For many weeks, I have been, for lack of a better word – a mess.

I have been suffering in silence. I have thought to myself, “What is wrong with me?” and “If my readers could see me now, they would never read another word I write.”

I have hidden this quite well from my unbelieving family. I’m not sure if that was wise, but I think that I was more concerned for them to see that, as a Christian, I was doing okay.

I’m not doing okay.

Occasionally, I will ask my FB brethren for their input on certain matters. I did open up to them a couple of nights ago, asking if any of them were experiencing these mood swings, anxiety, sadness and even anger.

The responses were overwhelming. These brothers and sisters in Christ opened up their hearts and said that they were battling the same emotions of which I spoke.

Here is what I posted and following that are many of the responses from my FB brethren:

“I feel like I’m going to let my readers down. I’m just bearing my soul here. I’m not doing well. People think I’m so strong because I write these articles. But I’m sad and sometimes very angry, and I can’t seem to get a handle on this. I’m crying most of the time.

This has overwhelmed me so much so I looked this up online – whether this pandemic is affecting people like it is me. And I found so many websites devoted to this very thing. They are saying that it’s a loss of “normalcy,” a grieving of sorts.

I’m missing my kids and grandkids. It’s like there is a hole in my heart.

But then I thought “I’m a Christian. I shouldn’t be feeling this way.” But I’m still in this flesh – this wretched flesh.

I wondered if there are many other brethren experiencing this grieving. And then I wondered if this is what God wants me to write about. If there are many Christians going through this, it might comfort them to know that they are not alone.

I would appreciate your input.”

“Very much so. I live alone; it’s impossible to even call friends or family–I don’t want to bring them down. My heart feels like it’s breaking all the time, and I see no reason to still be in this evil world. This must be one of those times when there’s only 1 set of footprints–HIS.”

“You’re not alone in your grief. Any time we experience a loss, we grieve that loss. We have lost our “normal.” It will never be the same again. That is hard to take. I too am having to work through this loss. And I’m having a hard time dealing with the uncertainty of what is to come, here on earth until we leave. That can be quite scary. Apart from God. He will always be with us. He will always give us the grace and strength we need. And he will give us peace. He is faithful to his promises!”

“God has been directing my husband and I to spend less time reading news stories and more time listening to and singing praise music. And listening to more good teaching that is focused on God and his word, and that gives us hope in these very trying times.”

“Yes. In the end I know everything will be right… but from here to there is what scares me a lot. I know we won’t go through the Tribulation, but what other stuff are we going to see before we leave? I certainly didn’t expect to be a victim of a bioterror attack, and half of our own government taking the side of the attackers!”

“As I was reading through the posts, this scripture came to mind that would be good to “consider” during this dark and evil time:

Heb12:1-3 “Wherefore seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us, Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God. For consider him that endured such contradiction of sinners against himself, lest ye be wearied and faint in your minds.”

“Blessed are they who mourn: for they shall be comforted. I cling to His promises. If I were there beside you, I would be quiet and let you mourn. There is so much oppression in the air. Tonight, as I was looking for a verse, my eyes fell on Isaiah 60. “Arise, shine, for the light has come, and the glory of the Lord is risen upon thee. For behold the darkness shall cover the earth and gross darkness the people: but the Lord shall arise upon thee and His glory shall be seen upon thee.”

“I am feeling the same, and that you shared how you feel makes me think it is normal due to the circumstances and that I am not alone. I was asking the Lord to forgive me for feeling like that, but then I realized this was a time for mourning, a time to cry but not alone but with our Lord. He will comfort us and give us the peace we need in the middle of all this. Thank you for sharing how you have been feeling; certainly, it makes me feel better. God bless you”

“Yes. You should write about this. We are at war with our own flesh. I believe the Lord wants His children to let go of this world and all the trappings that keep us bound to it. You can articulate this to our brethren.”

