After the Rapture #14 :: By Dick Ainsworth

After the Rapture – Part 14
Time is Running Out

This #14 edition would be better presented if this series was labeled “Before the Rapture,” but since I am a creature who really doesn’t like changes, I will forge ahead in a somewhat different direction. I like to call #14 as a “prayer kit.” These five pages really need to be in your “left- behind” boxes, especially page 4.

Yes, I will be numbering the pages for good reason. Pages 2 and 3 need to be used immediately as the rapture might come upon us at any time, and then page 4 would be spiritually useful for those left behind. Each page (except page 1) contains a prayer with a different intended purpose. The pages are numbered so as to make it easier for you to print off any number of copies of any individual page you wish to distribute to any number of different people.

So let me give you a brief breakdown on what is on these pages and their designed intentions.

Page 2 – I call this prayer “the last chance to wake up” page for those who are prime candidates to be left behind. You know who they are in your circle of people, so you can see that they get their own personal copy. It would be great if you could follow-up and be with them to explain and council the contents on page 2. You can mail page 2 to them if they are a distance from you. Thanks to this age of technology we live in, you can then go on Skype and have a face-to-face conversation about page 2 and what the Bible says about God’s plan for your future.

Page 3 – I call this page “the crazy uncle’s prayer,” and hopefully it will encourage those witnessing to not give up when apparent results seem to fail. The crazy uncles of this world are in an intense battle with Satan and his ilk over souls. Satan wants the crazy uncles to quit witnessing the Biblical truths, while this same Satan wants those who will surely be left behind not to listen.

Page 4 – This page needs to definitely be in the left-behind boxes as I title it the “why didn’t you listen to us?” prayer. It is sort of an “I told you so” theme and will hopefully wake a few of them up after they realize they have been left behind. But it is to encourage rather than discourage. For them, true eternal happiness can be less than seven years away.

NOTE: For those who aren’t familiar with how to copy and paste to separate the pages in this article, instructions are provided at this link: https://www.wikihow.com/Copy-and-Paste

(Page 1)  Your Last Chance to Wake Up

If praying to our Lord is something you don’t have a lot of experience at doing, don’t worry as it is very easy to do. Praying is nothing more than having a conversation with God. Say what is in your heart as God knows your heart, thoughts and feelings. By praying to Him, you are telling Him your desire to be helped.

Jesus said, “Ask, it shall be given unto you; seek and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you” (Luke 11: 9; Matthew 7: 7). It’s that simple.

You don’t have to pray before a crowd of people to be heard by God. Fact is, Jesus called those who prayed loudly in a crowd hypocrites as they were trying to impress people with their phony holiness.

Jesus said in Matthew 6: 5, “And when thou prayest, thou shalt not be as the hypocrites are: for they love to pray standing in the synagogues and in the corners of the streets, that they may be seen of men. Truly I say to unto you, They have their reward” (the rewards of men and not of God). The main exception to this is a person leading a group in joint prayer.

Jesus wants you to pray privately one-on-one to the Father through Him (Jesus).

In Matthew 6:6 Jesus said, “When thou prayest, enter into thy closet, and when thou has shut thy door, pray to thy Father which is in secret, and thy Father which seeth in secret shall reward thee openly.”

Jesus isn’t talking about a literal closet but wants you to pray in private. You can do this in an open field, walking down the street, waiting in line at a store, while you are washing your car, etc. You don’t have to pray out loud. God knows every thought and feeling you have.

Jesus authored a prayer that is easy for those who don’t know how to pray very well. In Matthew 6: 9-13 He taught this prayer:

“Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come, thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread, And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil; For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever. Amen.”

And think about each word when you pray.

This is an excellent prayer to pray at least once a day. And then you can add your own needs in your own words. You should start all prayers with “I pray to the Father through His Son and my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.” You don’t need to present God with your Christmas toy list like He is Santa Claus. But you need to give thanks to Him daily for all of your blessings no matter how rough of a day you are having. And you should end all prayers by thanking Him for hearing your prayers “in the Name of the Lord. Amen.”

Here is a prayer you need to start immediately:

“Holy Father, I pray to you through your Son and my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. I know I haven’t been a faithful follower in the past but I want that to change now. I pray that you will send your Holy Spirit to comfort me and guide me onto you. I pray you will choose me to be taken upward by your Son in the rapture of Christ’s Church so I may forever be in eternal happiness with You and Your Son in heaven. Satan battles me constantly, trying to wrestle me away from your love and grace, so I ask You to stop his attacks on my heart and soul. And I need the Holy Spirit to give me strength and guidance to follow Your will for me.

“I pray this in Jesus’ Name. Amen.”

(Page 2) The Crazy Uncle’s Prayer

I am sure that all of you crazy uncles out there pray constantly for your family, friends, loved ones and neighbors that they will be taken up in the rapture and not be left behind to suffer through the fake trinity’s 7-year hell on earth. Their lies, deceptions and trickery will be very convincing and will lead many into an eternity of pain and suffering in hell.

If that wasn’t enough, you will also be confronted with mockers, scoffers and other lost souls of this world. Satan doesn’t like who you are and what you are attempting to do. He has pulled out all stops trying to steal souls from God in his short, remaining time on earth (Revelation 12: 12) while you are trying to save them. And this dummy Satan really thinks he is going to win over God. He will go down to a burning eternal defeat.

