North American Union Update :: by Daymond Duck

The roots of the North American Union started sprouting in 1988 with the Canada – United States Free Trade Agreement (FTA). In 1994, Mexico was added and it became The North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA). Just before it was presented to the U.S. Congress Henry Kissinger wrote “What Congress will have before it is not a conventional trade agreement but the architecture of a new international system…a first step toward a new world order” (world government). In the early 2000’s, the heads of Canada, theUnited States and Mexico started discussing the expansion of NAFTA and, for a time, they considered calling it “NAFTA-Plus.” But critics started calling it the North American Union (NAU) and the name caught on. In 2005, the tri-national leaders expanded NAFTA and called it the Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America (SPPNA). In 2006, Lou Dobbs, at that time a news anchor on CNN, said the SPPNA is part of a plan to merge theUnited States, Canada, and Mexico into a North American Union patterned after the European Union. In 2007, Congress blocked SPPNA funding when some members decided that the ultimate goal is the creation of the NAU. In 2008, Pres. Bush (the son) suggested the SPPNA be renamed the North American Leaders Summit (NALS) to divert public attention. In 2009, Pres. Obama and the leaders of Canada and Mexico agreed to the name change, made it official and placed America’s negotiations under White House supervision. Pres. Obama also called on the three nations to start working on ways to “integrate and harmonize the administrative rules” for many areas of the NALS. Although many try to mask what they are doing, the ultimate goal is clearly to transform the North American continent into an EU style political region. In May of 2005, the Council on Foreign Relations Task Force on North America drafted a plan to “transform the current trilateral Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America into a North American Union regional government” by 2010. They recommended the establishment of one border, called a security perimeter, around all three nations and the elimination of the borders between them. Some called for the creation of a NAU Parliament of fifteen members (5 from each nation) to rule over the NAU. They recommended that one of the fifteen NAU Parliament members be appointed President of the NAU (not elected by the people; the Bible calls him a leader, horn or king). Some also suggested that the NAU Parliament be given supremacy over all national governing bodies (including the U.S. Congress). And they called for the establishment of a NAU Court of Justice with supremacy over the U.S. Supreme Court. Other recommendations included:

·        Allowing the unrestricted movement of people and goods between nations.

·        Giving amnesty, Social Security and health benefits to illegal aliens in the United States.

·        Merging the militaries of the three nations.

·        Building a superhighway called the I-69 Corridor from Mexicoto Canada.

On 4/6/09, Jay Sekulow and the American Center for Law & Justice expressed concern about the Obama “Administration’s new strategy of internationalism – embracing foreign and economic policies that may very well put U.S. sovereignty at risk.” The next day, the Dept. of Homeland Security issued a report warning against the possibility of violence in the U.S. by citizens concerned about illegal immigration, increasing federal power, restrictions on firearms, abortion, the loss of U.S. sovereignty, etc. The report says end times prophecies could motivate extremist individuals and groups to stockpile food, ammunition and weapons. In 2010, the Department of Homeland Security awarded a $385 million contract to KBR, a former subsidiary of Halliburton, to build temporary detention centers on an “as needed” basis to be used in national emergency situations. $385 will pay for a lot of detention centers. In 2011, Sen. John McCain & eight co-sponsors introduced a bill (S-3081) in the Senate that will allow the U.S. Pres. to designate any American citizen (or foreigner) as an “enemy belligerent,” put him/her in jail, & hold them indefinitely without charges or a trial. Many consider this unconstitutional and if this has been voted on the writer is unaware of it.

Following Pres. Obama’s August 2009 attendance at the North American Leader’s Summit in Guadalajara, Mexico, “Sources in the State Department confirmed that the more than 20 trilateral working groups will continue under the North American Leader’s Summit, with bureaucrats from the three nations assigned from different agencies within each government. The groups will work on a North American agenda ‘integrating and harmonizing’ administrative rules across a broad range of policy areas ranging from transportation to border security, health, e-commerce, movement of goods, environment, energy and financial services.” The fact that the three nations are working to integrate and harmonize their administrative rules in so many areas clearly indicates that their ultimate goal is the merger of the three nations with one common set of rules or laws.  In fact, on Nov. 30, 2010, it was also reported that these trilateral working groups (called “shadow government groups”) of bureaucrats, agency heads and others are working on ways to incrementally proceed on NAU integration in the following areas: e-commerce, transportation, environment, food, agriculture, health and financial services.“Incrementally proceed on NAU integration” means gradually proceed on the merger of the three nations

In Jan. 2011, Mexican Pres. Calderon signed an executive order to start issuing bio-metric ID cards to Mexico’s school children to help them qualify for “Trusted Traveler” cards that will eventually allow them to travel unhindered in all three nations. About the same time, the U.S. Border Patrol was working onAmerica’s “Trusted Traveler” card and a “FAST” (Free And SecureTrade) card that will allow approved truck drivers to cross all borders unhindered (without inspections) in Mexico, Canada and the United States.

In Feb. 2011, Pres. Obama and Prime Minister Harper of Canada signed the “Beyond the Border” declaration legalizing “continental integration” (the NAU), a North American Commission, a North American Parliament (government) and a Court on Trade and Investment. The effective date was not revealed, but the formation of the NAU now appears to be a done deal. Pres. Obama agreed to keep the borders open so as not to impede commerce. He also agreed to develop a biometric ID system to track ALL North Americans and to delay a final decision on a new currency.

In April 2011, WikiLeaks released a series of documents showing that diplomats have decided to gradually merge the three countries. The documents show that creation of the North American Union is a bipartisan effort in the U.S. by people in high places (especially the Council on Foreign Relations) who are doing all of this without the approval of the House and Senate (or the voters). It’s incredible to believe that individuals can void the Constitution and surrender the sovereignty of the U.S. without the consent of the people, but that is what this writer believes in happening.