“Yes, and it is so unexpected to me! I usually have a very positive attitude, but this is rough. Good training in case something bigger comes along before the rapture! I was getting groceries today and had a mix of fear and grief seeing the shelves so bare. But I reminded myself that the rapture is not far off and what we are seeing is proof! I know God will provide all we need in the meantime, but it is unsettling to see our lives changing so dramatically.”

“I think most of us here are grieving over this. Particularly, the lack of having our children and grandchildren with us, and local churches now gone virtual. There are sorrows heaped upon sorrows. Despite that, and because there are great warriors for Christ like you, Geri, we have the strength to soldier on. Happy Easter – He is Risen! We have overcome.”

Brethren, as I thought about our “grieving and sadness,” my mind went to a part of Scripture when Jesus was on the Cross – taking the sins of the whole world upon Himself. He cried out:

“And about the ninth hour Jesus cried with a loud voice, saying, Eli, Eli, lama sabachthani? that is to say, My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me?” (Matthew 7:46).

Jesus cried out those words to His Father because, at that moment in time, Jesus had taken the sins of the world upon Himself – His Father in heaven could not look upon Him. God cannot abide sin!

Can you imagine the anguish felt by both Jesus and His Father?

But then, the Bible says that Jesus “Gave up the ghost.” And we celebrate His miraculous Resurrection from the dead which enabled us, who belong to Him, to have eternal life!

Another Scripture which came to mind was this:

“For I consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us” (Romans 8:18).

I hope that this helped even one of the brethren who might be struggling right now. He will wipe away every tear!

And when we have our glorified bodies, we will never have to struggle like this again!

George Soros Touts China as Leader of New World Order

Leftist billionaire George Soros continues to make headlines with his disturbing sentiments regarding a new world order. At the Canadian International Council on Monday evening, where he accepted his Globalist of the Year award, Soros not only defended the formulation of a new world order, but asserted that China should be one of the global leaders.

Soros maintains that China “has risen rapidly by looking out for its own interests.” (It seems worthwhile to point out that Soros’ praise of China for prioritizing its own needs is confusing, as he has criticized the United States and the capitalist economy for doing the same in the Story of Stuff video series.)

In his acceptance speech, he adds, “They have now got to accept responsibility for world order and the interests of other people as well.”

Soros’ sentiments are reminiscent of statements he made in 2009 to the Financial Times, declaring that China would supplant the United States as the leader of the new world order, and that America should simply accept it and not stand in the way of world progress. As a result, the American government, according to Soros, should not resist the decline of the dollar, nor the decrease in living standards and the introduction of global currency.

Most disturbingly, Soros indicated at the gala, “Today, China has not only a more vigorous economy, but actually a better functioning government than the United States.”

To clarify, the progressive Soros is claiming that the government of China — the same that suppresses dissension, forces abortions on its citizens, and tortures members of the Falun Gong faith — is a better functioning government than that of the United States.

Given that Soros hopes to play a role in the formulation of a new world order, has proven himself to play influential roles in the collapse of regimes, has targeted the United States as an “obstacle” in the way of a new world order, and now admittedly favors the government policies of China, shouldn’t Americans be concerned? – source

Brothers and sisters, I want to make something very clear. I do not believe that Xi Jinping of China is Antichrist. He does not fit the Biblical description of that man of sin. But I still felt that it should be known that Soros is eyeing Xi as a leader of the One-World Government. I’ve said it many times, but I’ll say it again: George Soros is one of the MOST evil people on our planet.

“A man’s heart plans his way, But the Lord directs his steps” (Proverbs 16:9).

Big Brother Meets Big Data in China: AI on Steroids

China has developed a super high-tech surveillance system to closely monitor all of their 1.3 billion citizens. Along with the most advanced facial recognition software on the planet, China has computers which use the data collected on each person to form algorithms for a grading system. They call this system “Personal Credit.”

They watch where people go – what they buy – who they befriend. They watch their finances to see if they are responsible with their spending. The government knows if the people are involved with churches. Basically, the Chinese government knows everything there is to know about every person.

Once the computers have the desired amount of data, and the algorithms reveal a “grade” for each person, those with higher grades remain safe – those with low grades are not able to make a move.

