Netanyahu blocks bill to prevent division of Jerusalem
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu blocked controversial legislation that would make it nearly impossible to divide Jerusalem ahead of a planned vote on Sunday. The Prime Minister’s Office said that the reason was that Netanyahu wanted the coalition to reach a consensus on what the bill would look like rather than use a version put forward by Education Minister Naftali Bennett’s Bayit Yehudi party.

The Associated Press “clarified” a false claim it’s been running in stories about President Trump and Russia on Friday, conceding in a release it’s not the case that 17 intelligence agencies “agreed” on the hacking narrative.