In May 2011, there was an unconfirmed report of a plan to merge Canada and the U.S. first. According to this report, Mexicowill be added after the merger of Canada and the U.S. gains public acceptance and the new government is functioning as well as expected.

In June 2011, WikiLeaks released a Jan. 2005 diplomatic cable confirming that efforts to create a North American Union have been ongoing for years. It even confirmed that people in government and media have tried to cover up what they are doing by calling reports on their activities as a baseless conspiracy theory.

What does all of this mean? The merging of nations means world government is approaching. That is a fulfillment of prophecy and an indicator that the Rapture is close.

Apostasy, Deceit And Lies In The Church :: by Daymond Duck

Deception and doctrinal corruption have been a problem in the Church for as long as the Church has existed. But the sad fact is that it seems to be a growing problem today (II Pet. 2:1). Yes, there seems to be an ever-increasing number of academics and religious leaders in mainline denominations that are blatantly espousing doctrines that clearly contradict what the Bible says. For example, some say, “All prophecy has been fulfilled” (Preterism), “The Church has replaced Israel” (Replacement Theology), “The Jews are ‘occupiers’ on Palestinian land,” “Islam is a religion of peace,” “The way to achieve peace in the Middle East is for Israel to return to the pre-1967 borders,” etc.

The fact that these highly educated religious leaders bend the Word of God and betray the King shouldn’t surprise true Christians. Satan works inside the Church just as much or more than he works outside the Church. He knows he can do a lot of harm by corrupting people inside the Church.

In the Parable of the Wheat and Tares, Jesus taught that there will be a true sowing of the Word  of God (wheat) and a false sowing of the Word of God (tares) (Matt. 13:24-43). He said Christians shouldn’t to try to get rid of the make-believers because we might do harm to those who truly believe. The make-believers are a problem that the angels of God will take care of at the end of the age.

In the Parable of the Mustard Seed, Jesus taught that the Church will start out small, but it will eventually grow into an abnormal monstrosity (Matt. 13:31-32). Why:  Because pretenders (wicked birds) will flock to the Church and rest on its branches. The true Church is much smaller than it appears to be because wolves in sheep’s clothing have entered it and made it look bigger than it really is.

In his second letter to the Thessalonians, Paul talked about deception and a falling away in the Church (II Thess. 2:3). He said apostasy, or a departure from the faith, in the organized Church will be a major problem before the Antichrist arrives at the end of the age. Many religious leaders would get their hackles up at the suggestion that they are peddling snake oil instead of giving out the pure Word of God, but that is what they are doing. As far as the signs of the Second Coming are concerned, they are misquoting and misrepresenting the Word of God and they don’t know and they couldn’t care less whether they are getting it right or not. They are suppressing and silencing one of the most important subjects in the Bible by ripping out and distorting things that Peter said the Church would be wise to heed (II Pet. 1:19).

In the Seven Letters to the Seven Churches, Jesus taught that the Church Age will end with self-deception and a lukewarm spirit in the Church (Rev. 3:14-22). Whose fault is it that the Church is failing to adequately deal with deception, a lukewarm spirit and the signs of the Second Coming? Its Church leaders who are ignoring what’s going on in the world because they want to focus in on things like tolerance, inclusiveness and political correctness. The educated blind are leading the ordinary blind and it is not going to end up in a pleasing way.

In Revelation chapter 17, Jesus taught that there will be a one-world harlot religion (Mystery, Babylon the Great, the Mother of Harlots and Abominations of the Earth) during the Tribulation Period and, among other things, this harlot religion will support the Antichrist and False Prophet in their efforts to destroy Israel (Rev. 12, 13, 17). The deception and doctrinal corruption of modern Church leaders who say the Church has replaced Israel, the Church is the new Israel, the Jews are occupiers and unbiblical things like that is paving the way for the anti-Semitism that will exist during the Tribulation Period.

Unfortunately, it does a lot of harm. For one thing, many are depending upon the Church to give them the truth, but they are not getting it. Their pastor is like Aaron the priest who built a golden calf and allowed the people to bow down in worthless worship. Aaron strayed from the truth and the people did wrong. What the preacher says should be checked out in the Word of God. All Scripture is reliable, but not all preachers are reliable.

For another thing, people need to know the will of God. He set the boundaries of the land He wanted Abraham and his descendants to have (Gen. 15:18). Then, He made an everlasting covenant to give ALL (not part) of the Promised Land to the Jews forever (Gen. 17:7-8). In other words, the Almighty God has already pre-determined that the Jews will get ALL of the Promised Land and what the boundaries of the Promised Land will be. And the foolish statements of Church leaders who have never been saved or who have departed from the faith and given heed to seducing spirits won’t change the outcome. Even worse, it will pit people against God and they will lose because His character, word and reputation are at stake and He will defend them with vigor.

For another thing, the error and deceit of some religious leaders is blinding most Church members. Major events are taking place that Church members need to be aware of and pray about, but their pastors have put them to sleep and silenced their prayers. The prophecies were given to the Church. God expects the Church to rightly dividing the Word and evangelize the world before it is too late. But poor leadership is spreading ignorance and causing very few to fulfill their God-given task.

For another thing, deception and doctrinal corruption will lead to the judgment of God. It will fall on those who try to force the Pre-1967 borders on Israel (Joel 3:2; Zech. 12:2-3). For whatever its worth, at the time of the end the archangel Michael will stand up forIsrael (Dan. 12:1). Don’t be concerned about the continued existence of Israel. Be concerned about the continued existence of those who are leading people astray and trying to harm Israel. The nations are as dust on the scales to God. He can remove His hand of protection and allow this whole world to change in the twinkling of an eye.
