance. The folks on the right generally side with Trump—mostly because we want him to succeed. The left seeks the total destruction of the Trump Administration.

The Democrats are willing to embrace any evil that will help their side. The recent death of Alan Colmes shows how bad things have gotten. Colmes was a liberal political commentator who had worked on radio stations like WABC, WNBC, WHN, WMCA, and WEVD in New York City; WNHC in New Haven, Connecticut; and WEZE and WZLX in Boston. He was mostly known for the time he served as the  co-host of Hannity & Colmes (1996 – 2009)—a nightly political debate show on the Fox News channel.

It is a general rule of life that you don’t speak ill of people who have just died. The day after Alan Colmes lost his battle with lymphoma, a writer at Slate attacked him with fangs dripping with venom for daring to be part of the Fox News network:

Colmes was the most absurd, useless and mocked television personality in America for many years, precisely because he was—nice. In the context of Fox News, being a nice guy—and a “liberal” nice guy at that, meant being a buffoon and a patsy. Colmes not only played the part to perfection—he defined it.

If that writer at Slate worked for me, I would have him cleaning out his desk. His nasty attack on a dead guy was applauded by the mainstream press because this is the level to which they have descended.

This growing madness has motivated some liberals to turn to the devil himself to help them combat Donald Trump. On Feb. 23, at the stroke of midnight (eastern time), witches from around the country cast a collective spell to drive Trump from office. The plan is to continue every night of each waning crescent moon until he is no longer president.

Organizers set up a Facebook page, called, “A Spell to Bind Donald Trump and All Those Who Abet Him.” The ritual calls on spirits, which include the “Demons of the infernal realms,” and commands to “bind Donald J. Trump so that he may fail utterly…”

This blind rage at Trump has caused many people to embrace Satanism. The perceived crackdowns on abortion, freedom of the press, and transgender rights are being used by Satanists to draw new members. The Christian views of Vice President Mike Pence, Education secretary Betsy DeVos, and soon to be Housing and Urban Development appointee—Ben Carson, are also being used to sell people on Satanism.

William Morrison, a co-founder of the Satanic Temple in L.A. said membership in the organization surged after Trump was elected. The Satanic Temple’s global membership has gone from 50,000 to around 100,000.

The liberal media has been very helpful to the demonic cause. I have read several stories about the witches spell plot against Trump, and they were all reported in a very casual way. A few years ago, it would be pure poison for a political party to be linked to witchcraft or the devil. Today, Satan is being presented as very cool, because he is the “greatest rebel” of all time. (Now that Donald Trump has become the poster boy for evil, it is a positive thing to have Lucifer on your side.)

Father Vincent Lampert, the designated exorcist for the archdiocese of Indianapolis, warned of the danger of people using the occult to influence events. “They should realize that we can’t use the devil; the devil uses us. People can’t control it and the devil ends up using them for his own purposes.”

I think it is incredibly dangerous for us to have reached the point where people are giving an open invitation to the demonic spiritual world. In Revelation 9:14-15 we are told that four angels will someday be loosed from their bondage and go out and “slay the third part of men.” There is no telling what would happen if the current realm of demonic angels had control over America.

The force that might bind Trump may do so by bringing calamity to the whole nation. I fear we are headed for destruction simply because there may not be enough believers praying to prevent a demonic genie from being let out of his bottle.

“Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places” (Ephesians 6:10-18).

Prophetic Movement

Bible prophecy is in motion with stage-setting for the wind-up of this present dispensation clearly in view. Manifestation of issues and events pointing to the end of the age isn’t merely a sense among prophecy watchers that things are shaping for fulfillment. Hard news attests that Christ’s return in the Rapture must be very near indeed.

Israel is again moving to the center of the spotlight on the world stage. In a strange twist of geopolitical interaction, the Jewish state is reaching out to do diplomatic business with one of the chief antagonists Ezekiel the prophet foretold will lead an attack on God’s chosen people.

Not only is Russia being consulted in an effort to improve Israel’s security, but another key enemy that will join Russia in the Gog-Magog assault is involved in the attempt at negotiation. Iran (Persia) is the primary antagonist of contention that Israel is asking Russia to influence so that the Israeli people will achieve an added degree of peace and safety.

Israel hopes to reach “specific understandings” with Russia to prevent Iran from permanently setting up a base of operations in Syria against Israel, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu told the cabinet on Sunday.

At the opening of the weekly cabinet meeting, Netanyahu announced that he will be traveling to Moscow on Thursday for a meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin, and the focus of the discussions will be on current efforts to put together new arrangements in Syria. Those efforts have taken place in recent weeks in Astana, the capital of Kazakhstan, and Geneva.

“With the framework of these arrangements, and even without them, there is an Iranian effort to become firmly established on a permanent basis, either through Syria, the presence of ground forces, or naval forces,” Netanyahu said.