At this present time before the rapture on earth, this world is full of Jesus-haters. And that number is increasing each day that Satan’s hoards shower mankind with their lies, deceptions and trickery. After the rapture, ALL of these Jesus-haters will still be on earth but will be even madder and angrier than before. And they will be taking it all out on the gullible and confused group that was left behind. That is why it is so important for those of you who will be raptured to leave behind a left-behind box and guidelines aimed at breaking through the satanic lies and deceptions that will cause many to perish.

A Crazy Uncle’s prayer:

“Holy Father, I pray to you through the Name of Your Son and my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. I pray to you to guide me and give me the strength through Your Holy Spirit to put the truth of Your Word into the hearts of those who haven’t accepted Your free gift of eternal happiness and salvation as of yet. I ask that Your restrainer and comforter block the attempts by Satan to hinder and stop my witnessing efforts, but also erase Satan’s stumbling blocks that won’t allow Your Word to enter into the hearts of the lost and lukewarm.

“Please protect the left-behind boxes and materials from falling into evil hands. Ensure their safe-being so those they are intended for will use them and be guided by Your Holy Spirit, so they may become tribulation saints. I pray for all who have not accepted Your Son Jesus as their Lord and Savior. But I also ask you to guide Your Holy Spirit to teach them how to pray and restrain Satan’s attempts to interfere. The names of those I am witnessing to are (present your list of names).

“I pray all of this in the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ. Amen.”

(Page 3) Why didn’t you listen to us?

This is to those who have been left behind after the rapture. The reason you’re still here and we are in heaven is because we followed Jesus and His Word while you were occupied with the pleasures and activities on earth. While we were looking upward for complete everlasting happiness in heaven to come, you were searching earth for temporary, cheap happiness that doesn’t last.

Our treasures were awaiting us when we arrived in heaven; but you are trapped in Satan’s tribulation period, and “you can’t take your treasures with you.” I felt like I was talking to a brick wall whenever I tried to bring Jesus into your life. There is no sense in crying over spilled milk. You have one more chance to accept Jesus as your Lord and Savior. Get it right this time and we’ll be reunited later in heavenly paradise.

God gave us all the Holy Spirit to guide, strengthen, teach and encourage us. This happens before and after the rapture. All we need to do is ask. I departed earth leaving you a left-behind box that will have resources to strengthen you both physically and spiritually. The extended physical strength will help you to endure the tribulation period longer so you and your group can learn more about God, His Word and His ultimate plan for you.

Some in your group might not have a left-behind box, so you must share with them. You now have my old job as “the crazy uncle,” but I hope you don’t endure the rejections and mocking that I did while I was on earth. The Holy Spirit will be with you always, but you must ask for His help through the Name of Jesus.

By now you should know where we’re at, and you know definitely where you’re at. But follow God’s Will and you will be with us later in eternity. Don’t feel just because you were disobedient to God during your earthly life that you will be a second-class citizen in heaven. All of us were sinners, but God forgave us all and forgot our sins when we asked. So you won’t be coming in through the back door of heaven. You will be ushered in as the new tribulation saints.

This is a prayer for the left behind.

“Holy Father, I pray to you in the Name of your Son and my Savior, Jesus Christ. I am asking you for strength and guidance as I try to survive during the tribulation period. Besides your wrath being poured out on a sinful and disobedient world, I must also endure the evil plans and events of Satan, the antichrist and the false prophet. I know I might either die or be killed during these horrendous times, but I pray to you to give me strength and to prepare me to do Your Will until then. Please place one of the 144,000 witnesses to visit our group.

“I also pray to you to protect and strengthen my brothers and sisters in our small group. They too didn’t heed the Bible’s warnings of these end times. Our group will now study Your Word faithfully and pray that You will send your Holy Spirit to guide and encourage us.

“I pray this in Jesus’ Name. Amen.”

(Page 4) In Summary…

The purpose of this series is to save as many of the left behind after the rapture. But all efforts need to be given to the lukewarm, the back-sliders and the deceived into the Saving Grace of Jesus Christ before the rapture.

Here is your prayer, but leave this page in your left-behind box. Also on this page are some verses to explain to the left behind why you are now in heaven waiting on them to finally show up.

“Holy Father, I pray to you in the Name of Your Son and my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Please send the Holy Spirit to guide, encourage and strengthen the poor lost souls of this world, and place Bible-based Christian witnesses in their paths to clear Satan’s many stumbling blocks both before and after Your rapture. Give me Your strength to be the best witness I can be in order to fulfill Your desire that no one should perish.

“I pray this in the Name of the Lord. Amen.”

Jesus said, “Let not your heart be troubled, ye believe in God, also believe in me. In my Father’s house are many mansions: If it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go to prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, you may be also” (John 14: 1-3).

The Apostle Paul wrote, “But of the times and the seasons, brethren, you have no need that I write unto you. For yourselves know perfectly that the day of the Lord cometh as a thief in the night. For when they say, Peace and safety; then sudden destruction cometh upon them, as travail upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape” (1 Thessalonians 5: 1-3).

Jesus said, “And when these things begin to come to pass, then look up, and lift your heads; for your redemption draweth nigh” (Luke 21: 28).

The Apostle Paul wrote, “For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of an archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first. Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them that are in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air; and so shall we ever be with the Lord. Wherefore comfort one another with these words” (1 Thessalonians 4: 16-18).
