Family Relatives that Reject their Kinfolk
This is the 8th installment of the Pre – Rapture Prayer List, and it has been abundantly clear to me that so many that send in sincere prayer requests for the salvation of family members, close friends and loved ones are met with so much hostile rejection. It truly weighs heavily on the already heavy hearts of the crazy uncles and worldwide prayer warriors sending in prayer.
Many of the prayer requests I receive are usually accompanied by statements where unsaved family members, etc., are not speaking and cutting off complete contact to crazy uncles for long periods of time because they are trying to “cram that unwanted Jesus-stuff on them.”
All of us believers know this rejection comes from Satan and his imps planting these evil thoughts of rejection into the unsaved minds. Jesus told us this would happen:
“For from henceforth there shall be five in one house divided, three against two, and two against three. The father shall be divided against the son, and the son against the father; the mother against the daughter, and the daughter against the mother; the mother-in-law against her daughter-in-law, and the daughter-in-law against her mother-in-law” (Luke 12:52-53).
“Whosoever therefore shall confess me before men, him will I confess also before my Father which is in heaven. But whosoever shall deny me before men, him will I also deny before my Father which is in heaven. Think not that I am come to send peace on earth: I came not to send peace, but a sword. For I am come to set a man at variance against his father, and the daughter against her mother, and the daughter in law against her mother in law. And a man’s foes shall be they of his own household.
“He that loveth father or mother more than me is not worthy of me: and he that loveth son or daughter more than me is not worthy of me. And he that taketh not his cross, and followeth after me, is not worthy of me. He that findeth his life shall lose it: and he that loseth his life for my sake shall find it. He that receiveth you receiveth me, and he that receiveth me receiveth him that sent me” (Matthew 10: 32-40).
Jesus only gave us a brief list of who the scoffers and mockers would be. We can also include without guilt cousins, grandparents, grandkids, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, neighbors, co-workers, bowling buddies, etc.
So we can see here in Jesus’ own words that there will definitely be squabbles, bickering, spats, mockery and rejections with your efforts to save souls.
Don’t sweat it! Water off a duck’s back! Satan is pleased when you give up and back off. Go for it. Time is running out, and we have to do all we can in Christ’s Name before the rapture.
This also goes beyond family. It also includes neighbors, co-workers and many others. Satan has convinced the lost that they don’t need to be saved. Saved from what? They can have it all here on earth. There is no need to think past the present.
Jesus also offers the following words of encouragement:
“Be not ye therefore like unto them: for your Father knoweth what things ye have need of, before ye ask him” (Matthew 6: 8).
“And all things, whatsoever ye shall ask in prayer, believing, ye shall receive” (Matthew 21:22)
These Pre-Rapture Prayer List articles have really been an uplifting and fulfilling endeavor for me. I see so many people worldwide coming forward in sincere prayer for others in need. And we must always bring our prayers of need before our Lord, but to also offer our prayers of thanksgiving for the many blessings He bestows upon us many times without our asking.
When you get ‘down’ emotionally and feel despair setting in because you are not getting an immediate positive response to your prayers, that is the devil working on your heart and mind.
God says, “My ways are not your ways” (Isaiah 55: 8). When you pray to God through His Son, those prayers are heard and recorded in heaven. You may get the personal feelings that your prayer targets are hopeless cases; but when you pray, you have placed your prayers in God’s Hands. What seems impossible to you is easy small change with God. All things are possible with God. In these end-times, many lost souls will have their own Damascus road experience (Acts, chapter 9).
But also remember that in this forum you also have an army of worldwide prayer warriors joining with you, and God hears and records each one. So don’t despair but rather fiercely battle and attack Satan with intense motivated prayer. You have the power of God through His Holy Spirit on your side, so Satan’s feeble attacks are worthless.
So, I pray for the many crazy uncles worldwide to keep doing what you are doing. Don’t let up. Push that prayer pedal to the metal. Satan is trying very hard to plant seeds of discouragement in your hearts and minds as he knows his time is short (Revelation 12: 12). But the time for both you, me and the near-future left behind is also short. Now is the time until He calls!.
NEW PRAYER REQUESTS
Dear Mr. Ainsworth,
I am putting forth requests for the list:
1) For wisdom regarding caregiving for various family members and health and strength to do what is required.
2) Also, prayers for unsaved friend Lynn who had a devastating loss and blow to her ability to trust as a young adult, and now in middle age despairs of life as she grapples to even consider belief in God. The spiritual battle over her has been fierce and evident to all who’ve known her for many years.
3) For saved but struggling Mark whose understanding of who God is has been interfered with by an occult encounter in youth and encumbered by a Catholic framework. A similar battle is apparent over him also, pitched and years long.
Please pray as it will be the victory in these concerns. Thank you for your prayers and for putting this list together. I am praying for you and for the requests of the list. A privilege and a blessing.

Holy Father, we pray to You through the Name of Your Son and our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
That devil Lucifer is trying to discourage and hinder the prayers of Your believers as they reach out to You with pleas for Your Mighty Hand to intercede in their behalf, to knock down the walls of obstruction between those who might be left behind and an eternal home in heaven. You are the all-powerful God who rules over everything created. So we pray that You handcuff Satan from spreading more of his lies, tricks and deceptions.
Also we want to pray for all the lost and hurting people in this world who have no one praying for them. Please guide them away from the eternal pain and torment Satan the devil has planned for them.
We also want to offer up thanksgiving for the many blessings both seen and unseen that You have given us thru the years without our asking.