He also said the Syrians are involved in a “gradual attempt to open up a front against us on the Golan Heights.”

The prime minister said that he will express Israel’s fierce opposition to this in his discussions with Putin. “I hope that we can reach specific understandings in order to decrease possible friction between our forces and theirs, as we did successfully until now,” Netanyahu said. At the same time Israel is dealing with an enemy it apparently can’t fully recognize, there is movement afoot to bring the Middle East to a potentially explosive point–even though well-meaning, potentially conflict-producing plans are going ahead to at some point soon move the American embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem.

An official United States delegation led by Congressman Ron DeSantis (R-FL) is briefly visiting Israelon Saturday and Sunday to study the possibility of relocating the American embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem.

The delegation is in Jerusalem to learn first hand what it will mean to move the US Embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem,” said Ruth Lieberman, a friend of DeSantis and a political advisor in Israel. The move, promised by Donald Trump during the 2016 presidential campaign, would almost certainly help bring to the forefront the “cup of trembling” prophetic scenario of Zechariah 12: 1-3.

All the while things are setting up for Israel to play its phenomenal end-times role on the global stage, we get a glimpse here in our own nation of the coming time of Jacob’s Trouble (Jeremiah 30:7).

Headstones were found toppled in Brooklyn’s Washington Cemetery on Sunday morning. It is the fourth in a rash of vandalism at US Jewish burial grounds.

The cemetery is located in the Mapleton neighborhood, located between Borough Park and Bensonhurst…

New York Assemblyman Dov Hikind tweeted photos of some of the downed headstones on Saturday night. He said he was alerted to the vandalism by the Boro Park Shomrim organization, a Jewish security patrol.

It is not known who toppled the headstones or why. In 2010, some 200 headstones were toppled in the same cemetery, also over a Friday night and Saturday, when it is closed. (Source: Jerusalem Post, Reuters March 5, 2017)

Antichrist will be the most virulent Jew-hater of all time, his rage against God’s chosen people  far surpassing that of Adolf Hitler and his murderous regime. Anti-Semitism is on the rise in America as well as in Europe and other places. Antichrist’s platform of genocidal rage is being constructed!

There is tremendous prophetic shifting taking place in every direction at this moment. We, as ambassadors for Christ,  have been put here at this time and in our specific places in order to witness the saving power of the Lord Jesus Christ. We must make the greatest use of the time to present Christ to the world during this prophetic movement.

The Lesson Taught by Mosul

On June 10th of 2014, a band of 300 Islamic State fighters walked into Mosul, Iraq. They took control with hardly any resistance. Kurdish intelligence had warned that the city would be attacked. But infighting among top officers, Iraqi political leaders, and panic by the Iraqi military—caused a city of over one million people to be handed over to the enemy.

Many residents initially welcomed the ISIS invasion. They were fed up with the sectarianism of the Shia dominated Iraqi government. Because most residents of Mosul are of the same Sunni sect as ISIS, they falsely believed they would receive better treatment from them.

Not since the time that the Russians welcomed the Nazi army as liberators from Stalin’s reign, has there been a greater misjudgment of an invading force. In the nearly three years of occupation by ISIS, the living conditions in Mosul have gone from bad to worse.

The Iraqi soldiers that laid down their arms and surrendered were the first to realize their mistake. They were marched out into the desert by the hundreds and mowed down with automatic gunfire. The civilian population has had plenty of time to reconsider their error—as their lives became subject to an endless list of horrors. One ISIS member claims to have raped over 200 women.

There is almost nothing left of the 70,000 Assyrian Christians that lived in Mosul. The fortunate ones fled from the cities. The few that remain are forced to pay a tax for remaining Christian. They live under the constant threat of violence. Dozens of Christian churches and monasteries have been vandalized or burned down.

Other great losses are the artifacts from 5,000 years of ancient Mesopotamian ancestry. These ISIS criminals have the mindset that anything that is not directly related to their religion  must be destroyed. Soon after their takeover of the city, ISIS released a five-minute video of its members smashing their way through the Mosul Museum, toppling statues and taking sledgehammers to centuries-old artifacts.

It has taken a great deal of time for the Iraqi government to turn the tide against ISIS forces. With help from Russia, America, and Iran, these evil thugs are slowly being driven back. The Battle of Mosul—a military offensive to retake the city begun in October 2016, is the largest deployment of Iraqi forces since the last Gulf War.

It is going to take a long siege to retake Mosul. The ISIS insurgents have a fanatical devotion to their cause. They have dug in with underground bunkers, booby traps, anti-tank missiles and car bombs. They are also using the civil population as human shields.

The city of Mosul has already suffered heavy damage. By the time the city is liberated, it will be unrecognizable to those who return home.

