The Unpardonable Sin
Today, in this article, I wish to be sober of mind and Spirit. I want to expound the Holy Word of God, as best I know how, and with the Will of The Lord God…it will be so. This is an article that I have been working on for a very long time, because…for a great many, it will be difficult to understand. It took some real investigation, some Prayer and thought, for me to truly understand it. If there is one thing that everyone needs to know, this passage is it; it is the answer.
Matthew 12:30-32 “He that is not with me is against me; and he that gathereth not with me scattereth abroad. Wherefore I say unto you, All manner of sin and blasphemy shall be forgiven unto men: but the blasphemy against the Holy Ghost shall not be forgiven unto men. And whosoever speaketh a word against the Son of man, it shall be forgiven him: but whosoever speaketh against the Holy Ghost, it shall not be forgiven him, neither in this world, neither in the world to come.”
First of all, we must understand “Who is the Holy Spirit?” The “Holy Spirit” is the third part of the Trinity…God the Father, God the Son, God the Holy Spirit. These are the “Three Personages of God.” We must understand that all of these are God. God is the Creator of absolutely everything; nothing happens unless God allows it…nothing!
The first role of the Holy Spirit is to convict…you and I…of our Sin. Please know that God created you and I to become HIS Children. Please know, that our Sin is what stands between God and you and I. If we do not ask for God to forgive us of our Sin, we will never see Heaven or God. This True Act of Love by the Holy Spirit IS what saves us from Eternal Damnation, through the Blood of Jesus Christ.
It is the “Conviction” by the Holy Spirit that brings us to a knowledge of our Sin. And then it is the heart-felt desire of the Individual to be forgiven of our Sin. As an Individual, I fall on my knees, knowing I am a sinner; and I ask the Lord God to forgive me of my Sin. It is most odd, in a way, that every single person to have ever lived on earth…KNOWS when they Sin. There is no denying it! It is odd to also note, the Holy Spirit “Convicts” us, where as your enemy Satan “Condemns” us of Sin.
To be “Convicted” is to have knowledge that I Sin. That is the first step to Salvation through Jesus Christ. Satan “Condemns” us for our Sin; he wants you and I to be sentenced to Hell for Eternity, right now! How odd is it, that Satan and his ilk inspire humans to commit Sin, yet he wants you and I to be destroyed Immediately for that Sin. Don’t you understand? Satan and his ilk…HATE YOU. They HATE YOU because the Lord God LOVES YOU.
You and I were created in the image of God, and Satan and his ilk hate everything there is to hate… about God! And so now we think, God created Satan and all his followers, and this is how they repay HIM? Knowing this…is there any wonder left of why the world is the way it is? Please, my Friends… Ponder this aspect for a little while. This is “Proof Positive” that the world, as a majority, follows Satan and his ilk!
I know some of you will remember me talking about the “Zombies on the Highway to destruction.” They are “Dumb-downed” people shuffling along that huge highway to destruction, simply because they will not heed the “Conviction of the Holy Spirit!” Satan and his ilk have closed the ears and the minds of all of them to the Holy Spirit. That single action is the “Unpardonable Sin” by Satan and his ilk – to Blaspheme the Holy Spirit! To deny the Will of God the Father! To deny the Blood of Jesus Christ! To deny Salvation through the Blood of Jesus Christ from HIS Cross on Calvary! In short words…to deny Salvation!
It must be understood, we know when we Sin. We know when we are working against the Lord God. Yet the worst we could ever do is to turn our Back on the Salvation through Jesus Christ…GOD. Again…that is the “Unpardonable Sin!”
Jesus Said in Matthew 11:28-30, “Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.”
How wonderful an offer, despite our Sin. The Lord God created us and Loves us more than you or I could ever know, and HE wants us to “LIVE in Heaven” with HIM…for Forever! As I see it, I would rather deal with the “Conviction by the Holy Spirit”…than to “know I am condemned to die forever” with the likes of Satan and his ilk!
We never think to consider, “Why would we want to follow Satan and his ilk…when they HATE US unto Eternity”? Is it not true, all of us want to be Loved and Cared for? Do you want there to be an end to that? Of course not! Yet we all know a day is coming when the Lord God is going to send the majority of Humanity to Hell and then the Lake of Fire. Here’s is what is strange: all those that are going to Hell… asked to go there! They did so by denying Jesus Christ and HIS Blood covering their Sin! They turned their back on the Lord God!
We must keep in mind, Salvation through Jesus Christ…must be…sought after; in other words…we must Choose Salvation! We must listen to the Holy Spirit! We must ask for the Lord’s Forgiveness of our Sin! We must allow the Lord to change our lives to follow HIM! Again, it is our choice!
That, my Friends, is the answer to everything we want to know, or why we are here…Salvation through Jesus Christ. We must first understand, this life here on earth…is only the first Step that we take in our Eternal Journey. Yet where we end up going…is according to our choice while we live here. Once you die…it is already written in stone…it is a done deal!
You will never be “Good Enough” or “Prosperous Enough.” You can’t buy your way into Heaven. No Jesus…NO Heaven…..it’s that simple ya’ll!
