Well, House Democrats did it. They impeached President Donald Trump. There are no real charges, and the witnesses who testified against the president are on record as not being eyewitnesses, but listeners of hearsay only. The news media announcing the impeachment vote were really bad actors—trying to act sober while delivering a very one-sided version of the impeachment debate and votes. It is hard to imagine that they didn’t take a victory lap and have a party celebrating the vote after their newscasts. But lurking in the dark crevasses of the deep state is a FISA Court order that undermines the impeachment by the House of Representatives.

The secret Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court is now saying that it was duped by the Obama Administration’s FBI into issuing a warrant to spy on President Trump’s campaign. The Court issued a December 17 order stating:

“This order responds to reports that personnel of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) provided false information to the National Security Division (NSD) of the Department of Justice, and withheld material information from NSD which was detrimental to the FBI’s case, in connection with four applications to the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court (FISC) for authority to conduct electronic surveillance of a U.S. citizen named Carter W. Page. When FBI personnel mislead NSD in the ways described above, they equally mislead the FISC.”

Carter Page was a Trump campaign aide.

The Court’s order describes the process that took place and how the application to spy on Trump’s campaign must “be approved by the Attorney General, Deputy Attorney General or, upon designation, the Assistant Attorney General for National Security.”

The order specifically states the standard for application:

“The FISC expects the government to comply with its heightened duty of candor in ex parte proceedings at all times. Candor is fundamental to this Court’s effective operation. The FBI’s handling of the Carter Page applications, as portrayed in the OIG report, was antithetical to the heightened duty of candor described above.”

This shows the level of deceit and approval of such by the high-ups in the Democratic political machine.

The Democratic Party, the FBI, and Obama Administration operatives intentionally misled the Court. The Court authorized the spying on a political opponent based on false information. Now the Court is trying to cover its butt rather than take blame for participating in this political long-game of removing a duly elected president from office.

It’s like Ezekiel 8:8-9 where the Lord told the prophet,

“Dig now in the wall: and when I had digged in the wall, behold a door. And he said unto me, Go in, and behold the wicked abominations that they do here.”

This is part and parcel to the impeachment strategy, and it clearly is an abomination upon all citizens of the United States. Sadly, those responsible will escape judgment here on earth. They, however, will surely get their reward.

After months of news reports, stacked hearings, controlling the impeachment narrative, suppressing contradictory testimony and doctoring transcripts of witnesses, the best the House Democratic coup-makers could come up with were two charges of impeachment against President Donald Trump. The House Democrats charged Trump with obstruction of Congress and abuse of power. While pressing the narrative that nobody is above the law, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) is making a strong case that the law applies only to non-Democrats, for the majority in Congress can conduct hearings without due process and corruption investigations cannot occur if they involve Democratic Party members.

On abuse of power, the Articles of Impeachment read: “President Trump solicited the interference of a foreign government, Ukraine, in the 2020 United States Presidential election. He did so through a scheme or course of conduct that included soliciting the Government of Ukraine to publicly announce investigations that would benefit his reelection, harm the election prospects of a political opponent, and influence the 2020 United States Presidential election to his advantage. President Trump also sought to pressure the Government of Ukraine to take these steps by conditioning official United States Government acts of significant value to Ukraine on its public announcement of investigations. President Trump engaged in this scheme or course of conduct for corrupt purposes in pursuit of personal political benefit.”

Regarding Obstruction of Congress, the Articles read: “Donald J. Trump has directed the unprecedented, categorical, and indiscriminate defiance of subpoenas issued by the House of Representatives pursuant to its “sole Power of Impeachment.” President Trump has abused the powers of the Presidency in a manner offensive to, and subversive of, the Constitution…Wherefore, President Trump, by such conduct, has demonstrated that he will remain a threat to the Constitution if allowed to remain in office, and has acted in a manner grossly incompatible with self-governance and the rule of law. President Trump thus warrants impeachment and trial, removal from office, and disqualification to hold and enjoy any office of honor, trust, or profit under the United States.”

This show-trial by the Democrats is evidence that tyrants have hijacked Congress and modeled it after a third-world communist dictatorship. They rigged the system to get the sound bites and optics they wanted. They clearly demonstrated that if you are a Democratic candidate for President, that your family cannot be investigated for obvious corruption, and that standing up against a vacuum of due process is a violation of their newly-interpreted version of the US Constitution.

This is bad for the Constitution and bad for the country, irrespective if it happened to this president or any other.

The soil of American Liberty beckons a Psalm 94:16 moment, “Who will rise up for me against the evildoers? Or who will stand up for me against the workers of iniquity?” It is us. We must arise and stand. Speak boldly to all who will listen.