Thank you for and please continue prayers for our oldest son Joseph, his wife Meredith and grandchildren Corrine, Kennedy and Jack to accept our Lord Jesus Christ as their Savior. Please continue prayer for our son David to be strengthened in the Lord and for his wife Whitney to come to the Lord.

In the November 12 Rapture Ready (RR) weekly “Nearing Midnight” column, Todd and Terry announced that the end-time prophecy ministry of L.A. and Peggy Marzulli in Malibu was completely destroyed by the massive California wildfires. They lost everything in their home-based ministry, library, studios, broadcasting facilities, etc. that the Satan-caused fire destroyed.
Gary Stearman and Bob Ulrich at Prophecy Watcher TV also announced the article and link below. I am repeating their announcement in case any of you might have missed it.
If you can’t make a donation, then please at least offer up prayer to God through His Son Jesus Christ for relief and healing so the Marzulli’s can quickly resume doing God’s work while still on earth.

I am requesting prayer for several members of my family.
Tell you what I’m battling with. My sister is dying but she is saved, ready and unafraid. My wife has dementia and has never chosen Jesus. My daughters have homosexual friends and attend those weddings. Now they are attending a satanic Halloween wedding of two of their Wiccan friends. Everyone dresses up as some obscene idiots.
My wife loves me but has never followed me in the faith. She gets angry at me because of how I believe, and that means I don’t attend some social functions. If Jesus doesn’t approve, I don’t either.
Please pray for my family

(Dick’s reply) The above is a prayer request from Anthony Hamm. A few days later he sent in an update.
Just to point out to you readers how worldwide prayer works through prayer warriors praying for people they don’t know or have never met, here is an email in thanksgiving from Anthony Hamm:
“Well, during prayer I was left with the notice that the Lord was about to take my dying sister. But she is old and is ready to meet the Lord and wants to go home.
After the satanist wedding my two daughters attended, my oldest is way more interested in what I have to say.
My wife’s dementia has tempered her hostility against her Christian salvation. She now listens to me but can’t always understand. I have to keep it short and simple.
My young son said to me, ‘Dad, you said years ago that Russia would ally with the Muslims and eventually attack Israel. How did you know?’
So it seems that prayer is opening doors.”
Anthony
(Dick’s reply) Jesus said in Revelation 3, “I stand at the door and knock,” so Anthony’s family is cracking the door open but hasn’t as yet opened it wide to Jesus. That is the Holy Spirit working in Anthony, his family and prayer warriors from all over the world.
I hope this is an encouragement to all who are reading this on how the Power of Prayer works within the remnant church of Jesus Christ still on earth. Anthony’s family still needs much prayer as do many others.
I urge all of you who haven’t done so as of yet to go to the prayer lists listed at the end of this article #8, look each and every one up in the Rapture Ready archives, print off and staple, paperclip together (or cut & paste to a blank new file in your computer), and go through all of these prayers in prayer with family, a prayer group, a church group or all by yourself in prayer. Add new prayer lists as they are posted and become available.
(Additional update) Since writing this, Anthony’s sister has passed away peacefully and saved. Anthony mourns her death yet is happy she is now safely in the arms of the Lord. His wife’s dementia is much worse and she is now in the hospital. She knows Anthony and their children by sight but doesn’t know their names. Anthony recently asked her what year it was and she answered “1969.” Anthony will now attempt to get her to accept Jesus Christ as her loss of memory might be a blessing from God – as now maybe she has forgotten all of Satan’s lies and deceptions about Jesus.
Please pray for all of Anthony’s family.

Hi Dick
It’s been a while since I last wrote; I want to update you on events.
Rachel is doing really well; she is still working at the same place. She has been through a really rough patch with her employers; they just expected her to be able to run a department with no help at all. She constantly asked for help and they just didn’t deliver; so one day she just had a breakdown. That got their attention! So I was praying constantly and asking the million-dollar question Why!
So, to cut a long story short, a new little tougher Rachel has emerged; she has now told management what needs to happen, and if it doesn’t then she will walk away. She has them against the wall, so to speak, as there is nobody else trained highly enough to do her job if she goes. I know God has allowed this to happen so that she can toughen up, and it’s all in His plan.
My friend Nicky White has recently had her surgery for the lung cancer. Doctors didn’t know if they could operate as it was very close to her windpipe. So she got the go ahead, and they decided to remove the whole lung, which was what she had been praying for. She is hoping to go home on Monday; that’s only 10 days since the operation. She is making exceptional progress.
She is so grateful to everyone who is praying for her; she has felt so uplifted and actually said that she knows the prayers are working.
With regards to my mom, she is praying and communicating with God. I’m just not sure if she has accepted Jesus yet. It’s a very touchy subject with her, so I have to take very tiny steps; but I will just keep following the prompting of the Holy Spirit.
Can I ask you a question?
There is a story in this country, UK, about a young boy of 14 yrs. who has been bullied at school and who just recently took his own life. I don’t think his family knows the Lord, but questions I have been asked are whether he will be in heaven with the Lord. Suicide is a subject that I’m not very up on when it is to do with children!
I’m still praying for you and your family, Dick. I hope that your health is still improving, and we will all continue to pray.

Prayer Requests
A good way to build a stronger prayer life is to print off hard copies of Prayer Lists #1, #2, #3, #4, #5, #6, #7, #8 and following, and at any time of day or night when you as an individual want to pray to the Lord, take out your printed copies and read/pray over them again. This also great for family group prayer and home church group prayer. God has a very big memory, and all prayers are recorded by Our Lord and Savior.