Beijing to Judge Every Resident Based on Behavior by End of 2020

China’s plan to judge each of its 1.3 billion people based on their social behavior is moving a step closer to reality, with Beijing set to adopt a lifelong points program by 2021 that assigns personalized ratings for each resident.

The capital city will pool data from several departments to reward and punish some 22 million citizens based on their actions and reputations by the end of 2020, according to a plan posted on the Beijing municipal government’s website on Monday. Those with better so-called social credit will get “green channel” benefits while those who violate laws will find life more difficult.

The Beijing project will improve blacklist systems so that those deemed untrustworthy will be “unable to move even a single step,” according to the government’s plan. Xinhua reported on the proposal Tuesday, while the report posted on the municipal government’s website is dated July 18.

China has long experimented with systems that grade its citizens, rewarding good behavior with streamlined services while punishing bad actions with restrictions and penalties. Critics say such moves are fraught with risks and could lead to systems that reduce humans to little more than a report card.

Ambitious Plan

Beijing’s efforts represent the most ambitious yet among more than a dozen cities that are moving ahead with similar programs.

Hangzhou rolled out its personal credit system earlier this year, rewarding “pro-social behaviors” such as volunteer work and blood donations while punishing those who violate traffic laws and charge under-the-table fees. By the end of May, people with bad credit in China have been blocked from booking more than 11 million flights and 4 million high-speed train trips, according to the National Development and Reform Commission.

According to the Beijing government’s plan, different agencies will link databases to get a more detailed picture of every resident’s interactions across a swathe of services. The proposal calls for agencies including tourism bodies, business regulators and transit authorities to work together.

The tracking of individual behavior in China has become easier as economic life moves online, with apps such as Tencent’s WeChat and Ant Financial’s Alipay a central node for making payments, getting loans and organizing transport. Accounts are generally linked to mobile phone numbers, which in turn require government IDs

The final version of China’s national social credit system remains uncertain. But as rules forcing social networks and internet providers to remove anonymity get increasingly enforced and facial recognition systems become more popular with policing bodies, authorities are likely to find everyone from internet dissenters to train-fare skippers easier to catch — and punish — than ever before. – source

Did you happen to notice that America is not mentioned as one of the nations which are invited to take part? I found that to be very telling.

Fast Forward to Today

Allow me to format this part of the piece with bulleted points:

• George Soros states to the world that China should lead NWO (2010).
• China works to perfect their “Social Credit” system which tracks every citizen (2018).
• A bio-weapon (Covid-19) is released in Wuhan in early December – which begins deadly pandemic, bringing the nations of the world to a standstill.
• As the world suffers, globalists praise China’s tracking system as a way to slow down Covid-19.
• Xi Jinping of China makes speeches in which he declares himself best person to lead NWO.
• After reading about China and what they have in place to watch and grade their people, does this seem like the technology that Antichrist will use during the Tribulation? Rhetorical question
• In October of 2019, China was voted to be part of the “Human Rights Council” at the United Nations. (Oh, the irony!)

Another thing I noticed is the mention of the year “2020” for Social Credit to be fully functional in China; and “2030” is when the U.N. is projecting that the NWO will come to fruition.

2020 is here and 2030 is not far off.

Brethren, are you seeing the pieces of the puzzle fitting together? Are you connecting the dots?

These are plans made by men and women. We know that God is in control. The events of this day have been allowed by the Lord.

But we also know that we are seeing the Signs of the Times.

And we know that we ARE in the End Times.

God is allowing all of this to happen for His own reasons.

That should make us excited! This means that the Rapture may be closer at hand than we thought.

We long for His appearing!

These world events also give us the opportunity to share with frightened unbelievers – what is really going on in our world. We can show them Bible prophecy and how it is being fulfilled before our eyes!

This may open wide the door to share the saving Gospel of Jesus Christ with the unsaved!   

Time is short and people are desperate for answers.

God has given us the answers in His Holy Word!