If the citizens of Mosul had been able to see into the future, I doubt the city would have fallen into the hands of ISIS. Knowing what horrors would come, they would have fought tooth and nail to the death. Those 300 ISIS fighters would have been wiped out in short order.

The devil wins many battles because people fail to count the cost of complacency. Adolf Hitler admitted that he would have had to retreat with his tail between his legs if the allies had reacted to his move to militarize the Rhineland. When he made his move in 1936, the Germany military only had 500,000 men. By the time Hitler invaded Poland, the German military had 4.5 million. The cost of stopping him went from a show of force to a bloodbath that left 60 million people dead.

I think where complacency has hurt us the most in America is how people on the right have allowed the forces of darkness to take over our schools, the news media, Hollywood, and much of the business world. We win some battles, but we are losing the war.

Elizabeth Johnston, aka the “Activist Mommy,” has regained access to her account after Facebook apologized for banning her for posting Bible quotes about homosexuality. If you work at Facebook, you still need to keep your Christian views to yourself.

There is an overwhelming spirit of complacency that has made this current generation ripe for the Tribulation. Many organizations that claim to represent Christian values are unwilling to resist evil and stand up for what they believe in—so there is nothing to prevent this world from coming under God’s wrath.

“Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour” (1 Peter 5:8).

Catalyst for Cataclysm

There continues to be anxiety over the political chasm now dividing this nation. And the schism involves much more than politics. There has developed a separation of worldview unlike any yet known in this nation.

We have all heard, particularly as of late, Lincoln’s words reflecting off Jesus’ declaration that “a house divided cannot stand.” Yet these United States, clearly a house not so united, as this presidential election showed, continues to not only stand, but seemingly is on the brink of entering boom-times, economically speaking at least.

For a number of years leading up to the 2016 presidential election, America appeared to be a nation more and more moving toward unification. From our perspective on the Christian right, however, that coming together looked to be leading to disaster for religious freedom. Not only was religious liberty being cast aside, we thought, but all vestiges of morality and constitutional principles were being trashed at every turn. The libertines were having their way and hope to ever regain our national sanity seemed all but lost.

Those who prefer America detached from moorings the founding fathers provided, like most of those of us who love this nation as founded, thought the political left had won the presidency–that is, they thought they had won right up until late that night when poll results proved the opposite. The rage–the insanity–hasn’t stopped since that moment of epiphany.

The progressives were certain they had won the day and that now Bob Dylan’s lyrics, taken from the poetry of his self-chosen namesake, Dylan Thomas, were proving prophetic.

Come mothers and fathers
Throughout the land
And don’t criticize
What you can’t understand
Your sons and your daughters
Are beyond your command
Your old road is
Rapidly agin’.

The oft-quoted mantra during the Woodstock era was about to find its declaration chiseled upon the marbled, governmental walls of earth’s only superpower. “Do not go gentle into that sweet goodnight. Rage, rage, for the times they are a-changin’.”

The “rage,” as I said, is still raging. The losers of the election–the principals, Mrs. Clinton and Mr. Obama–are reportedly leading the charge from the shadows with their opposition community organization efforts, in collusion with the so-called deep state. The manufactured, paid-for, rage is manifest in Republican town hall meetings across the nation.

I continue to maintain that it is the satanically engendered, globalist agenda that is driving the rage. George Soros funding is unabashedly admitted by the liberal side to be adding inspirational fire to the vitriol and anger. America must be brought under control of the one-world minions. The Trump victory jolted the new world architects’ incessant drive to knock America off its constitutional foundation.

The new president, with each mention of rolling back regulations, of reformulating tax structures to make things more friendly to the business world and to middle class taxpayers, inspires the financial markets to record heights. Rather than America and the world collapsing into the deepest depression in history like many experts were predicting, the economic indicators are soaring in the opposite direction.

We are now heading into fiscal territory that is like that prophesied by Jesus. The Lord said the buying, selling, building, etc., would be going along quite nicely at the time he next catastrophically intervenes into the wicked affairs of mankind. I’m convinced that those times of buying, selling, building, etc., were referring not to just “business as usual,” but to a coming boom that is unprecedented.

So, we have all of the major elements in view that Jesus predicted when foretelling what the times of His next intervention into human affairs would involve.

He said the nations would be “in distress with perplexity.” The “seas and waves” (people of the nations)would be “roaring.” He said that people will, at the same time, be buying, selling, building, planting, and marrying. It will be a “think not” generation at the time of Christ’s sudden intervention, according to Matthew 24:44.

World conditions will be just like in the days of Noah and the days of Lot. It will be in the midst of this time of both anxiety and apparent affluence that He will suddenly and catastrophically break in on an unsuspecting world.

We are, I firmly believe, swiftly entering into just such a time. The Rapture of the Church will be, I’m convinced, the catalyst for cataclysm for those left behind.
